What is the N11 integration?
The N11 integration carries data between your N11 store and wherever your stock is held. Orders are written into your ERP with customer and line items, and stock and prices go out to N11 from a single pool.
On N11, category attributes and product data decide how visible a listing is. The integration binds your product to the listing through SKU and barcode, after which stock and price updates flow without waiting.
Onboarding starts from proof. The system reads only for a while, shows the numbers side by side, and you hand over write access once they agree.

What you can do with the N11 integration
Order import and approval
N11 orders arrive with lines, customer and delivery details and are written to your ERP automatically. Order approval and shipment notification are done from Bulutegra; cancellations and partial returns are tracked on the same record.
Status tracking and store score
N11 order statuses such as new, approved, shipped, delivered and cancelled appear in one tab. Orders that go quiet or wait for approval raise an alert with a push notification to your phone, so your store score stays protected.
Stock and price sync by stock code
N11 products are updated by seller stock code. When your single stock pool changes, N11 quantities and prices go out in batch requests; the floor-price rule prevents selling at a loss.
Carrier model and labels
The carrier and campaign shipping details on an N11 order come with the order. Once dispatch is marked in the ERP, the tracking number is written to N11; labels print in bulk.
Profitability and payouts
N11's commission model, VAT and return risk are calculated on the profitability page as per-channel contribution. Payout records are matched to orders; mismatched items carry a status, a ticket and notes.
Content quality and variants
The quality tab shows missing title, category and attribute findings in your N11 listings and fixes them with one click. Colour and size variants are managed in a matrix view; delisted items are flagged in the panel.
How the N11 integration is set up
Connect
From the integration settings in the N11 store panel, take your API key and API password and enter them into Bulutegra. The connection is tested on the same screen.
Map
Your N11 products match your master catalogue by seller stock code and barcode. Unmatched items are listed; colour and size variants are linked in bulk from a matrix view.
Watch
In shadow mode the system only reads from N11 and writes nothing. You confirm from the panel that orders and status transitions are read correctly while your current routine continues.
Hand over
Grant write permission first for order approval and shipment notification, then for stock and prices. The ownership flag decides per product whether Bulutegra manages it on N11.

Frequently asked questions about the N11 integration
Where do I get the API credentials for N11?
You create an API key and API password in the integration settings section of your N11 store panel. Once entered into Bulutegra the connection is tested; credentials are stored encrypted and protected with two-factor authentication.
Are N11 orders pushed to my ERP automatically?
Yes. Each order is written to your ERP, such as Nebim V3, Logo, Mikro or SAP, with customer, lines, carrier and payment details. Approval and shipment notification go from Bulutegra to N11; invoicing and dispatch follow your own routine.
How does stock sync work on N11?
All your channels draw from one stock pool. A unit sold on another channel is deducted from N11, and a sold-out product is closed there. Critical stock alerts and the days-to-sell-out report warn you before an item runs out.
How does integration affect my N11 store score?
The store score depends largely on approval and shipping times, cancellations and returns. Orders dropping in automatically, late ones raising alerts and listings closing when stock runs out improve those indicators directly. Check N11's seller rules for current scoring criteria.
