What is the ikas integration?
The ikas integration brings your own ikas storefront and the marketplaces into the same stock pool. Orders and stock movements in ikas flow out to the marketplaces, and marketplace orders flow into your ERP.
Where a storefront and the marketplaces are run separately, stock is held in two places and eventually drifts apart. A single pool removes that: a unit sold on your site drops on the marketplaces too.
Onboarding starts from proof. The system reads only for a while, shows your numbers and the channel's side by side, and you hand over write access once they agree.

Every marketplace and platform integration is included from the Starter plan; the number of channels depends on the plan.
What you can do with the ikas integration
ikas as the master catalog
Products, variants, images, SKUs and barcodes are read from ikas, so your ikas catalog becomes the single source of truth. Update a product in ikas and the change travels to connected marketplaces through Bulutegra.
Stock sync
ikas stock feeds a single stock pool; a unit sold on the store or any marketplace is deducted everywhere else. Low-stock alerts and the days-of-cover report account for sales velocity across all channels.
Price matrix
Start from the ikas price and define separate list, sale and floor prices per marketplace. The campaign calculator shows profitability per channel with marketplace discounts and the commission model factored in.
Order collection and ERP push
Marketplace orders are collected in one list with channel tabs, searchable by customer, SKU and date range, exportable as CSV. Each order is written to your ERP with customer, line items, carrier and payment details.
Ownership flag
For every product and channel you answer one question with a flag: is this channel managed by Bulutegra or by another system? Manual edits in ikas or on a marketplace are not overwritten by accident.
Quality tab and content
Missing color, category, title and image findings required by each marketplace are listed per channel and fixed with one click. Content Studio drafts descriptions and multilingual text that you write back to your ikas catalog.
How the ikas integration is set up
Connect
Enter the API credentials created for integrations in your ikas admin into the Bulutegra panel. Once connected, your ikas catalog is pulled in at product and variant level.
Match
Existing marketplace listings are matched to the ikas catalog by SKU and barcode. Unmatched items come as a list; complete missing barcodes in ikas and match again.
Watch
In shadow mode the system only reads from ikas and the marketplaces and writes nothing. You compare stock, prices and orders in the panel with your own screens.
Hand over
Enable write access channel by channel: stock on one marketplace first, then prices, then content. Your ikas catalog stays the source; you decide when each channel goes live.

Frequently asked questions about the ikas integration
ikas has its own marketplace connections. Why add Bulutegra?
With ikas as the master catalog, growing marketplace counts call for a separate layer: order management, a price matrix, settlement reconciliation, a returns portal and ERP push. Bulutegra provides that layer and adds global marketplaces to the same panel. An ownership flag decides which system manages which channel.
What do I need for the ikas integration?
API credentials generated in your ikas admin are enough. You enter them in the Bulutegra panel once; after that catalog, stock and price data is read over the API continuously.
Should stock live in ikas or in my ERP?
Both setups work. Without an ERP, ikas stock is the source for the single stock pool. If you run Nebim, Logo, Mikro or SAP, the ERP can be the stock source while ikas remains the catalog and content source. During setup we define together which system owns what.
Do marketplace orders also appear in ikas?
Marketplace orders are collected in the Bulutegra panel and pushed to your ERP; warehouse, invoicing and shipping run from there. How orders should appear on the ikas side is planned during setup according to your needs.
How quickly does an order reach the ERP?
The order is picked up as it lands and written without waiting. There is no fixed polling hour.
Can I manage my own site and the marketplaces from one panel?
Yes. Your ikas storefront and the connected marketplaces share one stock pool; orders, stock and prices are managed in one place.
Can I migrate from another integrator?
Yes. Your current setup keeps running while we read in parallel in shadow mode; you take the channel over once both sides agree, so selling does not stop.
