Çiçeksepeti Integration
For sellers on Çiçeksepeti, one of Turkey's larger marketplaces: orders arrive with their lines in the panel and your ERP, and stock and prices are written to Çiçeksepeti from a single pool. New products are listed in batches and every batch reports its own result. The setup reads only at first.

What is the Çiçeksepeti integration?
The Çiçeksepeti integration is the connection that carries order, stock, price and product data between your Çiçeksepeti store and wherever your stock is kept. Orders come from Çiçeksepeti into the panel and your ERP; stock and prices go from the panel to Çiçeksepeti.
Which plan includes it?
Every marketplace and platform integration is included from the Starter plan; the number of channels depends on the plan.
What you can do with the Çiçeksepeti integration
Order import
Çiçeksepeti orders arrive with lines, customer and delivery details and are written to your ERP in the same shape. Each order is compared line by line; if the quantity or amount does not match, the panel raises it.
One stock pool
Stock is managed from one real quantity. The moment an item sells on any channel, the amount on Çiçeksepeti drops without waiting, so no channel needs its own reserve.
Prices and campaigns
Sale price and list price are written from the panel. You can set a multiplier and a floor price per channel, and block any update that would go below the floor.
Bulk listing
New products go out in batches. Each batch reports separately: accepted, warned and rejected items are listed with their reason, then corrected and sent again.
Category and attribute mapping
Çiçeksepeti categories and their required attributes are mapped to your product tree. A missing attribute is caught before sending rather than after a rejection.
Bulk zero-out brake
If an unusual number of products would be zeroed in a single run, sending stops and an alert is raised, so a fault on the source side cannot close the channel wholesale.
How the Çiçeksepeti integration is set up
Connect
Take your API key from the Çiçeksepeti seller panel and enter it in the panel. The key is kept in a file only the service user can read.
Match
Your Çiçeksepeti listings are matched to your products by stock code and barcode. Anything that does not match comes out as a list you can work through.
Watch
In shadow mode the system only reads from both sides and writes nowhere. You see the numbers on Çiçeksepeti next to the numbers in your ERP.
Hand over
When you are ready you switch on order import and stock-price writing separately. The same job has to be switched off in your old system first.

Frequently asked questions about the Çiçeksepeti integration
What do I need for the Çiçeksepeti integration?
The API key from your Çiçeksepeti seller panel is enough. Once it is entered, your listings and orders are read; writing stays off until you switch it on.
How quickly do orders arrive?
Orders are imported as they are read; there is no fixed scan time. Every imported order is compared line by line, and anything that does not match shows up as an alert in the panel.
Are returns handled in the panel too?
No. Çiçeksepeti's public service does not expose a returns endpoint, so returns are handled in the Çiçeksepeti seller panel. We say so plainly, because you should know where an integration ends before you start.
Can I list new products in bulk?
Yes. Products are sent in batches and each batch reports its own result. A rejected item is listed with its reason; once the category, attribute or image is fixed it goes out again.
What happens when a listing is rejected?
The batch result stays in the panel with the rejected item and its reason. One rejection does not stop the whole queue; if there is a bulk failure, sending stops and an alert is raised.
My stock code differs on Çiçeksepeti — what then?
Matching is done by stock code and barcode. If neither matches, the product is listed as unmatched and no stock is written. We would rather write nothing than write stock to the wrong product.
Will my prices break during a campaign?
If you set a floor price, any update below it is not sent. You can also set a per-channel multiplier so prices stay consistent across channels.
Can I connect other channels alongside Çiçeksepeti?
Yes. Because stock is managed from one pool, the workload does not grow as you add channels. Each channel goes live separately and at your own pace.
