What is the Ozon integration?
The Ozon integration carries data between your Ozon seller account and wherever your stock is held. Orders are written into your ERP with customer and line items, and stock and prices go out to Ozon from a single pool.
Ozon expects product content in its own language; multilingual descriptions, size tables and imagery are prepared on the catalogue side and the integration carries them into the listing.
Onboarding starts from proof. The system reads only for a while, shows your numbers and the channel's side by side, and you hand over write access once they agree.
Which plan includes it?
Every marketplace and platform integration is included from the Starter plan; the number of channels depends on the plan.
What you can do with the Ozon integration
Order import
Ozon orders land in the panel with status, fulfillment model and buyer details on one line. Packing and shipping steps run from the panel, and the order is pushed to your ERP at the same time.
Russian product cards
Ozon's category-level required attributes appear as findings in the quality tab. Content Studio drafts Russian titles and descriptions, which you write to the product card with one click.
Ruble pricing and currency
Keep separate list, sale and floor prices for Ozon in the price matrix; derive the price from your base currency by exchange rate or fix it directly in rubles. The floor price is never undercut.
FBS and FBO split
Items you ship from your own warehouse (FBS) are deducted from the single stock pool alongside your other channels. Stock at Ozon's warehouses (FBO) is read as a separate line and included in reports.
Stock sync and alerts
A unit sold on another marketplace or your own store is deducted on Ozon too. Low-stock alerts and the days-of-cover report account for Ozon's sales velocity; a quiet channel sends a notification to your phone.
Export paperwork and payouts
For Ozon orders shipping abroad, export documents, currency and customs details are prepared at order time. Ozon payouts and deductions are tracked in the settlement tab in the same layout as every other channel.
How the Ozon integration is set up
Connect
Enter the client ID and API key created for API access in your Ozon seller account into the Bulutegra panel. Once connected, your existing product cards and open orders are pulled in.
Match
Ozon items are matched to your catalog by seller code (article) and barcode. Unmatched items come as a list; missing barcodes and required fields are completed from the quality tab.
Watch
In shadow mode the system only reads from Ozon and writes nothing. You confirm that orders, stock and prices in the panel match your Ozon seller account.
Hand over
Enable write access for stock first, then prices, then order status. Product card updates can be switched on at this stage, starting with a few products.

Frequently asked questions about the Ozon integration
Can I sell on Ozon as a foreign seller?
Ozon is open to international sellers; acceptance, payout and logistics terms depend on Ozon's current seller rules and can change. Once your account is open, Bulutegra connects it to the same panel as your other channels.
What do I need for the Ozon integration?
The client ID and API key from your Ozon seller account are enough. You enter them in the panel once; after that orders, stock, prices and product cards run over the API.
I do not speak Russian. How do I prepare product cards?
Content Studio generates Russian titles and descriptions from your product data, and required attributes per category are listed as findings in the quality tab. We still recommend a final read by a Russian speaker before going live.
Are Ozon orders pushed to my ERP?
Yes. Each Ozon order is written to your ERP with the customer, line items, carrier and payment details. Invoicing and dispatch continue in your existing routine, and export paperwork is prepared at order time.
How quickly does an order reach the ERP?
The order is picked up as it lands and written without waiting. There is no fixed polling hour.
Can I migrate from another integrator?
Yes. Your current setup keeps running while we read in parallel in shadow mode; you take the channel over once both sides agree, so selling does not stop.
