Stock
The same product stays live on two channels at once. With a single unit in stock one order goes to cancellation, and the store rating pays for it.
What happens today?Stock is managed from a single pool; a unit sold on one channel is deducted from every other channel within minutes. Sold-out items never stay live.
Orders
As channels multiply, so does order data, and every channel formats it differently. Moving that into an ERP is not work a person should be doing.
What happens today?Orders are pulled from the marketplace and written into the ERP with customer, lines, carrier and payment details. The transfer runs continuously; orders reach the ERP without waiting.
Cross-border
In the US the same garment runs one size larger. Every seller going cross-border has to manage that difference product by product, or pay for it twice over in returns.
What happens today? On US orders the size is converted one step up using the product’s own size chart. If the larger size is out of stock, the ordered size is kept and the case is logged.
Monitoring
An integration can stop without raising an error. A silent stop lasts until someone notices orders are missing, which makes it the most expensive kind of failure.
What happens today?Every channel’s last run is monitored. A channel that goes quiet or errors is flagged and pushed to your phone; system health lives on one screen.
Settlements
Marketplace deductions vary order by order. Spotting a different rate on the same product is impossible without comparing settlements line by line.
What happens today?Settlement reports are pulled automatically; records with a different commission, missing from the settlement, or with an unrefunded commission are tracked with status, ticket and notes.
Content
Opening a new marketplace means hundreds of descriptions, translations and size charts. As the catalog grows, that work becomes the single bottleneck on how fast you can launch.
What happens today?Descriptions, multilingual copy, size-chart images and promo videos are prepared with AI; you only approve.
Quality
Marketplaces quietly suppress a listing over a missing colour or the wrong product type. No notification arrives; the loss shows up only in the sales chart.
What happens today? The quality audit lists missing colours, wrong product types and uncategorised records; the suggested fix is applied in bulk with one click.
Campaigns
Set a campaign price without VAT, commission and return risk in the same calculation and your best seller can become the product that loses the most money.
What happens today? The profitability page computes expected contribution per channel with VAT, return risk and commission; the campaign calculator shows instantly which channel drops below threshold at a given price.
Returns
When returns run over the phone, the warehouse cannot tell which order a box belongs to until it is opened, and the customer cannot see where the process stands.
What happens today?Customers start the return themselves with e-mail and order code; the warehouse accepts by barcode; the return code and exchange order are created automatically.
Ownership
When two systems manage one product, one writes stock and the other overwrites it shortly after. No screen shows which value is the correct one.
What happens today? There is an ownership flag per product × channel: is this channel managed by Bulutegra or by an external system? Bulutegra never writes to a product owned elsewhere.
Team
As a team grows, a panel where everyone sees everything creates risk: the warehouse can reach prices, accounting can reach sale status.
What happens today?Admin, Content, Warehouse, Returns, Accounting and Reporting roles, with two-step verification at login. Everyone sees only their own work.
Onboarding
Most integrations go live on “write first, fix later”. Wrong stock written in the first week is lost sales, plainly.
What happens today? The system reads only for one or two weeks, compares with the ERP and shows the differences. Once the numbers agree, write access is enabled channel by channel. We call it shadow mode.
