Version 3.33
Type any marketplace order number followed by 'transfer' in the assistant: the number is recognised from the records, or searched on the marketplace you name; 'was it transferred?' is answered for every channel too.
Website (ikas) orders can now be transferred to the ERP on command (from the assistant or by selecting them on the Orders page); an order that already exists in the ERP is never written twice, and shipping fees charged to the customer are posted as a separate line. If a website order marked ready to ship is not in the ERP within an hour, you get a notification.
Tasks: cards carry an estimated duration, lists sort automatically by priority (urgent first) and deadlines are computed on the working calendar; the store switcher in the top-left corner is visible to every user. The weekly ikas showcase ordering is now applied automatically.
Version 3.32
Administrator passwords are now updated consistently on every screen.
Version 3.31
Fixed an issue where some administrator accounts could not sign in with the new password after a 'Forgot password' reset.
Version 3.30
The setup wizard now has an ERP step, and the connection test works for every marketplace; the last result is kept on record.
When setup finishes, the panel states clearly that the account is in monitoring mode; a persistent 'Monitoring mode' banner and a 'First week' checklist show which steps are done and when channels can be handed over.
Accounts without an ERP connection now have their orders read into the panel as well.
The Orders page shows how long each order has been waiting for shipment against the channel's deadline; orders past the deadline trigger a notification and a task card.
International orders get a fixed Turkish-lira value based on the Central Bank rate on the order date; channel cards and revenue totals use it.
Stock and price batches sent to Trendyol are now verified against the marketplace's actual result; rejected items are resent and reported.
On the Operations screen every error line shows the error type, who resolves it and what to do.
Settlements: payment-order reconciliation and a commission-invoice comparison for Trendyol; Hepsiburada and n11 settlements are marked as derived.
Listings with missing descriptions can be completed from the catalog, the Returns page has a channel filter, and the ikas session warning now clears itself.
Version 3.29
The setup wizard has been redesigned: the main catalog and marketplaces are chosen from logo cards, the selected channel’s connection details open right below, and it works well on phones.
You can choose your Trendyol store as the main catalog; approved products, stock and prices are read from it and refreshed hourly.
One password rule everywhere: at least 12 characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a punctuation mark.
Seller ID is now shown as a 4-digit number; you can also pick your store with this number at sign-in.
Cards and tables no longer overflow the screen on narrow displays.
Cards in busy task lists no longer have their bottom line cut off.
Trendyol product operations have moved to Trendyol’s new Product V2 services.
Amazon orders are now retrieved from Amazon’s new orders service.
Version 3.26
On the Settlements screen, net settlement is now calculated after returns, discounts and coupons; deductions include only shipping, service fees, withholding tax and penalties; payments made are listed with their amounts.
An end date can be selected on the Settlements screen; the selected date range is kept when you switch marketplaces.
Trendyol settlement data for the last 60 days is refreshed every day; payment date and e-commerce withholding tax are shown.
Marketplace stock checks on the Alerts page also use mappings and barcodes; only listings that truly have no match are listed, and suspicious matches where a listing is linked to a different product are shown separately.
When a product's color or size is removed, the n11 listing's stock is set to zero automatically.
The daily summary notification no longer counts closed mismatches; the critical stock count is calculated from current stock.
Task reminder notifications close automatically the next day.
Rejected new listings and missing variant submissions are not retried unless the content changes; repeated rejection notifications are no longer sent.

The number on the notification bell now shows only unread notifications and updates as soon as a notification is read.
In Reports, This week is compared with the same days of last week and This month with the same days of last month.
In Reports, Trendyol returns come from the Trendyol finance statement: returned orders are deducted from sales and partial returns from revenue.
A Suppliers report has been added to Reports: sales, the amount paid to your account and net profit by supplier.
Order exports to Excel and CSV are faster.
Version 3.22
The assistant screen has been renewed: easier-to-read answers (lists and highlights), example questions, file cards and easier message writing. The assistant answers more questions directly and replies appropriately to greetings and short messages.
Report periods now follow the calendar: This week, Last week, This month, This year and Last year; reports open faster.
Remaining layout and wording issues on phone and desktop were fixed.
The names and descriptions of the product update options have been simplified.
"Update on channel" in the product window now works on every channel: choosing "All details" sends content, images, stock and price together, and "All channels" can be selected.
Channels with their own stock sync are now included in bulk actions and in the "All channels" choice; eBay stock and price updates can be started from the product update.
Version 3.21
Listing on a marketplace, updating on a channel and bulk actions from Products are now confirmed in a single window and start right away. You no longer need to go to the Operations page; the job's status appears in the bottom right.
A 'Komple güncelle' (Full update) button was added to the Products page: the content and images of the selected products are refreshed, and their stock and price are sent. With 'Tüm kanallar' (All channels) selected, the job starts with a single confirmation on every channel that can do it.
The bulk 'Stok/fiyat eşitle' (Sync stock/price) on the Products page now really sends (previously it only ran a check).
Back-to-back confirmation windows in bulk product updates, quality fixes and channel jobs have been reduced to a single confirmation.
The Profitability screen matches Trendyol listings with your own product code; products with a cost entered no longer appear as 'no cost'.
Version 3.20
Layout issues on phones and computers were fixed: the left menu now stays in place when the page scrolls, wide tables fit the screen, and column misalignments in some tables were corrected.
Version 3.19
The Tasks screen has been redesigned for phones: swipe between lists, complete a task from its card with one tap, and use the action menu.
Version 3.18
Each store's logo stays specific to that store and does not change with version updates.
