What is the Etsy integration?
The Etsy integration carries data between your Etsy shop and wherever your stock is held. Orders are written into your ERP with customer and line items, and stock and prices go out to Etsy from a single pool.
Etsy listings lean on variations and imagery, so the integration binds those variations to your own colour and size structure. Selling abroad brings currency and sizing differences in; size is converted against the product's own size table.
Onboarding starts from proof. The system reads only for a while, shows your numbers and the channel's side by side, and you hand over write access once they agree.

Order import and export paperwork
Etsy orders arrive with lines, buyer address, country and payment details and are written to your ERP automatically. Export paperwork, currency and customs data are prepared at order time; carrier and tracking number go back to Etsy.
One-click authorisation
No API key to copy for Etsy. Bulutegra sends you to your Etsy account, you pick your shop and grant access; the connection is live immediately and can be revoked from your Etsy account whenever you like.
Listing and variant sync
Colour, size and material variants on your Etsy listings match the SKUs in your master catalogue. When your single stock pool changes, Etsy quantities are updated; a limited-run item closes when it sells out.
Currency and price matrix
Etsy prices are managed in your shop currency; the price matrix keeps list, sale and floor prices separately and shows the margin effect when exchange rates move. The floor-price rule prevents selling at a loss.
US size conversion and multilingual content
On US orders the size is converted one step up according to the product's own size list. Content Studio produces English titles, descriptions and size-chart images that you push to your Etsy listings.
Messages, reviews and returns
Etsy buyer messages land in the CRM inbox, answered from the same screen as WhatsApp and email. Review Import carries Etsy reviews to your own site, and return or exchange requests run through the customer return portal.
How the Etsy integration is set up
Connect
Select the Etsy channel in Bulutegra and press authorise. You are sent to your Etsy account, pick your shop and grant access; there is no API credential to copy.
Map
Your Etsy listings and variants match your master catalogue by SKU and barcode. If SKUs are not defined on the Etsy side, assign them in bulk from the mapping screen; unmatched items are listed.
Watch
In shadow mode the system only reads from Etsy and writes nothing. You confirm from the panel that orders, country and currency details are read correctly while your current routine continues.
Hand over
Grant write permission first for order import and paperwork, then for stock and prices. The ownership flag decides per product whether Bulutegra manages it on Etsy.

Do I need an API key to integrate Etsy?

How quickly does an order reach the ERP?
The order is picked up as it lands and written without waiting. There is no fixed polling hour.
How do Etsy variations map to my own product structure?
Variations are bound at colour and size level through SKU and barcode. Anything that does not match is listed for you.
Can I migrate from another integrator?
Yes. Your current setup keeps running while we read in parallel in shadow mode; you take the channel over once both sides agree, so selling does not stop.
