- Returns & cancellation handling The customer starts a return with e-mail and order code, the warehouse accepts it by barcode, and the return code and exchange order are created automatically.
- Shadow verification engine The system reads only at first, compares with your ERP and shows the differences; once the numbers agree, write access is enabled channel by channel.
- BuyBox & competitor price tracking BuyBox status and competitor prices are tracked per product; the floor-price rule is applied with one click.

Pricing questions
Do prices include taxes?
No; the listed amounts are monthly and exclude applicable taxes. Pay yearly and get two months free.
Which company issues the invoice, and in which currency?
Invoices are issued by Markapia Global LLC, the company that builds Bulutegra (Yumurtacı Abdi Bey Cad. 15C, Concord İstanbul C Blok No: 13, Kadıköy / Istanbul, Türkiye). Amounts are in TRY on the Turkish pages, USD in English and EUR in German; all exclude tax.
Is there a setup fee?
Setup and customisation are quoted per project, based on the number of channels, your ERP and catalog size. The quote comes in writing, with no surprise items.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Moving to a higher plan happens within the same month; your data and channel connections stay as they are.
Can I buy add-on modules on their own?
CRM, Review Import, Size Finder and Content Studio work alongside an integration plan or on their own; two modules get 15% off, three or more 25%. The discount applies to the module total only, not to the integration plan.
How long is the contract?
Monthly or yearly. Yearly gets two months free; monthly can be cancelled any time and your data is handed back to you.
