Logo N11 Integration
For businesses running Logo and selling on N11: the order is written into Logo, approval and the dispatch notice go back to N11 from the same record, and stock and prices are fed from Logo. The system reads only at the start, and write access is opened afterwards.
What is the Logo N11 integration?
The Logo N11 integration carries two directions over one link: an N11 order moves into Logo, and the stock and prices kept in Logo go back out to the listings.
For most businesses N11 is a channel added later, so the first question is whether opening it will unsettle a routine that already works. Governed from one pool it does not: the quantity in Logo is the source, and a unit sold anywhere drops everywhere. What N11 asks in return is pace, because store rating leans directly on how quickly approval and the dispatch notice go out.
That is why order approval and the dispatch notice are sent from the record the order sits on rather than from a second screen, and an order still waiting for approval raises an alert. Invoicing and dispatch continue in Logo as they do today. Onboarding begins in shadow mode and write access opens in the order you choose.
What flows in which direction
Orders from N11 into Logo, approval from the panel
An N11 order lands in Logo carrying its customer, its lines, the carrier and the payment details. Order approval and the dispatch notice are sent back to N11 from the same record, where cancellations and partial returns are tracked too.
Status changes and store rating
N11 statuses such as new, approved, shipped, delivered and cancelled appear in one tab. An order waiting for approval or sitting quiet raises an alert, so the timings your store rating depends on show up before they slip.
Stock from Logo out to N11 by merchant stock code
N11 listings are updated by merchant stock code. The quantity in Logo is the source of a single pool: a shop sale or a warehouse movement drops the N11 quantity without waiting, and a listing that runs out closes.
Price and floor price on the N11 side
The base is the list price in Logo, and N11 gets a selling price and a floor price of its own. The floor-price rule stops a campaign price from carrying the sale into a loss.
Dispatch notices, labels and returns
The carrier, and any campaign shipping detail, comes inside the order. When the package leaves the warehouse and is marked in Logo, its tracking number passes to N11, and labels print in one run. An item on its way back is recognised by its barcode as it enters the warehouse and is attached to the return record in Logo.
How the Logo N11 integration is set up
Connect
You create an API key and API password in the integration settings of the N11 store panel and enter them in the panel, where the connection is tested on the same screen. What Logo needs at its end is worked out together with your Logo partner.
Match
N11 listings are bound to products in Logo through merchant stock code and barcode. Whatever fails to bind is listed, and colour and size breakdowns are tied together in one pass from the matrix view.
Watch
Nothing is written in shadow mode. You confirm that orders and status changes are read correctly by putting the quantities on N11 next to the ones in Logo.
Hand over
Orders into Logo, together with approval and the dispatch notice, are handed over first, then stock, then prices. The ownership flag decides per product whether the panel manages it on N11, and every step is reversible.

Frequently asked questions about the Logo N11 integration
Will opening N11 unsettle stock on the channels already running?
No. Every channel draws on the one stock pool held in Logo: a unit sold on N11 comes off the others, and a unit sold in the shop comes off N11, neither of them waiting.
Where are order approval and the dispatch notice sent from?
From the panel, on the record the order sits on, and they go through to N11. The moment dispatch is marked in Logo, the tracking number travels the same way to N11.
Which access details are created on the N11 side?
The API key and API password you generate in your N11 store panel's integration settings. Both are kept encrypted and sit behind two-factor authentication.
What does this change for my store rating?
What moves a store rating is mostly how fast approval and dispatch happen, plus cancellation and return rates. Orders landing on their own, late ones raising an alert and listings closing when stock runs out act directly on those measures. For the current criteria, see N11's own seller rules.
