What is the Nebim V3 integration?
The Nebim integration is the layer that carries data between Nebim V3 and your marketplace accounts. An order placed on a marketplace is written into Nebim with its customer and line items, and the stock and prices held in Nebim flow out to every connected channel. Nothing about how you work inside Nebim changes.
In retail the hard part is not listing a product, it is everything after listing. When the same item sells in a shop, from a warehouse and across six marketplaces at once, stock has to be governed from one source. Nebim already is that source; the integration's job is to reflect it outward accurately and without delay.
Bulutegra did not come from a software idea. It came out of the team's own multi-channel retail operation, which is why onboarding starts from proof rather than a claim: the system reads only for a while, shows the numbers from Nebim and from the channels side by side, and you hand over write access once they agree.

Every marketplace order is written to Nebim V3 with customer, line items, carrier and payment details. Invoicing and dispatch continue in your own Nebim routine; the screens your team knows do not change.
Stock from Nebim to channels
Nebim stock becomes the source of the single stock pool; a store sale or warehouse movement updates stock on every connected marketplace. You decide during setup which warehouses or stores are exposed to marketplaces.
Product and variant matching
Nebim product codes with their color and size structure are matched to marketplace listings by SKU and barcode. Unmatched items or missing barcodes come as a list and are fixed in one place.
Price management
The Nebim list price is the base; separate sale and floor prices per marketplace are defined in the price matrix. During campaigns you see profitability per channel with the commission model and return risk included.
Returns and exchanges
Marketplace returns arrive through the customer returns portal or the marketplace, are received at the warehouse by barcode, and an exchange order can be opened. Results are processed in line with your Nebim routine; scope is agreed during setup.
Payout reconciliation
Marketplace payouts, returns with unrefunded commission and orders that go negative are tracked in the settlement tab with status, ticket and notes. With the Accounting role, your team sees only these screens.

Connect
Prepare the access needed for the integration on the Nebim V3 side together with your Nebim consultant; the Bulutegra team sets up the connection with you. Your marketplace accounts are connected in the same panel.
Match
Nebim products and variants are matched to marketplace listings by SKU and barcode. Unmatched items appear as a list, and products with missing barcodes are flagged in the quality tab.
Watch
In shadow mode the system only reads from Nebim and the marketplaces and writes nothing. You confirm that orders and stock in the panel match your Nebim screens.
Hand over
Enable write access channel by channel: order writing to Nebim first, then stock, then prices. Each step can be rolled back, and your team moves at its own pace.

How quickly do orders reach Nebim?
Marketplace orders are read continuously and written to Nebim as soon as they land in the panel. If a channel goes quiet, you see an alert on the system health screen and get a notification on your phone.
Can Nebim V3 be integrated with Trendyol?
Yes. Trendyol orders are written into Nebim V3 with their customer and line items, and stock held in Nebim flows to Trendyol. The same setup covers Hepsiburada, Amazon, N11 and the other connected channels; you open them one at a time.
Can the integration corrupt data in Nebim?
Onboarding begins in shadow mode, where the system writes nothing into Nebim and only reads. You see the numbers from Nebim and from the channels side by side. Write access opens only after you approve it, channel by channel.
How long does a Nebim integration take to set up?
Connecting and matching products takes a few days. We then suggest one to two weeks in shadow mode. That period exists so you can see the numbers agree; it is not a technical requirement. You can skip it, though we do not recommend it.
Can I move from another integrator to Bulutegra on Nebim?
Yes. Your current setup keeps running while Bulutegra reads in parallel in shadow mode. Once both sides agree, you take channels over in sequence, so selling never stops during the move.
Is selling shop stock on a marketplace risky?
Not when it is governed from a single pool. A unit sold in the shop drops on every connected channel without waiting, which is what prevents the same item selling twice. You can also expose a defined portion of shop stock rather than all of it.
How do settlements reconcile against payments recorded in Nebim?
Settlement reports are pulled automatically and matched at order level. Returns whose commission is not refunded, orders that go negative, and cases where the same product is charged different commission are each flagged separately, so reconciliation does not become a file comparison exercise.
