Walmart Marketplace Integration
For sellers running Walmart Marketplace next to Amazon, eBay and their own store: acknowledge orders, manage stock from one shared pool, and reprice automatically within floor and ceiling limits. Setup reads first; you decide when it writes.

What is the Walmart integration?
The Walmart Marketplace integration carries data between your Walmart seller account and wherever your stock is held. Orders are written into your ERP with customer and line items, and stock and prices go out to Walmart from a single pool.
In the US market sizing decides a great deal; size is converted against the product's own size table, which reduces returns caused by sizing.
Onboarding starts from proof. The system reads only for a while, shows your numbers and the channel's side by side, and you hand over write access once they agree.
Which plan includes it?
Every marketplace and platform integration is included from the Starter plan; the number of channels depends on the plan.
What you can do with the Walmart integration
Order import and acknowledgment
Walmart orders land in the panel; acknowledge, ship and cancel steps run from one screen. When you ship, the tracking number is written back to Walmart and the order is pushed to your ERP at the same time.
Floor-and-ceiling repricing
Set a Walmart-specific floor and ceiling price per product; the system adjusts within that band against competition and never goes below the floor. The profitability page shows each price's contribution per channel.
WFS and seller-fulfilled separation
Items fulfilled by Walmart and items shipped from your own warehouse are tracked as separate stock lines. An ownership flag and warehouse setting define per product which route it takes.
Content and quality checks
Walmart's category-level required attributes (barcode, brand, dimensions, images) show up as findings in the quality tab and are fixed with one click. Content Studio helps you draft English titles and descriptions.
Single stock pool
Stock in your own warehouse is deducted from the same pool for Walmart, Amazon, eBay and your other marketplaces. Low-stock alerts and the days-of-cover report take Walmart's sales velocity into account.
Cross-border paperwork and size conversion
For orders shipping abroad, export documents, currency and customs details are prepared at order time. For US orders, sizes are converted one step up according to the product's own size list, cutting wrong-size returns.
How the Walmart integration is set up
Connect
Generate your API credentials (client ID and client secret) in Walmart Seller Center and enter them in the panel. Once connected, your existing catalog and open orders are pulled in.
Match
Walmart items are matched to your catalog by barcode (GTIN/UPC) and SKU. Unmatched items come as a list; missing barcodes are completed from the quality tab.
Watch
In shadow mode the system only reads from Walmart and writes nothing. You confirm that orders, stock and prices in the panel match what you see in Seller Center.
Hand over
Enable write access for stock first, then prices, then order acknowledgment. Repricing rules can be switched on at this stage, starting with a few products.

Frequently asked questions about the Walmart integration
Can I sell on Walmart Marketplace as an international seller?
Acceptance as a Walmart Marketplace seller depends on Walmart's own application and review process, and the requirements can change; check Walmart's current seller terms. Once your account is approved, Bulutegra connects it to the same panel as your other channels.
What do I need for the Walmart integration?
API credentials generated in Walmart Seller Center are enough. You enter them in the panel once; after that orders, stock and prices run automatically over the API.
I use WFS. How is stock handled?
Stock in Walmart's fulfillment centers is managed by Walmart; Bulutegra reads it as a separate stock line and includes it in reports. Stock you ship from your own warehouse is deducted from the single stock pool together with your other channels.
Will Walmart repricing cut into my margin?
The system never goes below the floor price you set per product, and you can set that floor from the profitability page with commission, shipping and return allowance in mind. The ceiling price also limits how far the price climbs when competition eases.
How quickly does an order reach the ERP?
The order is picked up as it lands and written without waiting. There is no fixed polling hour.
How do you handle sizing when selling into the US?
Size is converted to US sizing against the product's own size table. Where no size table exists, no conversion is made and a warning is raised.
Can I migrate from another integrator?
Yes. Your current setup keeps running while we read in parallel in shadow mode; you take the channel over once both sides agree, so selling does not stop.
