Cookie Policy
This page explains what is stored in your browser when you visit bulutegra.com, why we store it, and how you can withdraw your consent.

No cookie is written when the page loads
First things first: while you browse the site, no analytics or advertising cookie is written to your browser unless you do something. An analytics cookie appears only if you press Accept on the cookie banner, and the live chat software starts only when you press the chat button.
The site's fonts come from our own server; we use no third-party font service and no external content delivery network. The forms use no third-party CAPTCHA service either.
Below we describe three things separately, because they really are three different things: Google Analytics measurement that depends on your consent, our own visit counter that uses no cookie at all, and live chat that loads only when you press the button.
1. Google Analytics — only after consent
We use Google Analytics to see which content is useful. The measurement is set up with Google's Consent Mode: when the page loads, analytics and advertising permissions are set to DENIED by default. In other words, no analytics cookie is written before you accept.
If you press Accept on the banner, only the analytics permission is granted. Advertising and ad personalisation permissions stay denied even then; Bulutegra does not use this site for ad targeting.
Once you consent, measurements such as page views, the source a visit came from and the path you take through the site are sent to Google. Google writes its own cookies to provide that service; their names and lifetimes are described in Google's own documentation, and the table below links to it. The customer and order data we process in the panel sits entirely outside this measurement and is never combined with website analytics.
2. Our own visit counter — no cookie, no IP address
Alongside Google Analytics, our own counter runs. It writes nothing at all to your browser: no cookie, nothing in local storage. The counting happens entirely on our own server and the data never leaves it.
We do not store your IP address. So that two page views by the same visitor can be counted as one, a one-way hash salted with a secret key that changes every day is derived, and only the first part of it is kept. The hash cannot be turned back into an IP address, and because the key changes overnight, the same visitor appears as a new visitor the next day.
Alongside that we keep the path of the page visited, the referring domain (blanked when it is our own), the page language and, if the visitor is a crawler, the crawler's name. No browser details of human visitors are stored.
Because this counter uses no cookie, it does not depend on consent; it rests on our legitimate interest in measuring how the site is used. The detail is here: Privacy Policy.
3. Live chat — on our own server, only when you press the button
The live chat at the bottom right runs on Chatwoot software that we host on our own server. That is a deliberate choice: chat content does not go to a third-party company, it stays with us.
The chat software is not loaded when the page opens. It loads only when you press the chat button; until then no script runs and no data is sent.
Once you start a chat, a record is left in your browser so the conversation can continue if you close and reopen it. You can remove it by clearing this site's data in your browser.
4. Where your cookie choice is kept
Your choice on the banner is kept not in a cookie but in your browser's local storage, under a key named bt-cerez. That record is never sent to our server; it is read only so the banner is not shown to you again and so the analytics permission is set correctly.
The value is one of two things: accepted or declined. If there is no record, the banner appears again and the analytics permission counts as denied.
5. How to withdraw your consent
You can withdraw consent at any time, with no reason given. Clearing this site's stored data (cookies and local storage) in your browser settings is enough: the bt-cerez record is deleted, the banner appears again on your next visit, and you make your choice afresh. If you press Decline, no analytics cookie is written.
Tracking protection in your browser or an ad blocker will also switch the measurement off. In either case the site keeps working fully: no function depends on analytics consent.

6. Cookies and similar technologies used on this site
The table below lists every item on this site that stores something in your browser, or is expected to. Where we do not know a lifetime, we did not invent one; we linked to Google's own documentation instead.
| Name | Purpose | Type | Lifetime | Party |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| bt-cerez | Remembers your choice on the cookie banner, so the banner does not reappear on every visit. | Not a cookie — browser local storage | Until you clear this site's data in your browser | Bulutegra — first party |
| Our visit counter | Counts unique visits. No IP address is stored; a one-way hash salted with a daily key is used. | Nothing is stored in the browser — counting happens on the server | No record is created in your browser | Bulutegra — first party |
| Cookies starting with _ga and _ga_ | Google Analytics measurement: page views, the source of the visit and the path through the site. Written only if you accept. | Cookie — analytics | Described in Google's documentation: Google Analytics cookies | Google — third party |
| Live chat record | Lets a chat session continue if you close and reopen it. Created only if you press the chat button. | Cookie / local storage | You can remove it by clearing this site's data in your browser | Bulutegra — Chatwoot running on our own server |
7. Your browser settings
Every current browser lets you view, delete and block cookies and site data. The exact steps differ per browser; look for "cookies" or "site data" in the help pages of the one you use.
Blocking cookies entirely breaks no function on this site. The only effect is that your choice on the banner cannot be stored, so the banner appears on every visit.
8. Changes to this policy
If the measurement or support tools we use on the site change, we update this page. The effective date and last-updated date at the top tell you which version you are reading.
If we add a new cookie or a new third party, we ask for your consent again for the items that depend on it.
Frequently asked questions
If I decline cookies, does the site still work?
Yes, completely. No function depends on analytics consent. When you decline, no analytics cookie is written; pages, forms, tools and the panel login all work exactly the same.
Does your own visit counter really use no cookie?
It does not. The counting happens on the server, nothing is written to your browser and your IP address is not stored. For unique counting, a one-way hash salted with a key that changes daily is derived; the hash cannot be turned back into an IP address.
What happens if I never open the live chat?
Nothing at all. The chat software is not loaded when the page opens; it loads only when you press the button. Until then no script runs and no chat record is created in your browser.
How do I withdraw my consent?
Clear this site's stored data in your browser settings. The bt-cerez record holding your choice is deleted, the banner appears again on your next visit, and you can press Decline.
