Bulutegra About us
About us

Built inside a real operation

Bulutegra is a cloud marketplace integration platform for businesses selling across multiple channels. It ran on our own orders first, and became a product after that.

How it started

Bulutegra was not a product idea sketched out in a meeting room. It was written inside a retail operation that was selling on several marketplaces at once, because of problems that had to be solved that day.

The problems will be familiar: stock for the same product did not match across two channels, orders were being typed into the ERP by hand, the settlement report never quite lined up with the bank account, and during a campaign nobody could say who had changed a price. First came the tools that handled those jobs; then those tools grew into a single panel.

The software ran on our own orders for months. When it made a mistake, we did not see a support ticket, we saw a wrongly packed box in our own warehouse. Much of how Bulutegra behaves today was shaped in that period. Opening it up as a product came afterwards.

How we work

Read first, write later. During onboarding the system runs in shadow mode: for one to two weeks it reads from your channels and calculates what it would do, but writes nowhere. Write access opens only after you approve it, channel by channel.

Show the evidence. When you see a number in the panel you can open it up: which order, which commission, which deduction. Profitability and settlement screens show the line items behind a result, not just the result. We are equally open about product changes, with release notes stating what each update changed.

Do not replace your ERP. Bulutegra sits between the marketplaces, your own online store and your ERP. Invoicing, shipping and accounting continue in your own system; orders are written into the ERP with customer, line items, carrier and payment details. We do not ask you to rebuild the way your team works.

Field-tested. Behind every screen we add there is a problem someone actually ran into in a live operation. We do not collect features nobody uses.

What we build

Bulutegra connects to 24 marketplaces today: 8 global marketplaces, 7 newly added ones, and 9 in Türkiye. Add 6 e-commerce platforms, 4 ERP systems, 10 carriers and 3 further connections and the total comes to 47 integrations.

The core panel brings orders, stock, prices, returns, settlements and content into one place: an order list with channel tabs, a single stock pool with low-stock alerts, a channel by list/sale/floor price matrix, repricing, a profitability page showing contribution per channel, settlement and reconciliation tracking, a quality tab, a system health screen and a customer returns portal.

Alongside the core there are modules for those who need them: CRM (WhatsApp Business API, email and marketplace questions in one inbox), Content Studio, Review Import, Size Finder and AI Camera. For cross-border sales, export paperwork, currency and customs details are prepared at the moment the order arrives.

Our roadmap is set by customer operations. A new marketplace or a new ERP joins the list because someone has genuinely started selling there.

Team and how we operate

We are a small remote team. The product team sits inside the operation rather than outside it: the same people write the panel and work through real orders, real returns and real settlement reports.

That changes support conversations too. A channel going quiet, a barcode that will not match, a commission line that does not add up: for us these are not abstract bug reports but situations we have been in ourselves.

We ship small, frequent updates instead of large releases, and whatever changed is written in the release notes.

Company and contact

The company, address, billing and contact details are all in the company details below; we do not repeat them here.

For questions, quotes and technical topics, use the e-mail address or phone number listed there. If you would like to see the panel with your own products and channels, the demo form on the site is the quickest way to start.

Frequently asked questions

Who builds Bulutegra?

Bulutegra is developed and operated by Markapia Global LLC; the registered address and contact details are in the company details on this page. The team works remotely, and the people building the product come out of a multichannel retail operation themselves.

What does field-tested actually mean here?

Before Bulutegra was sold to anyone, it ran our own multichannel sales operation. Order transfer, stock synchronisation, returns and settlement tracking all worked on real orders first. Most of the screens you see today came out of concrete problems from that period.

Do I have to replace my ERP or my online store?

No. Bulutegra sits between the marketplaces, your own store and your ERP. Orders are written automatically into Nebim V3, Logo, Mikro or SAP, while invoicing and shipping continue in your own system. On the catalogue side, ikas, Ticimax, T-Soft, İdeasoft, Shopify, WooCommerce and XML feeds can be connected.
