What is the Amazon integration?
The Amazon integration carries data between your Amazon seller account and wherever your stock is held. Orders are written into your ERP with customer and line items, and stock and prices go out to Amazon from a single pool.
On Amazon a listing binds to a product through its ASIN, so the first job is to seat your own SKU and barcode inside that structure. Selling abroad also brings currency, measurement and sizing differences into play; size is converted against the product's own size table, which reduces returns caused by sizing.
Onboarding starts from proof. The system reads only for a while, shows your numbers and the channel's side by side, and you hand over write access once they agree.
Which plan includes it?
Every marketplace and platform integration is included from the Starter plan; the number of channels depends on the plan.
What you can do with the Amazon integration
Multi-marketplace order import
Amazon Turkey and global marketplaces arrive through one connection. Each order is written to your ERP with marketplace, customer, lines and payment details; for cross-border orders, currency and customs data are prepared at order time.
FBA and FBM separation
Orders fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) and orders shipped from your own warehouse (FBM) run in separate flows. FBM orders drop into your warehouse and the shipped status goes back to Amazon; FBA orders are imported for accounting and stock records only.
ASIN, SKU and barcode mapping
Your Amazon listings match your master catalogue by seller SKU and barcode, with the ASIN kept on the product card. Listings of the same product across marketplaces are merged under one SKU.
Marketplace-level stock and prices
Your single stock pool feeds FBM listings while FBA stock is tracked separately. The price matrix holds list, sale and floor prices per Amazon marketplace, managed in each market's currency.
BuyBox and profitability
Get price suggestions built on BuyBox principles and block loss-making sales with the floor-price rule. The profitability page shows Amazon's commission model, VAT and return risk as contribution per marketplace.
Cross-border paperwork and size conversion
For overseas Amazon orders, export paperwork is prepared at order time. On US orders the size is converted one step up according to the product's own size list; multilingual content comes from Content Studio.
How the Amazon integration is set up
Connect
Authorise Bulutegra from the app authorisation section of Seller Central and select the marketplaces you sell in. Amazon Turkey and global accounts connect from the same screen.
Map
Amazon listings link to your master catalogue by seller SKU and barcode, and the ASIN is written to the product card. Listings of the same product across marketplaces are grouped under one SKU; unmatched ones are listed.
Watch
In shadow mode the system only reads from Amazon and writes nothing. You confirm from the panel that FBA and FBM orders and marketplace-level stock are read correctly.
Hand over
Grant write permission first for order import, then for stock and prices marketplace by marketplace. The ownership flag decides which product Bulutegra manages in which Amazon marketplace.

Frequently asked questions about the Amazon integration
Can Amazon Turkey and global Amazon be managed from one account?
Yes. You authorise your Amazon account once and select the marketplaces you sell in. Orders from Turkey, Europe, the US and other markets appear in the same panel under marketplace tabs; stock and prices are managed per marketplace.
Are FBA orders also pushed to my ERP?
Yes, but for a different purpose. FBA orders are written to your ERP for accounting and stock records while Amazon handles fulfilment. FBM orders drop into your warehouse, and the shipped status returns to Amazon through Bulutegra.
How does ASIN to SKU mapping work?
Your Amazon listings are matched to master catalogue products by seller SKU and barcode, and the ASIN is stored on the product card. Unmatched listings are reported separately; use the SKU and barcode mapping screen for bulk fixes.
How is customs paperwork handled for cross-border Amazon sales?
For overseas orders, export paperwork, currency and customs data are prepared in the panel at order time. Check current customs rules and your Amazon marketplace agreement for limits; Bulutegra automates the document flow.
How quickly does an order reach the ERP?
The order is picked up as it lands and written without waiting. There is no fixed polling hour.
Can I run Amazon Türkiye and international markets together?
Yes. Each marketplace is managed with its own price, currency and stock rules, all in the same panel and the same stock pool.
How do you prevent sending the wrong size?
Size is converted to the target market against the product's own size table. Where no size table exists, no conversion is made and a warning is raised.
Can I migrate from another integrator?
Yes. Your current setup keeps running while we read in parallel in shadow mode; you take the channel over once both sides agree, so selling does not stop.
How are Amazon's listing price range and main image rule protected?
A price that falls outside the minimum and maximum price range set on the listing is not sent, so the listing is not closed over price and a price update never wipes that range. Listings whose main image does not meet Amazon's white background rule are flagged as well.
