Mikro Integration
For businesses running Mikro and selling the same stock across several marketplaces. Your stock already sits in one place in Mikro; the integration's job is to reflect it to the channels without delay and write incoming orders back into Mikro. Onboarding begins with reading, not writing.

What is the Mikro integration?
The Mikro integration is the layer that carries the sellable quantity held in Mikro out to the connected channels and takes the same quantity back down when a sale happens on one of them. Prices travel the same path, and an order from a marketplace is written into Mikro with its customer and line items. How you work inside Mikro does not change.
In most businesses running Mikro, stock is already held in one place; what is missing is reflecting it to the channel without delay. If the last remaining units of an item are shown separately on three channels, more can be sold than you actually hold; split the remainder by hand and you lose sales instead. A single pool removes that dilemma: a unit sold on any channel, or in the shop, drops on every connected channel without waiting.
Onboarding starts from proof. For a while the system writes nothing into Mikro and only reads, showing the quantities on both sides side by side; you then open write access yourself, orders first, then stock, then prices. Every step is reversible.
Which plan includes it?
Every marketplace and platform integration is included from the Starter plan; the number of channels depends on the plan.
What you can do with the Mikro integration
A single stock pool
Stock in Mikro becomes the one source for every channel. A unit sold on a channel or in the shop drops on every connected channel without waiting, so you never split the remainder across channels.
Orders written into Mikro
An order raised on a channel is written into Mikro with its customer and line items, carrying the carrier, payment details and tracking number with it. The quantity comes off the pool and the order record appears in Mikro at the same moment. Invoicing and dispatch continue in your existing Mikro routine.
Choosing warehouses
You decide during setup which warehouses expose their stock to the channels, and you can expose a defined portion of a warehouse rather than all of it.
Product card and barcode matching
Stock codes and barcodes in Mikro match marketplace listings. Cards with no barcode, and cases where one barcode is attached to several listings, are flagged as a list, since most stock errors on a channel start there.
Price management
Prices start from the list price in Mikro. A selling price and a floor price are entered per marketplace, and during a campaign the price never drops below the floor.
Returns and settlements
Marketplace returns are accepted at the warehouse by barcode and the returned unit goes back into the pool. Settlement reports are pulled automatically and matched at order level, with commission and return-driven gaps flagged separately.
How the Mikro integration is set up
Connect
You prepare the access details needed on the Mikro side with your Mikro partner; no custom development is expected. Your marketplace seller accounts are connected from the panel.
Match
Stock cards in Mikro are bound to marketplace listings through stock code and barcode. Cards with no barcode, and one barcode attached to several listings, are each flagged.
Watch
In shadow mode the system reads only and writes nothing into Mikro. Day by day you see where the quantity in Mikro and the quantity on a channel diverge; most gaps come from matching errors.
Hand over
You open write access channel by channel, starting with orders into Mikro, continuing with stock and ending with prices. Anything you have opened can be rolled back.

Frequently asked questions about the Mikro integration
How does the Mikro marketplace integration work?
Stock and prices held in Mikro flow out to every connected channel, and a marketplace order is written into Mikro with its customer and line items. Both directions are visible from one panel, and your routine inside Mikro does not change.
How often does stock reach the channels?
There is no fixed polling hour. When a stock movement happens in Mikro, or a sale happens on one of the connected channels, the quantity updates without waiting.
How do you prevent the same item selling twice?
Stock is governed from one pool. A unit sold on one channel drops on every connected channel, and a unit sold in the shop drops on the channels, so you never have to split the remaining stock by hand.
Do I have to expose all of my stock to the marketplaces?
No. You decide which warehouses are exposed, and you can expose a defined portion of a warehouse rather than all of it. Whatever you expose is still governed from the single pool.
Why would a channel quantity disagree with the one in Mikro?
Usually because of matching: a product card with no barcode, one barcode attached to several listings, or a variant with no counterpart on the channel. These cases are flagged as a list and corrected in one place.
Is development needed on the Mikro side?
No. The required access details are prepared with your Mikro partner; no custom development is expected on the Mikro side.
Can the integration corrupt data in Mikro?
In shadow mode the system writes nothing into Mikro; it only reads and compares the quantities on both sides. Write access does not open until you approve it, it opens channel by channel, and you can close it again at any point.
Can I move from another integrator to Bulutegra on Mikro?
Yes. Your current setup keeps running while we read in parallel in shadow mode; once the quantities on both sides agree you take channels over in sequence, so selling does not stop.
Does a returned item go back into stock?
Marketplace returns are accepted at the warehouse by barcode and the returned unit goes back into the pool, so it becomes sellable on the channels again. The record is reflected into Mikro.
