Logo Integration

For businesses running Logo and selling on Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon and similar channels. Your accounting side is already set up in Logo; the integration's job is to deliver the marketplace order into that routine complete, and to carry stock and prices from Logo out to the channels. Onboarding starts by reading before it writes.

What is the Logo integration?

The Logo integration is the intermediate layer that moves an order raised on a marketplace into the record-keeping routine you already run in Logo. The order lands in Logo with what is needed to work on it — customer, line items, carrier and payment details — and in the other direction the stock and prices held in Logo go out to the connected channels. The customer account structure and invoicing routine you built in Logo stay exactly as they are.

In businesses running Logo the accounting side is usually settled; the problem is not keeping records but where those records come from. When marketplace orders are keyed in through the day, whoever issues the invoice is left with a missing customer detail or a missing line, and the correction happens afterwards. The integration's job here is plain: deliver the order into Logo complete enough to be worked on.

Onboarding starts from proof rather than a claim. For a while the system writes nothing into Logo and only reads, showing the numbers in Logo and on the channels side by side; once they agree you hand over write access channel by channel. Every step is reversible.

The problem today
Marketplace orders pile up through the day and go into Logo in batches, leaving whoever issues the invoice with a missing customer detail or a missing line.
Stock is right in Logo but reaches the channels late, so a sold item stays live and produces cancellations and complaints.
Marketplace settlements and the payment records in Logo do not agree, so month-end reconciliation turns into a file comparison exercise.

Which plan includes it?

Every marketplace and platform integration is included from the Starter plan; the number of channels depends on the plan.

What you can do with the Logo integration

Orders written into Logo complete

Every marketplace order reaches Logo carrying its customer, line items, carrier, payment details and tracking number. How a marketplace buyer maps to a customer account in Logo is decided together during setup; issuing the invoice stays in your routine and with your team.

Stock from Logo out to the channels

Stock in Logo becomes the source of a single pool; a unit sold on one channel drops on every connected channel without waiting. You choose during setup which warehouses expose their stock to the channels.

Product card and variant matching

Stock codes and barcodes in Logo match marketplace listings at variant level. Cards that do not match or have no barcode arrive as a list and are corrected in one place, with no hunting through listings.

Price management

What goes out to a channel starts from the list price in Logo. You define one selling price and one floor price per marketplace, and a campaign price never drops below the floor.

Returns and exchanges

Marketplace returns are accepted at the warehouse by barcode, and the return or exchange record is reflected into Logo to be processed in your own routine. Scope is agreed during setup.

Settlement reconciliation

The marketplace settlement report arrives in the panel on its own, and each line is tied to its order. Returns whose commission is not refunded and orders that go negative are flagged separately. Team members working with the Accounting role see only these screens.

How the Logo integration is set up

1

Connect

You prepare the access details needed on the Logo side together with your Logo partner; no custom development is expected in Logo. Your marketplace seller accounts are connected from the same panel.

2

Match

Product cards in Logo match marketplace listings through stock code and barcode. Anything that does not match is listed, and cards with no barcode are flagged separately.

3

Watch

In shadow mode the system reads from both sides only and writes nothing into Logo. You compare field by field how the same order looks in the panel and in Logo.

4

Hand over

You open write access in sequence: orders into Logo first, then stock, then prices. As the team settles into one step you open the next, and a step you have opened can always be rolled back.

Frequently asked questions about the Logo integration

How does the Logo marketplace integration work?

Bulutegra slots in between your marketplace accounts and Logo. It picks up the order raised on a channel and writes it into Logo with customer, line items, carrier and payment details; in the other direction it reads stock and prices from Logo and sends them to the connected channels. Both directions are visible from one panel.

Is development or an extra module needed on the Logo side?

No custom development is expected. The access details required for the integration are prepared together with your Logo partner, and the connection is verified in shadow mode once it is set up.

How is a marketplace buyer recorded in Logo?

The order is written with its customer. How that buyer maps to a customer account in Logo is decided together during setup, and the structure chosen is the one that fits how your team already works.

Does my invoicing routine change?

No. The integration does not issue invoices and does not touch dispatch; both continue in your existing Logo routine. The integration's job ends once the order has been delivered complete.

How quickly do orders reach Logo?

An order is picked up as it lands on the channel and written without waiting. There is no fixed polling hour, so an order placed overnight does not wait for the morning. If a channel goes quiet you see an alert on the system health screen.

Do I have to expose a whole warehouse to the marketplaces?

No. You decide which warehouses expose their stock, and you can expose a defined portion of a warehouse rather than all of it. Stock is still governed from one pool, so a sale on one channel drops on the others without waiting.

Can the integration corrupt data in Logo?

Onboarding opens in shadow mode: at that stage the system writes nothing into Logo and reads from both sides only. You put the fields of the record in Logo next to the fields of the record in the panel and see any gap in advance. Write access follows that comparison, coming in channel by channel as you open it, and anything you open can be rolled back.

Can I move from another integrator to Bulutegra on Logo?

Yes. Your current setup keeps running while Bulutegra reads the same data in parallel in shadow mode, which lets you compare what each side would write into Logo. Once the numbers agree you take channels over in sequence, so selling does not stop during the move.

How do settlements reconcile against payments recorded in Logo?

Settlement reports are pulled automatically and every line is matched to its order. Returns whose commission is not refunded, orders that go negative and cases where the same product is charged different commission are grouped under separate headings, so you can see order by order where the gap against the payments in Logo comes from.
