Businesses running on Bulutegra.

Bulutegra’s first user, and its largest installation to date, is the retail operation of the team that built it. That is the only case we can publish today; new installations will be added here as they go live and as we get permission to name them.

Case study · Fashion retail

Markapia

A multi-brand retailer that manufactures its own labels in Türkiye and sells a deep denim and underwear catalog from Trendyol to Walmart, Ozon to Etsy. Bulutegra grew out of this operation’s requirements and ran at full scale from day one.

99%of marketplace orders written to the ERP with no manual entry
13 + 1marketplaces plus its own web store, from one panel
65,000+live listings whose stock is kept in sync with the ERP continuously
10,000+SKUs on sale across several channels at the same time

Measured: order rate and timing from each channel’s move to Bulutegra until 6 October 2026; listing and SKU counts as of 7 October 2026. Figures are rounded down.

Scale

Markapia sells the same catalog on Turkish marketplaces, its own store and overseas marketplaces at the same time. At that scale every channel imposes its own rules: a separate panel, separate order states, a separate commission structure and separate content expectations.

What was needed was infrastructure that never slows down adding a channel and only gets faster as the catalog grows.

Onboarding

Channels and Nebim V3 were connected and thousands of products were matched by SKU and barcode. The system read only for two weeks and listed every difference between the ERP and the marketplaces.

Once the numbers agreed, write access was enabled channel by channel: Turkish marketplaces first, then Etsy, eBay, Walmart and Ozon. Selling never stopped at any point.

Today

Orders are written into the ERP without waiting, stock is managed from a single pool, and settlement reports are pulled automatically into the reconciliation list.

Thousands of marketplace reviews were carried to the own store, the size finder runs on product pages, and returns start from the customer portal. Opening a new marketplace now means one settings page, two weeks of shadow mode and one hand-over decision, so the team spends its time on growth.
