Orders and ERP
Ask with an order or package number; it gives the ERP order code and transfer time, and warns about duplicates. It lists orders to ship and late orders as Excel.
Bulutegra Assistant answers questions about orders, stock, alerts and sales from your own account’s data — in Turkish. Give it an explicit command and it previews the work in the chat — sending stock, prices and content, transferring an order to your ERP or opening a task — and does it once you approve.
The assistant brings information that lives on separate screens into a single chat line. It currently answers questions in Turkish — each example below shows the Turkish question with its English meaning.
Ask with an order or package number; it gives the ERP order code and transfer time, and warns about duplicates. It lists orders to ship and late orders as Excel.
Ask by product code or barcode; it shows the master stock and each channel’s record (sale price, stock). It lists products that are out of stock but still on sale, as Excel.
Say “uyarıyı çöz” (resolve the alert) and it re-measures recent alerts live, separates the ones still failing from the ones already fixed, and gives the cause and fix for those still failing.
It tells you how many orders came in today or this week, by channel, and lists missing listings, products missing photos or VAT, and orders without an invoice.
Give it a product code and a channel: it plans the stock, price, image and content sync and tells you how many SKUs will be sent and how many are already the same. It also runs the stock run on all channels. These jobs are open only to authorised roles.
Type an order number to transfer a single order to your ERP. If the order is already in the ERP, it warns about a duplicate and waits for your confirmation.
It shows listings awaiting approval or rejected on n11 and locked listings, and tells you which channels new products have opened on.
Ask about last night’s backup and routines; it reads the answer from the system log.
Why is a product missing on a channel, why didn’t an order reach the ERP, why did a price change — the assistant follows the records in order and gives the reason in one answer.
It compares this week with last week, or the same product on two channels. It lists the most-returned products with their return reasons, and prepares the list as Excel.
It opens a task and assigns it to a colleague; opens a product on the channels where it is missing, changes a price by a percentage (old and new price per channel, with the brake and the profitability floor), fills empty HS code and size details, and drafts a channel title and description.
A question it can’t understand goes into a queue; when it is answered, the person who asked gets a notification. Feedback you give with the “Helpful” and “Not helpful” buttons under each answer is used to improve the assistant.

The assistant is a shortcut — it doesn’t leave a door open.
In multichannel selling, information is scattered: the order on one screen, the ERP record on another, the channel’s error in an alert. The assistant brings them together in one question.
Your warehouse colleague can ask “which orders ship today?” and accounting can ask how many orders came in today, without learning the panel. Admins see who asked what on the same screen.
It shows a short summary as your day starts and suggests jobs you can preview with one click; when a new red alert appears, it offers to preview the fix. On a product or order page, just say “bunu kapat” (close this); if your browser supports it, you can also ask by voice.
The assistant is part of the panel; it needs no separate account or setup. New question types are added with every release — follow the changes on the What’s new page.
The assistant understands questions asked in everyday Turkish and produces the answer from your account’s live data; it doesn’t guess or make things up. A question it can’t understand goes into a queue, and the person who asked is notified when it is answered.
Not yet. The assistant currently answers questions in Turkish. The panel itself is also available in English in the demo.
Every user except the Reporting role can use the assistant; every message shows who wrote it and when.
Yes — always, in every role. The assistant previews what it will do in the chat and asks “Are you sure?”; you approve right in the chat, without going to another page. If there is a risk such as a duplicate order, the preview also warns you.
Yes. For questions that return a list — orders to ship, products out of stock but still on sale — the assistant prepares an Excel file.
No. Each account works with its own data, and the assistant’s answers come only from your account.
We will send you login details for a working copy of the panel; explore it yourself, then let’s talk.
