Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of the Bulutegra website and panel. Where a separate service agreement has been signed between us, that agreement prevails in the event of a conflict.

1. Parties and scope
In this document "Bulutegra", "we" and "the provider" mean the company that provides the service; "you" and "the customer" mean the natural or legal person using it. Our company details are published here: Legal notice.
By using the site, opening an account or taking the service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
Bulutegra is a service for businesses. It is not designed for use as a consumer; mandatory consumer law provisions remain reserved.
2. What the service is
Bulutegra is a cloud integration platform that lets multichannel sellers manage orders, stock, prices and product content in one panel. It connects to the marketplace, e-commerce and ERP systems you authorise, reads data from them and — on the channels where you have opened write access — writes data back.
Which modules and which channels are in scope follows from the plan you chose and from what your written quote states. Current plan contents are listed here: Pricing.
We keep developing the service: screens, flows and features may change over time. If a change would materially restrict a function you rely on, we notify you in advance.
3. Accounts and account security
Panel users are created in your name. Keeping account details accurate and current, assigning users the right roles and closing the access of people who leave are your responsibility.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your passwords and two-step verification devices. Actions taken with your account are treated as taken by you unless you show otherwise. We recommend switching on two-step verification and giving every person their own account; using a shared login puts the resulting loss on you.
If you suspect unauthorised access, tell us at destek@bulutegra.com without delay. After that notice we take the steps needed to protect the account together with you.
4. Customer obligations
You confirm that the credentials you supply for marketplace, e-commerce and ERP connections are accurate and that you are authorised to use them. If you connect a store account belonging to someone else without authority, the consequences are yours.
The accuracy of the product information, images, prices, stock levels and campaign data sent to the channels, and their compliance with each marketplace's rules and with applicable law, is your responsibility. Bulutegra does not review that content; it carries it on your instruction.
You are the party to the sale: you contract with the buyer, you issue the invoice, and delivery, returns and warranty obligations are yours. Disclosure and data protection duties towards your own buyers are yours as well.
You undertake that the personal data you pass to us was collected lawfully and that there is a valid legal basis for us to process it as your processor.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service in breach of applicable law, of the rules of the channels you connect, or of these terms. In particular the following are prohibited: attempting unauthorised access to the system; attempting to circumvent security measures; reverse engineering, copying or creating derivative works of the platform; reselling or renting the service to third parties (absent a written partner agreement); automated access that places a disproportionate load on the infrastructure.
You may not use the service to publish unlawful or misleading content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
Breach of these rules leads to the suspension and termination consequences set out in section 11.
6. Fees, invoicing and subscription
Plan and module fees are monthly, and the published amounts exclude applicable taxes. Setup and customisation is a one-off fee, is not included in the monthly amounts and is quoted to you in writing. The current amounts are published here: Pricing.
A subscription can be monthly or yearly. Paying yearly in advance gets two months free. A monthly subscription can be left at any time; leaving takes effect at the end of the paid period you are in, and the fee for that period is not refunded. Upgrading to a higher plan can be done within the same month.
Invoices are issued by the company providing the service. Amounts are in TRY on the Turkish pages, USD in English and EUR in German; all exclude tax.
We give reasonable advance notice of price changes before they take effect. A new price applies from the first renewal period after the notice; if you do not accept it, you may leave at the end of that period. If payment is overdue we reserve the right to suspend the service after notifying you.
7. Intellectual property
The Bulutegra software, interface, source code, design, documentation, brand and the content on this site belong to us and are protected by intellectual property law. These terms grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the duration of your subscription, and transfer no other rights.
The data you enter in the panel and the records that arrive from your channels are yours. You grant us a right to process that data only to the extent needed to provide and back up the service.
We may use the feedback and suggestions you send us to improve the product, without that creating any obligation towards you.
Third-party brands named on this site belong to their owners; naming them implies no partnership or endorsement.
8. Personal data
For website visitor data we are the controller; for the order and buyer data processed in the panel we are the processor and you are the controller. That split forms an integral part of these terms and is described in detail here: Privacy Policy and KVKK Disclosure.
As a processor: we process the data only on your instructions and within the contract, we do not use it for our own purposes, we do not sell it, and we do not mix one customer's records with another's.
Where the law requires it, we sign a separate data processing agreement. Writing to destek@bulutegra.com is enough to request one.
9. Third-party systems and service continuity
Bulutegra works by connecting to the interfaces of marketplaces, e-commerce platforms and ERP systems. Those systems are outside our control: they can go down, change their rules or interfaces, lower their quotas or close an account's access.
When such a change happens we make the adaptation work with reasonable effort and without delay. We are not, however, liable for consequences arising from a third-party system's downtime, rule change or faulty data.
We publish system health and connection status openly. That page is a record of measurements taken, not a service level commitment; a written service level commitment is binding only where it appears in a separately signed agreement. The measurements are here: System status.
Where maintenance is needed, we aim to announce planned maintenance in advance and to keep its impact minimal.
10. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as described in these terms and, where applicable, in the signed agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we give no other warranty, express or implied.
In no case are we liable for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, failure to realise expected savings, indirect loss arising from loss of data, or any other indirect or incidental loss.
In every case our total liability is limited to the amounts you actually paid us in the twelve months preceding the event that caused the loss.
These limitations do not apply to loss caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, to infringement of personality rights, or to any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
If a claim is brought against us because a channel account was connected wrongly or without authority, because content you sent to the channels was unlawful, or because you breached obligations towards your own buyers, you agree to cover the consequences of that claim.
11. Suspension and termination
On a monthly subscription you may leave at any time; a notice to destek@bulutegra.com is enough. A yearly subscription ends at the end of the period unless agreed otherwise.
If we find use that threatens security or breaches the law or section 5, or if payment is significantly overdue, we may suspend the service. Before suspending we inform you, as far as the nature of the situation allows, and give you reasonable time to put it right. In urgent security cases we take the protective step first and notify you immediately afterwards.
If the breach is not remedied, we may terminate. On termination, writing to the channels stops and panel access is closed.
12. Data return and deletion
While the service is running you can export your order and product data from the panel as CSV. We recommend taking that step before you leave.
After the contract ends we keep a copy available for a reasonable period so that you can still export it; we state the period and the format in writing at the time you leave. On request, and as far as our statutory retention duties allow, we delete your records and confirm the deletion in writing.
Copies held in backups fall out of scope on their own within the backup cycle. Our backup arrangement is described here: Security and data protection.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms where the service or the law requires it. The current version is always published on this page, and the date at the top tells you which version you are reading.
If a change is materially to your detriment, we notify you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that notice means you accept the new version; if you do not accept it, you may leave.
14. Force majeure
We are not liable for the period during which we cannot meet our obligations because of events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disaster, fire, epidemic, war, mobilisation, cyber attack, failures in general communication or energy infrastructure, or decisions of a public authority.
During that period we keep you informed and make reasonable efforts to reduce the impact. If the obstacle lasts longer than a reasonable period, either party may terminate.
15. Notices
Notices to you are sent to the email address registered in the panel; keeping that address current is your responsibility. Notices to us go to destek@bulutegra.com.
Announcements about how the service runs are also published in the panel and in the release notes.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
For relationships with customers established in Türkiye, these terms are governed by Turkish law and the İstanbul Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction. In all other cases, the law and the courts of the place where the providing company is registered apply. Company details are here: Legal notice.
Rights granted to you by mandatory consumer law, which cannot be set aside by contract, remain reserved.
If a provision is held invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected; the invalid provision is replaced by a valid one closest to the parties' intent.
Frequently asked questions
On a monthly plan, can I really leave whenever I want?
Yes. A notice to destek@bulutegra.com is enough; there is no minimum term and no exit fee. Leaving takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and that period is not refunded. Before you go, you can export your order and product data from the panel as CSV.
What happens if a marketplace goes down?
You see the connection state on the system health screen and on the System status page. If the outage is on the channel side we make the adaptation work without delay, but we are not liable for consequences of a third-party system's downtime. A fixed uptime commitment is binding only if it appears in a separately signed agreement.
What is your liability limited to?
Our total liability is limited to the amounts you actually paid us in the twelve months preceding the event that caused the loss, and it does not cover indirect loss. Wilful misconduct, gross negligence and liability that cannot be limited under applicable law fall outside that cap.
Will I hear about it if you change the price?
Yes. We give reasonable notice by email before a change takes effect, and the new price applies only from the first renewal period after that notice. If you do not accept it, you may leave at the end of that period.
