eBay Integration
For sellers who run eBay alongside other marketplaces and their own store: handle listings, orders, stock and pricing from the same panel as every other channel. Connect your eBay account with one click; the system reads first and only writes when you say so.

What is the eBay integration?
The eBay integration carries data between your eBay store and wherever your stock is held. Orders are written into your ERP with customer and line items, and stock and prices go out to eBay from a single pool.
On eBay the same product can run as separate listings across several marketplaces; the integration binds them to one stock pool, so a unit sold in one market drops in the others.
Onboarding starts from proof. The system reads only for a while, shows your numbers and the channel's side by side, and you hand over write access once they agree.
Which plan includes it?
Every marketplace and platform integration is included from the Starter plan; the number of channels depends on the plan.
What you can do with the eBay integration
One-click authorization
Authorize your eBay account from the panel with a single click; no API keys to copy, no developer application to register. You are warned before the authorization expires.
Order import
eBay orders land in the panel once payment is confirmed, with buyer, address, paid shipping and order status on one line. From the same screen they go to your ERP, and the tracking number is written back to eBay when you ship.
Variation and listing matching
eBay's multi-variation listing structure (one listing, many colors or sizes) is matched to the SKU and barcode in your catalog. An ownership flag per product tells you whether eBay or Bulutegra manages that listing.
Stock and price sync
Runs from a single stock pool: a unit sold on another channel is deducted from the eBay listing too. In the price matrix you keep separate list, sale and floor prices for eBay and manage currency pricing per channel.
Cross-border paperwork
For orders shipping abroad, export documents, currency and customs details are prepared at order time. For US buyers, sizes are converted one step up according to the product's own size list.
Channel monitoring and payouts
The eBay connection is checked continuously; a channel that goes quiet raises an alert and a push notification to your phone. Payouts and deductions are tracked in the settlement tab in the same layout as every other channel.
How the eBay integration is set up
Connect
Pick eBay in the panel and press Authorize; sign in with your eBay account, grant permission, and the connection is live. If you run several eBay stores, add each one as its own channel.
Match
Your existing eBay listings are pulled in and matched to your catalog by SKU and barcode. Unmatched items appear as a list you can link one by one or in bulk.
Watch
In shadow mode the system only reads from eBay and writes nothing. You verify that orders, stock movements and prices look right in the panel by comparing them with your own eBay screen.
Hand over
You enable write access step by step: stock first, then prices, then order status. Each step can be rolled back per product and per channel.

Frequently asked questions about the eBay integration
Do I need an integration to sell on eBay from abroad?
Not strictly; with a handful of products you can work from eBay's own seller screens. Once product and channel counts grow, tracking stock, orders and prices by hand starts producing mistakes. An integration brings those jobs into one panel and connects them to your ERP.
Do I need to generate eBay API keys?
No. In Bulutegra the eBay connection is set up with one-click authorization: you sign in with your eBay account and grant permission. There is no developer account to open and no key to generate.
Can eBay orders be pushed to my ERP?
Yes. Each eBay order is written to your ERP with the customer, line items, carrier and payment details. Invoicing and dispatch continue in your existing routine; you do not need a separate process for eBay.
My eBay listing limit is full. Does the integration bypass it?
No. The listing limit is set by eBay for your account and can only be raised by eBay. Bulutegra helps you choose which products to publish within the limit and alerts you when it fills up. Check eBay's current seller policies for how limits are increased.
How quickly does an order reach the ERP?
The order is picked up as it lands and written without waiting. There is no fixed polling hour.
Can I migrate from another integrator?
Yes. Your current setup keeps running while we read in parallel in shadow mode; you take the channel over once both sides agree, so selling does not stop.
