Logo Amazon Integration

For businesses running Logo and selling on Amazon: FBA and FBM orders are written into Logo in separate flows, and stock and prices flow from Logo out to Amazon. Invoicing and shipping stay in your Logo routine, and onboarding reads only at first.

What is the Logo Amazon integration?

The Logo Amazon integration carries stock and prices from Logo out to Amazon, and Amazon orders back into Logo.

The first distinction in this pairing is whose warehouse the order leaves from. Orders fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) and orders you ship yourself (FBM) run in separate flows; both are written into Logo, but an FBM order drops into your warehouse and sends the shipped status back to Amazon, while an FBA order is imported for accounting and stock records and Amazon handles fulfilment.

The second distinction comes from selling abroad. Each Amazon marketplace is managed with its own currency and its own price rules; for cross-border orders, currency and customs data are prepared at order time, and which order is missing paperwork appears in a single list. Invoicing and shipping continue inside Logo exactly as they do today.

Onboarding begins in shadow mode. The system reads only for a while and shows the numbers in Logo and on Amazon side by side; write access opens marketplace by marketplace only after you approve it.

What flows in which direction

1

Orders from Amazon into Logo

An Amazon order is written into Logo with the marketplace it came from, its customer, line items, carrier and payment details. FBM orders drop into your warehouse and the shipped status returns to Amazon; FBA orders are imported for accounting and stock records.

2

Stock from Logo out to Amazon

Stock in Logo is the source of a single pool and feeds your FBM listings, while FBA stock held at Amazon is tracked separately. When a shop sale or warehouse movement happens, the quantity on Amazon updates without waiting.

3

Prices from Logo out to Amazon

List prices in Logo are the base; a separate rate, selling and floor price is defined for each Amazon marketplace. A campaign price never drops below the floor.

4

Returns and settlements from Amazon into Logo

Amazon returns are accepted at the warehouse by barcode and reflected into Logo. Settlement reports are pulled automatically and matched at order level, with commission differences and return-driven gaps flagged separately.

How the Logo Amazon integration is set up

1

Connect

You prepare the access details needed on the Logo side with your partner. On the Amazon side you grant access from the app authorisation section of Seller Central and select the marketplaces you sell in.

2

Match

Products and variants in Logo match Amazon listings through SKU and barcode, and the ASIN is kept on the product card. Listings of the same product across marketplaces are grouped under one SKU; anything that does not match is listed for you.

3

Watch

In shadow mode the system reads from both sides only and writes nothing. You see from the panel that FBA and FBM orders are separated correctly and that the numbers in Logo and on Amazon agree.

4

Hand over

You open write access in order: first orders into Logo, then stock, then prices, granted marketplace by marketplace. Every step is reversible.

Frequently asked questions about the Logo Amazon integration

Are FBA orders written into Logo as well?

Yes, but for a different purpose. FBA orders are written into Logo for accounting and stock records while Amazon handles fulfilment. FBM orders drop into your warehouse and the shipped status is sent back to Amazon.

Does the way I issue invoices change?

No. Invoicing and shipping continue inside Logo exactly as they do today. The integration writes the order complete and does not interfere with how the invoice is issued.

How does paperwork work on cross-border Amazon orders?

Currency and customs data are prepared in the panel at order time, and the export documentation flow is tracked per order. For current rules we suggest checking customs regulations and your Amazon marketplace agreement.

How do Amazon settlements reconcile against payment records in Logo?

Settlement reports are pulled automatically and matched at order level. Commission differences and return-driven gaps are flagged separately, so reconciliation can be followed line by line.

Is development needed on the Logo side?

The required access details are prepared with your Logo partner; no custom development is expected on the Logo side.
