Logo Trendyol Integration
For businesses running Logo and selling on Trendyol: every package is written into Logo with its own lines and carrier, and stock and prices flow from Logo out to Trendyol. Write access opens only after you have seen the figures agree.
What is the Logo Trendyol integration?
In the Logo Trendyol integration the flow is built around the package: each package Trendyol splits out comes down into Logo, and the stock and prices kept in Logo go out to the listings.
On Trendyol an order moves as a package rather than as a single document, and one order can be split across several packages. Each arrives with its own lines and the carrier Trendyol assigned, and each is tracked on its own; statuses such as created, picking, invoiced, shipped, delivered and returned sit in one place.
On the Logo side your way of working stays put. The order lands with its customer and line items, while invoicing and dispatch continue in today's routine. Onboarding opens in shadow mode: for a while the system only reads and puts the figures in Logo next to the ones on Trendyol, and write access follows once you have seen them agree.
What flows in which direction
Packages from Trendyol into Logo
A Trendyol order arrives as a package and is written into Logo with its customer, line items, payment details and the carrier Trendyol assigned. A split package is carried and tracked as a record of its own.
Status from Logo back out to Trendyol
Trendyol statuses from created through to returned sit in one tab. When a package leaves the warehouse and is marked as shipped on the Logo side, the status on Trendyol is updated with the tracking number.
Stock from Logo out to Trendyol by barcode
Trendyol updates products by barcode, so the quantity held in Logo reaches the listing through that key. A shop sale or a warehouse movement drops the Trendyol quantity without waiting, and across large catalogues updates go out in batch requests.
Prices and the floor-price rule
List prices in Logo are the base. A separate selling and floor price is kept for Trendyol and a price below the floor is never sent; where other stores sell the same product, a BuyBox suggestion appears alongside the price.
Trendyol returns and settlement reconciliation
Goods coming back from Trendyol are taken in at the warehouse by barcode and open their record in Logo. Settlement lines meet their orders, and returns whose commission never came back, along with orders that ended negative, are gathered under a heading of their own.
How the Logo Trendyol integration is set up
Connect
You take your supplier ID, API key and API secret from the integration section of the Trendyol seller panel and enter them in the panel, where the connection is tested on the same screen. The access details for the Logo side are worked out with your Logo partner.
Match
Because Trendyol works by barcode, stock codes in Logo are bound to Trendyol barcodes. Unmatched barcodes are listed, and you tie colour and size breakdowns together in the matrix screen rather than hunting listing by listing.
Watch
In shadow mode both sides are read only and nothing is written. You check that packages, status changes and stock movements are read correctly against the figures in Logo.
Hand over
Write access opens in sequence: packages into Logo first, then stock, then prices. Product by product, the ownership flag sets whether the panel drives that listing on Trendyol.

Each package is written into Logo as a separate record with its own lines and tracked on its own status. Split packages do not get mixed together.
Does the shipped status go back to Trendyol?
Yes. Once the package leaves the warehouse and is marked as shipped on the Logo side, the status on Trendyol is updated with the tracking number.
Which details does Trendyol ask for when connecting?
The supplier ID, API key and API secret from your Trendyol seller panel. They are held encrypted, and reaching them requires two-factor authentication.
Does a campaign price disturb the list price in Logo?
No. List prices in Logo stay the base; a separate selling and floor price is defined for Trendyol, and a price below the floor is never sent.
