Çiçeksepeti, Pazarama and PttAVM Integration Explained

Integrating Çiçeksepeti, Pazarama and PttAVM: delivery-date gift orders, a strict new-marketplace approval flow and a PTT-based shipping model, managed from one panel.

Integrating Çiçeksepeti, Pazarama and PttAVM connects the product, order, shipping, return and payout work on these three Turkish marketplaces to one panel — and from there to your ERP — over each marketplace's own seller API. All three add revenue alongside the "big three" of Trendyol, Hepsiburada and Amazon, but they behave very differently: Çiçeksepeti is built around delivery-dated gift orders, Pazarama is a relatively young marketplace with a strict approval flow, and PttAVM runs on a shipping model anchored to the national postal carrier. For an international seller weighing the Turkish market, they are the second-wave channels worth understanding. This guide takes each in turn and shows how an integration adapts.

Çiçeksepeti: the delivery date comes first

Çiçeksepeti's customers are mostly buying gifts. The category tree is wide — flowers, chocolate, home décor, personalised items — but the common thread is that the order is placed for a specific day and sometimes a specific time slot. Where other marketplaces run on "ship as soon as possible", Çiçeksepeti runs on "deliver on the right day". Early delivery generates as many complaints as late delivery.

How data flows between marketplaces, Bulutegra and the ERP

That changes the integration's order model. The delivery date and time slot have to travel as separate fields on the order and be written separately to the ERP. The order list must be sorted by delivery date, not order date; an order placed today for next week belongs behind a three-day-old order due tomorrow. It is also common for the recipient to differ from the buyer, along with a gift note; the integration treats the recipient as the delivery address and the buyer as the invoicing party.

Order statuses carry the same logic: a new order leaves "preparing" close to the delivery day, then moves to "in transit" and "delivered"; cancellations and failed deliveries are tracked separately. In Bulutegra's order screen the Çiçeksepeti tab is sorted by delivery date with the nearest deliveries on top. Campaign logic is tied to occasions: Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and New Year bring sharp, short demand spikes, and stock has to be positioned before them — see stock and price management during campaign seasons.

Pazarama: a young marketplace with a strict approval flow

Pazarama was founded by a banking group and is comparatively new, which gives it the typical trait of a marketplace still building its catalogue: product approval is strict in order to keep quality high. New products are reviewed against category attributes, brand and image rules; anything incomplete or non-compliant is sent back. Once the product card is approved, stock and price updates go live without further review.

On Pazarama the integration's job is to get the first upload right. Product data from your master catalogue (ikas, Ticimax, T-Soft, İdeasoft, Shopify, WooCommerce or an XML feed) is translated into Pazarama's category tree and attribute lists; the batch result is polled and rejection reasons are presented as a list. The quality tab gathers missing colours, short titles and empty categories in one place so you can fix and resubmit. What drives card quality is covered in marketplace product content and quality score.

The order flow on Pazarama is familiar: the order lands, the seller packages it, the shipping label is produced through a contracted carrier, the tracking number is reported and delivery closes it. Carrier options and shipping charges depend on the seller agreement. On the campaign side, seasonal promotions combined with the banking group's payment and instalment benefits stand out; the gap between what the customer paid and what you receive has to be separated during reconciliation. The things not to skip when opening any new marketplace are collected in the checklist for launching on a new marketplace.

PttAVM: a model anchored to PTT Kargo

PttAVM's defining feature is its shipping model. The marketplace is tied to the national postal operator and the vast majority of orders travel with PTT Kargo; other options may be defined by product group and agreement. That means you can sell anywhere PTT reaches, and deliveries to small towns and villages tend to run more smoothly than on other marketplaces. In return, labels and the delivery process follow PTT's procedures.

The integration reads the carrier assigned to the order, generates the label under PTT's rules and writes the tracking number back to PttAVM. How carrier integrations work in general is covered in carrier integration: Aras, Yurtiçi, MNG, PTT. On the product side PttAVM requires category approval; as a marketplace linked to a public institution it may expect additional documentation and compliance in certain product groups — check your seller agreement for current conditions.

In the order flow PttAVM waits for the seller to confirm the order; a confirmed order is packaged, shipped and closed on delivery. An unconfirmed order is cancelled after the defined window and recorded against store performance. This confirmation step resembles N11's, and the same rule applies: tie confirmation to stock.

Managing three channels in one list

Each of the three marketplaces produces modest revenue on its own; the real benefit comes from running them in the same routine as the big channels. To do that, three order models are reduced to one list:

  1. Each channel's orders are read with their own status; delivery date for Çiçeksepeti, confirmation window for PttAVM and packaging step for Pazarama are kept as separate fields.
  2. The order is written to the ERP with customer, lines, carrier and payment details; the source channel stays on the order.
  3. Stock is managed from a single pool; a unit sold on one channel is deducted from the others. A Çiçeksepeti occasion spike never strands the same item on Pazarama and PttAVM.
  4. The price matrix shows list, sale and floor price for all three channels side by side; a campaign price on one never falls below another's floor.
  5. Payout lines are matched to orders per channel; missing payouts, returns without commission credit and negative-net orders are tracked on the same screen for all three.

The biggest risk with a small channel is being forgotten. On a marketplace that brings a few orders a week, an unanswered question, an unconfirmed order or an unmatched payout catches nobody's eye. Channel monitoring is therefore worth more on small channels than on large ones.

Bulutegra monitors channels continuously; a channel that goes quiet raises an alert and a notification reaches your phone. Customer questions from all three marketplaces are gathered in the CRM module alongside other channels and WhatsApp Business API messages. On returns, all three route customer-initiated returns to the seller; Bulutegra's returns management receives the item in the warehouse by barcode, issues the return code and opens an exchange order where needed. Details are in marketplace returns management and the returns portal.

How it works with Bulutegra

Bulutegra connects to Çiçeksepeti, Pazarama and PttAVM over each one's seller API; all three sit in one panel next to more than thirty-eight other channels. Setup follows four steps: Connect (seller details for the three channels entered, products read; half a day), Match (each channel's product code and barcode bound one-to-one to your SKU; one to three days), Watch (shadow mode: the system only reads for one to two weeks while you compare delivery-dated orders, orders awaiting confirmation and stock movements with your current routine), and Hand over (write access enabled channel by channel — PttAVM first, then the others, if you prefer). The software was used first in the founding company's own multi-channel retail operation.

After handover, orders from all three channels are written automatically to Nebim V3, Logo, Mikro or SAP; invoicing and shipping continue in your own routine. The ownership flag shows which channel of which product Bulutegra manages, so a small channel can be opened with a single category first and widened later. Every channel is listed in the channels section.

To connect these three marketplaces to your own systems, request a demo and we will decide together which channel to start with.

Frequently asked questions

Why does the delivery date matter so much on Çiçeksepeti?

Most Çiçeksepeti customers are buying a gift and choose the delivery day, sometimes a time slot, at checkout. Leaving the "preparing" state is planned around that date; shipping early causes as many complaints as shipping late. The integration must write the delivery date to the ERP as its own field and sort the order list by it.

Why are my products stuck in approval on Pazarama?

Pazarama reviews new products and significant edits against category attributes, brand and image rules; anything non-compliant is sent back. The rejection reason appears in the integration panel so you can fix and resubmit. Approval time varies with workload; check Pazarama's seller help pages for current rules.

Does PttAVM ship only with PTT?

PttAVM's shipping model is built on PTT Kargo and most orders travel with it; different options can be defined by product group and seller agreement. The integration reads the carrier assigned to each order and generates the label accordingly. Check your PttAVM seller agreement for current shipping terms.
