A page where the customer signs in with an email address and order code and opens a return themselves, instead of writing to you and waiting for an answer. The system issues the return code; the parcel is scanned in at the warehouse and marked saleable or damaged; saleable units go back to the single stock pool and every channel sees the new quantity.
