Repricing and BuyBox: what they are and how to read them

The BuyBox screen, which shows who wins the buy box on Trendyol, and the Repricing screen, which suggests prices based on it.

What are these screens for?

On Trendyol, several sellers can sell the same product. The seller who wins the buy box (BuyBox) on the product page gets the order. Even if your listing is visible, the sale goes to the competitor when they hold the box.

  • Raporlar → BuyBox (Reports → BuyBox): shows who holds the box for the scanned products.
  • Raporlar → Repricing (Reports → Repricing): turns that scan into a price suggestion for each product.

Both screens only show information; they write no prices to the channel. Whether to apply a suggestion is your decision.

The Reports menu is visible to the Admin, Accounting and Reporting roles.

The BuyBox screen

The son tarama (last scan) time is shown at the end of the description line. If no scan has been done yet, the screen says so and no cards appear.

Cards

  • Taranan ürün (Products scanned): the number of products in the scan.
  • Kutu bizde (Box is ours): products where you hold the box.
  • Kutuyu kaybettik (Box lost): products where a competitor holds the box, and their share of the scanned products.

The Kutuyu kaybettiğimiz ürünler (Products where we lost the box) table:

ColumnWhat it shows
Ürün (Product)Product name and stock code. Click the name to open the product's Trendyol page in a new tab.
Marka (Brand)The product's brand.
Bizim (Ours)Your price.
Kazanan (Winner)The price of the seller holding the box.
Kazanan satıcı (Winning seller)The name of the seller holding the box.
Fark (Difference)Your price minus the winning price.

If Fark (Difference) is positive, you are more expensive than the competitor; you would need to come down by that much to win the box back. The table starts with the largest difference. Before lowering a price, check your profit at the new price; cutting blindly can lead to a loss.

The Marka bazında kayıp (Loss by brand) table shows, for each brand, how many products were scanned, on how many the box was lost, and the share. Use it to see whether lost boxes are concentrated in certain brands.

The Repricing screen

Repricing combines the competitor prices from the BuyBox scan with your profit floor.

  • When you have lost the box: the suggestion is 1 ₺ below the cheapest competitor. If that price falls below the profit floor, the suggestion becomes a taban engeli (floor block) and the floor price is shown; it never goes below the floor.
  • When you hold the box: if 1 ₺ below the cheapest competitor is clearly above your price, a yükselt (raise) suggestion appears. This is the room you have to raise your price without losing the box.

Cards: İndirme önerisi (Lower suggestions), Yükseltme payı (Room to raise) and Taban engeli (Floor blocks: matching the competitor would make a loss).

Table

ColumnWhat it shows
SKUThe product's stock code.
Ürün (Product)Product name and brand.
Bizim (Ours)Your price.
Kazanan (Winner)The price holding the box.
En ucuz rakip (Cheapest competitor)The cheapest competitor price and the number of competitors.
Öneri (Suggestion)"indir → price" (lower), "yükselt → price" (raise) or "taban engeli (price)" (floor block).
Öneride katkı (Contribution at suggestion)The expected contribution rate at the suggested price. Shows "—" for products without a cost.
Taban (Floor)The product's profit floor for Trendyol.

The floor and contribution are calculated from the costs and settings on the Raporlar → Kârlılık (Reports → Profitability) screen. A product without a cost has no floor, so its suggestion ignores the floor. Enter the cost before applying a suggestion for such products. For details, see Profitability and settlements.

Dollar rate card and Walmart floor / ceiling

At the top of the Repricing page there is a dollar exchange rate card. It shows the current rate and whether it is otomatik (automatic) or elle sabit (fixed by hand), and it names the channels whose prices are calculated with this rate.

  1. Type the new rate in the box and press önizle (preview). You see how many products' prices would change, and how many go up or down.
  2. If it looks right, press sabitle (fix). The rate is then fixed by hand.
  3. To go back to the automatic source, press otomatiğe dön (back to automatic).

In the Walmart taban / tavan (USD) (Walmart floor / ceiling, USD) section at the bottom of the page you set dollar limits per product. Enter a full SKU, "parent|colour" or a parent code as the Anahtar (Key), enter the floor and ceiling, and press Kaydet (Save). The Walmart sync squeezes the target price into this range; a side you leave empty is not applied. Remove a rule with Sil (Delete). Saving in this section requires the Admin role.

Frequently asked questions

There are no products with competitors in the Repricing table. The BuyBox scan found no products with competitors. Check the last scan time on the BuyBox screen.

There are a lot of floor blocks. Matching the competitor's price would mean a loss with the cost and commission you entered. Check that costs and commission rates are correct on the Raporlar → Kârlılık (Reports → Profitability) screen.

I applied the suggestion but the competitor still holds the box. The competitor price is the value at scan time; the competitor may have changed it since. Check again after the next scan.
