Reports overview: what it shows and how to use it

The revenue, orders, channel share and best-seller summary on the Reports page, choosing a period, and why net figures differ from the home page.

What is this screen for?

Raporlar → Genel bakış (Reports → Overview) summarises the sales that came in from your channels during the period you choose: revenue, orders, basket size, cancellation rate, a daily revenue chart, channel share, order status and best-selling products. The figures are calculated from the orders Bulutegra reads from your channels. The screen is read-only; it writes nothing.

The Raporlar (Reports) menu is visible to the Admin, Accounting and Reporting roles. The Reporting role sees only the Panel and Raporlar (Reports) pages. The Content and Warehouse roles do not see the menu.

The tabs on the Reports page are Genel bakış (Overview), Kârlılık (Profitability), Repricing, BuyBox, Hakediş (Settlements), Tükenme (Stock-out) and Vitrin listeleri (Showcase lists).

Choosing a period and channel

  1. Pick a period with the buttons at the top: Bu hafta (This week), Geçen hafta (Last week), Bu ay (This month), Bu yıl (This year) or Geçen yıl (Last year). Periods follow the calendar: the week starts on Monday, and Bu hafta, Bu ay and Bu yıl run from the first day of the period up to today. Geçen hafta is the previous Monday to Sunday, and Geçen yıl is 1 January to 31 December of last year. The page opens on Bu ay.
  2. For a specific range, enter the Başlangıç (Start) and Bitiş (End) dates in the Tarih aralığı (Date range) boxes and press Uygula (Apply). On a phone, these boxes open with the Özel (Custom) button. To remove a custom range, press Temizle (Clear).
  3. Choose a channel in the channel box, or leave it on Tüm kanallar (All channels).

Just below the selection you see the period's date range and the önceki (previous) period it is compared with. Bu hafta is compared with the same days of last week (for example Monday–Wednesday with last Monday–Wednesday), and Bu ay with the same days of last month. With Bu yıl and Geçen yıl, the comparison is the same date range one year earlier. For Geçen hafta and for a custom range, the previous period is the range of the same length immediately before the one you chose.

The period and channel you choose are kept in the address bar. If you copy and share the link, the same view opens. Links you saved earlier with 7 gün, 30 gün, 90 gün or 12 ay open with the nearest calendar period. There is no file download button on this screen.

Cards

CardWhat it shows
Ciro (Revenue)The channel amount of orders that were not cancelled or returned, VAT included.
Sipariş (Orders)The number of orders that were not cancelled or returned.
Ortalama sepet (Average basket)The average amount per order.
Satılan adet (Units sold)Total units and units per order.
İptal / iade (Cancelled / returned)The share, number and amount of orders that were cancelled or returned.

Each card shows the change against the previous period with an arrow and a percentage. On the İptal / iade card an increase counts as bad, so it is shown in red. If the previous period has no data, it says "önceki dönem yok" (no previous period).

Chart, channel share and best sellers

  • Ciro (Revenue) chart: bars are this period's revenue, the dashed line is the previous period. Hover over a bar to see that day's revenue and order count. For long periods the chart is grouped by week. The best day or week is shown underneath.
  • Kanal payı (Channel share): each channel's revenue, order count, share of revenue and number of cancellations.
  • Sipariş durumu (Order status): how all orders in the period split into Kargo bekliyor (Awaiting shipment), Kargoda (In transit), Teslim edildi (Delivered), İptal / iade (Cancelled / returned), Diğer (Other) and Bilinmiyor (Unknown). This box includes cancellations and returns.
  • Çok satanlar (Best sellers): the top products by revenue. You can show 10, 20 or 100 products. The columns are Ürün (Product), Adet (Units), Sipariş (Orders), Ciro (Revenue) and Pay (Share). Click a product name to open its product card, or the image to see it full size. Product revenue is the order amount spread across its lines in proportion to quantity.

Why does it differ from the home page?

The two screens count the same orders differently:

  • Toplam ciro (brüt) (Total revenue, gross) and Toplam sipariş (brüt) (Total orders, gross) on the Panel home page include cancellations and returns. This matches the logic the marketplaces use in their own panels.
  • Raporlar → Genel bakış (Reports → Overview) is net: Ciro (Revenue) and Sipariş (Orders) leave out cancelled and returned orders, which are shown separately on the İptal / iade card.
  • Trendyol returns come from the Trendyol finance statement: an order returned in full counts as returned, and for a partial return the returned amount is deducted from revenue.

That is why revenue on Reports looks lower than on the home page for the same period. When comparing with a channel's own panel, use the gross figure on the home page.

Foreign-currency channels: amounts from channels that sell in US dollars are converted to TRY at the current exchange rate; the rate used is shown in the note at the bottom of the page. An external channel whose currency can't be converted is left out of revenue. In the channel share, that channel's amount shows as "—" with "çevrilmedi" (not converted), and the note lists its order count and amount in the channel's own currency.

Other reports and comparison runs

The Diğer raporlar (Other reports) cards at the bottom show the headline number of each report and take you to it when clicked: Kârlılık (Profitability), Repricing, BuyBox, Hakediş (Settlements), Tükenme (Stock-out) and, for the account owner only, Vitrin listeleri (Showcase lists). If a report's data can't be loaded, its card says "veri yok" (no data).

Open the Karşılaştırma turları (Comparison runs) section to see, for each run, the orders read from the channel and how many have a counterpart in your ERP: Kanal siparişi (Channel orders), orders matched in the ERP (the panel shows your ERP's name here), Uyuşmazlık (Mismatch: found in the ERP but quantity, amount or warehouse does not match) and the run's Süre (Duration).

If something goes wrong

  • "Satış özeti alınamadı (veri yok ya da yetki). Diğer raporlar aşağıda." (Sales summary could not be loaded, no data or no permission): no orders have been read for the selected period, or your role can't see this data. Widen the period; if the problem continues, ask your admin about your role.
  • "Bu dönemde satış yok" (No sales in this period) or "Bu dönemde satılan ürün yok" (No products sold in this period): there are no non-cancelled orders for the selected channel and period. Switch back to Tüm kanallar (All channels) and check again.
  • A channel is missing from the list: the channel box lists only channels that have orders in the selected period.
