Stock-out and showcase lists: what they do and how to use them

The Stock-out screen, which shows how many days stock will last at the current sales pace, setting a critical threshold, and the Showcase lists tab.

What is the Stock-out screen for?

Raporlar → Tükenme (Reports → Stock-out) shows how many days each product's stock will last at today's sales pace. Use it to place production or supply orders in time.

  • Sales pace: units per day, calculated from the last 30 days of sales. If there were no sales in the last 30 days, the last 90 days are used.
  • Sales: orders from all channels are counted; cancelled and returned lines are left out.
  • Stock: the quantity in your master stock record.
  • Stock-out: stock ÷ sales pace. Without a sales pace, the days can't be calculated.

The Ölçüm (Measured) time at the end of the description line shows when the list was last calculated.

The Reports menu is visible to the Admin, Accounting and Reporting roles.

Cards

CardWhat it shows
Satan ürün (kök) (Products selling, parent)The number of parent products with at least one sale in the last 90 days.
7 günde biter (Runs out within 7 days)Parents whose stock runs out within 7 days. Production or supply is needed now.

Bitmiş ama satıyordu (Out of stock but was selling)Parents with zero stock that had sales in the last 30 days.
Kritik (Critical)Products below their critical threshold, running out in under 7 days, or sold out while selling.

Using the list

  1. Type a parent code or product name in the search box and press Enter.
  2. Pick an option in the sort box: sırala: en yakın tükenme (soonest stock-out), sırala: 30 gün satış (30-day sales), sırala: 7 gün satış (7-day sales), sırala: stok (stock) or sırala: kök (parent code).
  3. Click a parent code to open the product card.

The columns are Kök (Parent), Ürün (Product), Stok (Stock), Tükenme (Stock-out), 7 gün (7 days), 30 gün (30 days), 90 gün (90 days), adet/gün (units/day) and Kritik eşik (Critical threshold). In the Tükenme column, 7 days or less shows a red badge and 8–14 days an orange one. Products with no sales pace show "satış hızı yok" (no sales pace). Rows for critical products have a red background.

If the list is long, the first 400 products are shown and "(ilk 400)" (first 400) appears next to the product count. Use the search box to find a specific product.

Setting a critical threshold

If you want a warning when a product's stock falls below a certain quantity:

  1. Press the eşik gir (set threshold) button in its row.
  2. Type the quantity in the box that opens and leave the box.
  3. "kaydedildi ✓" (saved) appears beside it, and the button now shows "eşik" with your number.

When stock reaches or falls below this threshold, the product counts as critical. Critical products are listed in the "… ürün kritik stokta" (… products at critical stock) band at the top of the Bildirimler → Uyarılar (Notifications → Alerts) tab; the band's Tükenme sekmesi (Stock-out tab) button brings you back here. The Alerts tab is visible to the account owner.

Showcase lists

The Raporlar → Vitrin listeleri (Reports → Showcase lists) tab shows products that could be moved to the top of the category pages on your website. The selection favours products with a full size range, a mid-range price and a fit for the season; products with broken size runs never make the list.

  • The tab is visible only to the account owner with the Admin role.
  • If lists are not produced for your account, the screen says "Bu kurulumda vitrin listesi üretilmiyor." (Showcase lists are not produced for this setup.)

When lists are produced, a report opens on the screen:

  • The start of the report explains how the selection was made.
  • Products that left or joined the list since the previous one are shown, with the reason a product left (for example, stock ran out or the size run broke).
  • A CSV file can be downloaded for each category. The category order follows the order in the CSV.

The list is only a suggestion; it does not change the order on your website. You apply the order yourself in your website's admin panel.

Frequently asked questions

A product shows "satış hızı yok" (no sales pace). It has had no non-cancelled sales in the last 90 days, so no stock-out day can be calculated.

The stock figure differs from the channel's. The screen shows your master stock record. The quantity sent to a channel can differ because of stock limits, reserves or channel rules; see Stock and price sync.

The threshold was not saved. "İşlem tamamlanamadı: …" (Could not complete) appears beside the button. Check the message and try again.
