Profitability and settlements

What the profitability screen shows per product and channel, and which records the settlement audit flags.

Both screens are under the Reports (Raporlar) menu. Users with the Admin, Accounting and Reporting roles can see them.

Reports → Profitability

Each row shows the expected contribution left over from a sale: commission, product cost and shipping are deducted from revenue, and the chance of a return is factored in. Because a return means paying for shipping twice, that is included as well. VAT is excluded, and overheads are deliberately left out.

On the screen you'll find:

  • Channel cards: how many products are at a loss, below threshold or healthy on each channel. Click a card to filter the list to that channel.
  • The No cost (Maliyeti olmayan) card: products with no cost entered yet. Their contribution can't be calculated.
  • The product table: lowest contribution first. Each channel cell shows the contribution rate and that channel's floor price.

Open the Settings, cost upload and campaign calculator (Ayarlar, maliyet yükleme ve kampanya hesaplayıcı) section to:

  1. Enter the threshold, return rate, VAT and channel commission rates in the Settings box, then press Save settings (Ayarları kaydet).
  2. Paste two columns from Excel into the Upload costs (Maliyet yükle) box: product code and cost (excluding VAT, one product per line). Press Upload (Yükle). Costs for existing codes are updated.
  3. In the Campaign calculator (Kampanya hesaplayıcı), type a parent product code and a test price (including VAT), then press Calculate (Hesapla). You see how the discount affects contribution before joining a campaign.

After making changes, refresh the screen with recalculate (yeniden hesapla), or export the list with Download Excel (Excel indir).

Reports → Settlements

This screen shows what the marketplace deducted and what is left for you. The cards at the top summarise the period: Sales (gross), Discounts + coupons, Net (sales lines), Deduction invoices and Open reconciliation.

The settlement audit flags these records in separate lists:

  • Delivered orders with no settlement: orders that were delivered but have no settlement line. These are potential lost payments to raise with the marketplace.
  • Returned but commission not refunded: commission taken on the sale doesn't appear to have been returned after the refund. This list appears where the channel's data allows it.
  • Orders with negative settlement: the net amount went below zero after returns or deductions. These may be duplicate deductions or underpaid settlements.
  • Different commission rates on the same product: the same product was charged different rates within the period. This can mean a category change or a wrong deduction.

You'll also find Recent payouts and Deduction invoices tables.

Tracking a reconciliation record

When you raise a flagged order with the marketplace, track it under Open reconciliation records (Açık mutabakat kayıtları):

  1. Choose a status: Open, Under review, Waiting for the platform, Payment received or Payment not received.
  2. Enter the number of the support request you opened with the marketplace in the ticket field.
  3. Add a note if needed.

That way the whole team can see which amount is waiting with whom.
