Excessive price gap list: what it is and how to read it

The list of prices not sent to a channel because the price brake held them, its columns, and what you can do with an item on it.

What is this screen for?

The Kurallar → Aşırı fark (Rules → Excessive price gap) tab shows items whose calculated target price is so far from the current channel price that it was not sent. Only the price is held for these items; stock keeps flowing and the product stays on sale.

The list is for information only. Nothing is written to a channel from this screen. The Rules menu is visible only to the account owner.

The description at the top of the page shows the current general price brake range. If no range is set, it says "tanımsız" (undefined). You change the range on the Kurallar (Rules) tab; details are in How do price rules work?.

Why does an item land on this list?

For each channel, the sync calculates a target price and compares it with the channel price. If the target / current ratio is outside that channel's brake range, the price is not sent and the item is written to this list. An item whose channel price shows as 0 also lands here.

  • If the Fren (Brake) box in the channel's row is not ticked, the brake does not work on that channel and no items come from it.
  • If the channel's row has its own alt / üst (lower / upper) values, that range applies to the channel.
  • Prices below the profit floor are not on this list. You find them under Kanallar → Pazar Yerleri (Channels → Marketplaces): click the channel logo and look at the Fiyat freni (Price brake) row in the Bekleyen işler (Pending jobs) table. That row separates the two counts: excessive gap and profit floor.

Reading the screen

Cards

  • Frende bekleyen (Held by the brake): the number of items held across all channels.
  • Channel cards: the number of held items on each channel and the time that channel's list was last updated.

Table

ColumnWhat it shows
Kanal (Channel)The channel the item is on.
Kanal kodu (Channel code)The listing's code on the channel (stock code or barcode).
SKUYour stock code for the product.
Marka (Brand)The product's brand.
Kanaldaki fiyat (Channel price)The sale price currently shown on the channel.
Hedef fiyat (Target price)The price calculated from your rules, which was not sent.
Değişim (Change)The target as a percentage change from the current price. Red is a decrease, green an increase. If the channel price is 0, "—" is shown.

The list is sorted from the largest change to the smallest, so the most extreme gaps are at the top. If the list is very long, only the first items are shown and a note under the table says how many. Long tables also get a search box and page buttons.

What to do with an item on the list

First decide which side the gap comes from.

  1. The target price is right and the channel price is outdated (for example, a listing taken over from another system was left with a very low or very high price): on the Kurallar (Rules) tab, widen that channel's alt / üst range, or untick its Fren (Brake) box for a while, and press Kaydet (Save). The price goes out with the next sync. Turn the brake back on once prices have settled.
  2. The target price is wrong: check the channel's Çarpan (Multiplier) or the product's sale price in your master record. If the target falls within the range after the fix, the item leaves the list by itself.
  3. You don't want the price to change: you can leave the item on the list; the brake keeps the current price until you decide. If a brand's prices should never be touched, add the brand to Kapsam dışı markalar (Out-of-scope brands).

The list is rewritten during sync runs. To see the effect of a change, refresh the page after the next run.

Frequently asked questions

The list is empty and says "Frende bekleyen kalem yok." (No items held by the brake.) No channel has a price held by the brake. If a product's price still does not change, follow the checklist in Stock and price sync.

A channel card is missing. That channel has no held items, or its Fren (Brake) box is not ticked.

The time on a channel card looks old. The card shows when that channel's list was last written. The rows reflect the situation at that time; check when the last send to that channel went out in the Kanal gönderimleri (Channel sends) table on the İşlemler → Sistem sağlığı (Operations → System health) tab.

The channel price differs from what I see in the marketplace panel. The column shows the value the sync last read from the channel. A price you changed by hand on the channel recently shows up after the next read.
