Stock and price sync
How the single stock pool, price rules and the profit floor work, and why a price may not change.
A single stock pool
Stock is managed in one place and sent from there to your connected channels. When something sells on one channel, the quantity drops on the others within minutes. There is no separate stock ledger per channel.
To limit the units sent to one channel, use the Stock limit / campaign reserve (Stok limiti / kampanya rezervi) window on the product links screen:
- Cap (Tavan): the most units that will be sent to that channel.
- Reserve (Rezerv): subtracted from the quantity sent; the share you set aside for a campaign or another channel.
If you leave both empty, the rule is removed.
Mass-reset brake: if a single send would set an unusual number of products to zero at once, the send stops and an alert is raised. A broken feed can't empty all your channels.
Price rules
Price rules live on the Rules (Kurallar) page, which is visible to the account owner. A saved change applies from the next sync, and the Change log (Değişiklik günlüğü) records who changed what, and when.
- Marketplace price rules (Pazar yeri fiyat kuralları): one row per channel.
- If the Price rule (Fiyat kuralı) box is ticked, prices are written to that channel; if not, only stock is sent.
- The Multiplier (Çarpan) is the ratio that channel's price is calculated with.
- The Brake (Fren) box with its lower / upper limits stops a send when the target price drifts too far from the current price. Empty limits fall back to the general brake range.
- General price brake (backup) (Genel fiyat freni (yedek)): lower and upper limits for all channels. For example, 0.8 means 80% of the current price.
- Out-of-scope brands (Kapsam dışı markalar): only stock is written for these brands; prices are left alone.
The profit floor
A floor price is calculated for each product and channel. If the calculated target price falls below this floor, the price is not sent to the channel; the product stays on sale. You can see each product's floor per channel on Reports → Profitability (Raporlar → Kârlılık).
Why didn't the price change?
Check in this order:
- Is it the brake? Go to Channels → Marketplaces (Kanallar → Pazar Yerleri) and click the channel logo. The Price brake (Fiyat freni) row in the Pending jobs table separates two causes: excessive gap (aşırı fren, the target is far from the current price) and profit floor (kârlılık tabanı, the target is below the floor). Both stop only the price. The same list is on the Rules → Excessive price gap (Kurallar → Aşırı fark) tab.
- Is the price rule off for the channel? If the box is unticked, only stock goes to that channel.
- Is the product in a marketplace campaign? In many campaign types the price can't be changed until the campaign ends, or only reductions are accepted. Bulutegra sends the price but the marketplace rejects the line, so the panel shows the new price while customers still see the old one. Check the campaign terms in the marketplace's seller panel.
- Does someone else own it? If the product is flagged "External system" or "Nobody" on that channel, Bulutegra doesn't touch its price.
- Is the product matched? No price goes to an unmatched listing. See the Product matching article.
- Is the brand out of scope? Only stock is written for out-of-scope brands.
A price you changed by hand on the channel
If you change a price by hand in the marketplace's panel, the next send overwrites it with the calculated price. For a lasting change, update the rule on the Rules page.
