Operations, Log and system health
How to see what is running right now on the Operations page, start a job by hand and read recent runs, and follow detailed records on the Log page.
What these screens are for
Bulutegra works in the background all the time: it pulls orders, writes them to your ERP and sends stock and prices to your channels. The İşlemler (Operations) page shows where all of this stands right now and lets you start a job by hand when needed. The Log page is the line-by-line record of the same jobs. Both sit under Operasyon (Operations) in the left menu.
The Operations page
From top to bottom the page has these parts:
- Header strip: the status of the ERP connection (shown with your ERP's name) and when the data was last produced (son veri, last data).
- Hesap sağlığı (Account health): a score out of 100 with four components: Kanal bağlantıları (Channel connections), Sipariş → ERP (Order → ERP), İlan kalitesi (Listing quality) and Ürün verisi (Product data). Next to the score it says İyi durumda (Good), İyileştirilebilir (Can be improved) or Dikkat gerekiyor (Needs attention). Each item under Öncelikli işler (Priority tasks) takes you to the screen where it is fixed; the ? next to it opens the related help article. A component that can't be measured is left out of the score.
- Right-now box: says "Şu an … iş çalışıyor" (… jobs running now) or "Şu an çalışan iş yok" (No job running now). Below it you see the number of runs in the last 3 hours, how many of them wrote to a marketplace or to the ERP, and how many failed. Click the failed-run count to filter the list to errors only. Each running job card shows a YAZIYOR (WRITING) or OKUYOR (READING) tag, the job name, channel logos, how long it has been running and the last line it wrote.
- Onayını bekleyen (Awaiting your approval): any operation waiting for approval is listed here. Onayla (Approve) starts it, iptal (cancel) drops it. Operations waiting longer than 24 hours are grouped in a separate warning; clear them with Hepsini iptal et (Cancel all).
Start by hand
| Card | What it does |
|---|---|
| Sipariş aktar (Transfer order) | Writes the order numbers you type into your ERP. |
| Stok/fiyat gönder (Send stock/price) | Sends current stock and prices to the marketplace you pick, right away. |
| Sipariş çek (Pull orders) | Pulls new orders from the marketplace you pick and writes them to the ERP. Orders already transferred are not written again. |
| İş çalıştır (Run job) | Runs a scheduled job once without waiting for its time. |
- Click the card.
- In Sipariş aktar, type the numbers separated by commas, spaces or new lines and click Devam (Continue). In Stok/fiyat gönder and Sipariş çek, just tap the marketplace logo. In İş çalıştır, pick a marketplace or type in iş ara… (search job…), then tap the job.
- The job starts and its operation page opens, showing the preview, result and log; the page refreshes itself while the job runs. ‹ Listeye dön (Back to list) returns to Operations.
The yine de yaz (write anyway) box in order transfer starts unticked. Left unticked, orders already written to the ERP are skipped and no duplicate is created. Only tick it when you're sure: if you do, a second order is created in the ERP.
Product- and order-level actions (closing/opening sales, campaigns, shipping labels, sending content) are not started from these cards but from the relevant row on the Ürünler (Products) and Siparişler (Orders) pages, or from the Asistan (Assistant).
Recent runs
Jobs run in the last 3 hours are listed one line per run: time, status, job name, channel logos, who started it (the scheduler, a user or the assistant) and a short summary. Tap a line to open its details.
- Önemli (Important, default): runs that wrote something, failed, or were started from the panel.
- Hatalar (Errors): only runs that failed or reported findings.
- Tümü (All): everything, including checks and runs with no changes.
- Tüm pazar yerleri (All marketplaces) list and a search box (job name, product code, order number).
Status badges: çalışıyor (running), yazdı (wrote), tamamlandı (completed), değişiklik yok (no change), kontrol etti (checked), yazma kapalı (writing off), hata (error), bulgu var (findings), sırada (queued), iptal (cancelled).
Scheduled jobs
Open the Zamanlanmış işler (Scheduled jobs) section at the bottom to see how often each job runs, when it last ran and its status: normal, çalışıyor (running), gecikmiş (late), askıda (suspended), kapalı (off). Click a row to see that job's latest log lines. Şimdi çalıştır (Run now) runs it once immediately. Some jobs have Askıya al (Suspend) and Devam et (Resume) buttons; you are asked for a reason when suspending.
The Log page
Shows the records of scheduled jobs and every operation done from the panel in one stream, newest first: who ran it, what was sent, what the result was. The Tüm satırlar: Log › (All lines: Log) link on Operations opens it too.
- The Canlı (Live) button at the top right pauses and resumes the stream. While paused, new lines wait; a "yeni satır — en üste git" (new lines — go to top) button shows them.
- Level filter: Tümü (All), Hata (Error), Uyarı (Warning), Yazdı (Wrote), Başlayan (Started), each with its line count.
- Tüm pazar yerleri (All marketplaces), Tüm işler (All jobs) and Herkes (Everyone) lists, and a time range: Son 1 saat, Son 3 saat, Son 6 saat, Son 24 saat (last 1, 3, 6, 24 hours).
- The search box looks in product codes, order numbers and error text.
- Dışa aktar (Export) downloads the matching lines as a text file.
- The right column lists Şu an çalışan (Running now) jobs and Son 1 saatte hata veren (Failed in the last hour) jobs; click one to filter the log to that job.
- Shortcuts: / search, Boşluk (Space) pause/resume, Esc clear filters. Tap the job name on a line to keep only that job's lines.
The System health tab
The Sistem sağlığı (System health) tab shows server processes, timed jobs and channel sends in technical detail. It appears only on Bulutegra system administrator accounts; seller accounts don't have it. Bulutegra monitors the server side; if a problem affects your account it shows up on the Bildirimler (Notifications) page.

If something is wrong
- If it says "Bu süzgeçte koşu yok." (No runs for this filter.), click Tümünü göster (Show all) or clear the marketplace filter.
- If the Hatalar (Errors) filter has lines, tap one to read the details. If the same error keeps coming, see the Common problems article.
- If a scheduled job shows gecikmiş (late), run it once with Şimdi çalıştır (Run now). If it persists, write to destek@bulutegra.com with the job name.
- If Sipariş aktar says the order was not found, check the number or ask the Asistan with the marketplace name (e.g. "10000000001 Pazarama siparişini aktar").
- If you are the account owner but don't see the Hesap sağlığı card, the score can't be calculated right now; open the page again later.
