Assistant release notes

Bulutegra Assistant versions: what is new, improved and fixed in each release.

Bulutegra Assistant is the helper you ask questions and give tasks to about your panel data. This page lists the assistant's releases and what changed for you in each one. Current version: Assistant 3.1 (October 14, 2026).

You can see the assistant's version on the version label in the assistant window header; clicking the label opens this page.

Assistant 3.1 — October 14, 2026

A redesigned chat screen and a more natural assistant

What's new

  • New chat screen: answers are easier to read; key information is in bold, and steps and lists are shown as bullets or numbers.
  • When the chat is empty, the assistant greets you and shows example questions grouped by topic; tap one and the question is sent right away.
  • Excel lists arrive as a file card inside the answer; click the card to download the file.
  • Every answer has Kopyala (Copy), Yararlı (Helpful) and Yararlı değil (Not helpful) buttons; Copy puts the answer text on the clipboard.

Improvements

  • Writing messages is easier: Enter sends, Shift+Enter starts a new line, and the box grows by itself for longer messages.
  • While an answer is being prepared, the chat shows which step the assistant is on; messages are grouped by day under Today, Yesterday or a date heading.
  • On a phone, the assistant page scrolls as a single page and the message box stays fixed at the bottom of the screen.
  • The assistant answers more questions directly. Short messages such as greetings, thanks or "what can you do" get a short reply with example questions, and they are no longer queued.

Assistant 3.0 — October 11, 2026

An assistant that does the work from the chat, explains why, and starts the day with you

What's new

  • New jobs from the chat: open a task and assign it to a colleague with a due date, open a product on the channels where it is missing, change a price by a percentage, fill empty HS code / origin / size details, draft a channel title and description, upload invoices to the channel. Every job is previewed in the chat first and applied with your approval.
  • When you change a price by a percentage, the preview shows the old and new price for each channel, the brake band and the profitability floor; each channel is calculated from its own price.
  • Why questions: why a product is missing on a channel, why an order wasn't transferred to the ERP, why a price changed — the assistant follows the records in order and gives the reason in one answer.
  • Comparisons and analysis: this week versus last week, the same product on two channels, the most-returned products and their return reasons (with an Excel list).
  • Good-morning card: the first time you open the assistant in a day you see a short summary and jobs you can preview with one click; when a new red alert with an automatic fix appears, the assistant offers to preview the fix.
  • Page context and voice: on a product or order page just say "bunu kapat" (close this) or "bunun stoğu ne kadar" (what is this one's stock); if your browser supports it, ask by voice with the microphone button.
  • "Was this helpful?" 👍 / 👎 buttons under every answer; answers that get negative feedback go onto an improvement list.

Improvements

  • The assistant follows the panel's role rules: the Warehouse role can't see or change prices and the Accounting role can't change stock; what a role can't do is declined with a short, polite answer.
  • Previews that ask for approval are no longer shortened: every channel and value you approve is shown. The fill-in preview shows which value goes into which field.
  • Every new question the assistant can't understand is added to its regular internal test automatically; if the score drops, an alert is raised and it is fixed.

Fixes

  • In the Admin role, a request to transfer an order to the ERP now also waits for your approval in the chat, like every other job.
  • A percentage price change on all channels is calculated from each channel's own price; previously a single multiplier could be applied to every channel.

Assistant 2.0 — October 10, 2026

An assistant that understands alerts and notifications and answers briefly

What's new

  • The assistant now knows every alert and notification type that can appear in the panel. Paste an alert as it is, or ask "what does this mean" or "how do I fix it", and the assistant explains what it means, its most common causes, a fix in at most three steps and a link to the related help article.
  • When you ask about an alert, the assistant reads the current state from the panel's own data. For example, "which products have no barcode" returns the current count, the first 20 products and an Excel link to the full list.
  • You can ask about the new features: the per-run limit and drop brake in price sync, Temu floor price protection, Pazar yeri eşlemeleri › Lojistik & uyum › Otomatik kurallar (Marketplace mappings › Logistics & compliance › Automatic rules), Kanal Anahtarları › API değişiklikleri (Channel switches › API changes) with their Görevler (Tasks) cards, the recurring error alert, where operation logs are kept and the Yardım merkezi (Help center) button on every page.
  • The assistant now carries a version number; the version label in the assistant window opens these notes.
  • Every operation the assistant performs is now always applied with your approval: the assistant briefly shows what it will do in the chat and asks "Are you sure?"; choose "Evet, uygula" (Yes, apply) and it applies the change and writes the result in the same chat, choose "Vazgeç" (Cancel) and nothing changes. Approval is valid for 10 minutes and only for that operation.

Improvements

  • Answers are shorter: the direct answer first (a number or a status), then at most three steps if needed, then a single link. Long lists stop at five lines; type "devamı" (more) to see the rest.
  • Answers no longer show internal technical details such as files, tables or server paths.
  • Similar-looking alerts are now told apart; an alert never gets the answer meant for another one.
  • Questions with swapped letters, mixed with English words ("how many order", "stock") or wrapped in polite phrases ("Hello … thanks") are understood correctly.
  • Questions such as "is the <channel> connection working", "when was <channel> stock sent", "how is system health", "my tasks", "how do I cancel an order" and "orders to ship" are answered directly.
  • Approval buttons always stay current: once used, expired or replaced by a new request, the buttons disappear and a short status line takes their place ("Uygulandı" applied, "Vazgeçildi" cancelled, "Süresi doldu" expired). The same status shows after a page refresh or in another tab, and the same approval is never applied twice.

Fixes

  • Some alerts sent with the "Asistana sor" (Ask the assistant) button in System health only got "this alert is open" as an answer; they now also get the meaning and the fix steps.
  • 12-digit product barcodes are no longer mistaken for order numbers; you get the product and its channel stock. Product codes that start with digits or have three parts are recognized too.
  • For notifications that may contain a customer name (such as return requests), the assistant shows only the date and count.

Assistant 1.9 — October 9, 2026

More accurate answers to order and listing questions

What's new

  • Orders that could not be written to your ERP are listed with their numbers and reasons.
  • "Send me the products on sale on <channel>" returns an Excel list of live listings.

Improvements

  • Stock requests written with a barcode now find the product code automatically.

Fixes

  • A "set stock to zero" request is no longer applied to a product that still has stock in your product source; the assistant explains why.

Assistant 1.8 — October 7, 2026

Direct answers and safe use

What's new

  • An assistant introduction video was added.

Improvements

  • When you ask about a notification title, you get that notification's topic and current state instead of a general summary.
  • Questions never start an operation; an operation needs an explicit request.
  • Each account sees only its own data; information your role cannot see in the panel is not given by the assistant either.

Assistant 1.7 — October 5, 2026

Resolving notifications and duplicate order protection

What's new

  • Typing "resolve notifications" re-checks recent notifications; resolved ones are closed and ongoing ones are listed.
  • You can ask about penalty invoices, missing photos or fabric details and locked products.

Improvements

  • When an order that already exists in your ERP is sent again, the assistant asks for confirmation first.

Assistant 1.6 — October 2, 2026

Problem library and local understanding engine

What's new

  • Problems solved so far (symptom, cause, fix) were taught to the assistant; when you describe the same problem, it checks the current state and gives the fix.
  • The assistant understands questions written with different words, typos or without Turkish characters; when unsure, it offers two or three options.

Improvements

  • An alert sent with the "Asistana sor" (Ask the assistant) button in System health is re-checked; if it is already resolved, the assistant says so.

Assistant 1.5 — September 25, 2026

Product- and channel-level operations

What's new

  • Requests such as "send stock and price for <product code> on <channel>" prepare stock, price and image updates for a product, brand or category; the operation starts with your approval.

Improvements

  • Questions written without Turkish characters and short sentences that mention a channel are understood better.

Assistant 1.4 — September 21, 2026

All marketplaces and every panel page

What's new

  • Questions about listings without barcodes, code mismatches, stock differences, closed listings and unlisted products are answered instantly for every connected marketplace.
  • Follow-up questions such as "which order?" are answered in the context of the previous answer.

Improvements

  • The assistant uses the same calculation as the panel page that shows the same data, so the panel and the assistant give the same number.

Assistant 1.3 — September 19, 2026

The assistant on every page

What's new

  • The chat button in the lower right corner opens the assistant on every page; the chat stays open when you move to another page.

Assistant 1.2 — September 16, 2026

Reports, Excel lists and approved operations

What's new

  • Questions about order count and revenue, best sellers, returns, settlements, profitability, BuyBox and the price brake are answered; long lists can be downloaded as Excel.
  • Requests to close or open sales, lock a product, set a stock cap, change a price multiplier, list products or print a shipping label are prepared in İşlemler (Operations) as operations awaiting your approval.

Assistant 1.1 — September 14, 2026

Answers to queued questions reach you

What's new

  • A question the assistant cannot answer right away is queued; when it is answered, the answer appears in your chat and you get a notification.

Assistant 1.0 — September 10, 2026

Bulutegra Assistant launched

What's new

  • The assistant for asking questions about your panel data was launched. Questions about order numbers, product codes, channel stock/price status and rules are answered from the panel's own data, without relying on an external paid AI service.

See Assistant: what it does and how to use it for how to use the assistant.
