The Panel home page: sales summary, bell and menu map

Explains the sales cards, period buttons and attention bell on the Panel home page, and what each section of the left menu is for.

When you sign in, the Panel page opens. It shows sales across all your channels for the period you choose. The Yardım merkezi (Help center) button, the attention bell and the theme button sit in the top right.

Choosing a period

Pick the period with the buttons next to the Satışlar (Sales) heading: this week, last week, this month, the last 30 days, this year or today. The panel opens on this week.

  • The line under the heading shows the selected date range and the previous period it is compared with. The previous period is the period of the same length immediately before.
  • With Bu yıl, the comparison is the same date range last year.
  • The US dollar rate may also appear at the end of that line.

Sales cards

CardWhat it shows
Toplam ciro (brüt) (Total revenue, gross)Revenue for the period, cancellations and returns included.
Toplam sipariş (brüt) (Total orders, gross)Number of orders and units, cancellations and returns included.
Ortalama sepet (Average basket)Average amount per order.
İptal / iade (Cancellations / returns)Orders cancelled or returned, their share of all orders and their amount.

Each card shows the change against the previous period with a ▲ (up) or ▼ (down) arrow and a percentage.

Gross and net

The figures on the Panel are gross: cancelled and returned orders are counted too, so they match what you see in the channels' own seller panels. Net revenue, with cancellations and returns taken out, is on the Raporlar (Reports) page. If a figure looks different from a channel panel or from Reports, check this distinction first.

Marketplace breakdown

In the Pazar yeri kırılımı (Marketplace breakdown) section, every channel with sales in the period has its own card. The card shows the channel logo, revenue, orders and units. If there were any, an "içinde … iptal/iade" (of which … cancelled/returned) line is added. The last line shows the change in revenue and orders against the previous period and the previous period's revenue. If the channel had no sales in the previous period, it says "önceki dönem yok" (no previous period).

Daily sales and top-selling products

  • The Günlük satış (Daily sales) chart draws one bar per day. Hover over a bar to see the date, revenue and number of orders. The amount for the best day is written above its bar. For long periods the bars are grouped by week and the label says "haftası" (week of).
  • The En çok satan ürünler (Top-selling products) table lists the eight products with the highest revenue in the period, with Ürün (Product), Adet (Units) and Ciro (Revenue) columns. Each product row shows the main product code and the product name.

The bell: items needing attention

The number on the bell is the count of open critical and warning items. Click the bell to open the list:

  • Dikkat gerektirenler (Needs attention): red (critical) and orange (warning) items. Examples: Aktarılmamış sipariş (Order not transferred), Kanal ↔ ERP farkı (Channel ↔ ERP difference, shown with your ERP's name), Kanalda satışta, bizde stok 0 (On sale on the channel, zero stock here), Karar bekleyen iade talebi (Return request awaiting a decision), Gecikmiş rutin (Delayed routine), an ERP connection problem and system warnings.
  • Bilgi (Info): to-do style rows, for example Kargo bekleyen sipariş (Orders awaiting shipment) and Sırada bekleyen işlem (Queued operation). These are not added to the bell count.

Click a row to open a detail window. Sayfada aç (Open on page) takes you to the related list; Kapat (Close) closes the window. If nothing is open, the list shows a note starting with "Açık bir başlık yok." (No open items).

On mobile, the bell sits in the top bar next to the menu button. The mobile bell also has a Bildirimler (Notifications) section with your latest unread notifications and a Tüm bildirimler › (All notifications) button.

Which items appear depends on your role: ERP connection, system warnings, delayed routines and the operations queue are shown only to the account owner. The Returns role sees only order, return and difference items.

The Help center button

The Yardım merkezi (Help center) button sits in the same place on every screen and opens the help site in a new tab. If the screen you are on has a help article, that article opens directly; otherwise the help center home page opens. On a phone, the bottom of the menu also has Yardım merkezi (Help center), Tema (Theme) and Sürüm notları (Release notes) links.

Light and dark theme

Choose the light or dark theme with the theme button in the top right; on a phone, Tema (Theme) in the menu does the same. Your choice is saved to your account and stays the same on every device. If you haven't chosen, the panel follows your device's appearance setting.

Where is account health?

The Hesap sağlığı (Account health) card is not on the Panel; it is at the top of the İşlemler (Operations) page and is visible to the account owner. It shows a score out of 100, the components Kanal bağlantıları (Channel connections), Sipariş → ERP (Order → ERP), İlan kalitesi (Listing quality) and Ürün verisi (Product data), and an Öncelikli işler (Priority tasks) list. Each item links to the screen where you fix it.

If something looks wrong

  • "Bu dönemde kayıtlı satış yok." (No sales recorded in this period.) There are no sales in the selected period. Pick another period.
  • "Satış verisi okunamadı." (Sales data could not be read.) The Content and Warehouse roles cannot see sales data and get this note. In other roles, refresh the page.
  • "Dikkat listesi şu an okunamadı." (Attention list could not be read) in the bell. Refresh the page.
  • A figure differs from the channel panel. The Panel shows gross, Reports shows net; check which one you are looking at.

For details on alerts see the Notifications and alerts article; for orders see Order flow.
