Notifications and alerts

Which notifications and alerts the panel has, how to turn on phone and computer notifications, and how resolved issues close.

Bulutegra watches your channels continuously. When something goes wrong, you hear about it from the panel and your phone, not from a customer complaint.

The Notifications page

The number next to Notifications (Bildirimler) in the left menu shows your unread notifications. The page lists urgent issues, resolved problems and summaries. Each notification is marked by priority:

  • ⛔ red: urgent, look at it now.
  • ⚠️ orange: high priority.
  • ℹ️ information.

Click a notification whose title is a link to open the related page; the notification is then marked as read. If the same notification comes in again, no new row is added; a × count next to the title shows how many times it arrived. Once you've read everything, press Mark all as read (Tümünü okundu say).

Notifications you'll often see:

  • A quiet-channel alert, sent when a channel stops delivering data within the expected time.
  • A notification for an order that couldn't be written to the ERP. This one goes to everyone on the team.
  • A notification telling you an issue reported earlier has been resolved.

Turning on phone and computer notifications

On an Android phone or a computer (Chrome, Edge, Firefox):

  1. Open the panel in your browser and go to the Notifications page.
  2. In the Phone and computer notifications (Telefon ve bilgisayar bildirimi) box, press Turn on notifications (Bildirimleri aç) and accept the browser's permission prompt.
  3. Use Send test (Test gönder) to check that the notification reaches your device.

On an iPhone:

  1. Open panel.bulutegra.com in Safari and sign in.
  2. Tap Share → Add to Home Screen.
  3. From now on, open the panel from the icon on your home screen.
  4. On the Notifications page, press Turn on notifications (Bildirimleri aç), accept the permission and try Send test.

Notifications are turned on separately on each device; the box shows this device's status and how many devices are registered to your account. Send test sends a test only to that device. If the box says "Bu tarayıcıda engellenmiş" (blocked in this browser), allow notifications for the panel in your browser's site settings; on a Mac, the operating system's notification settings must also allow the browser. If you've changed device, use Reconnect (Yeniden bağla).

Phone notification preferences (Telefon bildirimi tercihleri, Admin role): tick which notification types should reach phones. Unticked types still appear in the panel but aren't sent to phones.

The Alerts tab

The Notifications → Alerts (Bildirimler → Uyarılar) tab is visible to the account owner and shows issues that are still open:

  • Events — with reasons (Olaylar — sebebiyle): what the system did and why. This is where you find the answer to "why wasn't this order transferred?"
  • Channel stock audit (Kanal stok denetimi): products that are out of stock on your side but still show as on sale on a channel.
  • Mismatch cards: orders with a quantity, amount or warehouse difference. Each issue is a single card that shows how many runs it has stayed open.

Resolved issues close by themselves

Once the cause is fixed, for example when a cancelled line has been processed in the ERP, the alert closes on its own; you don't need to do anything.

If you fixed something yourself, press ✓ Resolved (Çözüldü) on the card to drop it from the list. For stock alerts, if the quantity on the channel changes later, the alert comes back, so a real problem never slips through.

By role

The Notifications page is open to every role. Some system alerts are shown only to the account owner, while notifications about orders that couldn't be written to the ERP go to everyone. Users in every role can turn on phone and computer notifications on their own devices.

Task notifications (cards assigned to you, comments, mentions of you) don't fill the general notification list; they appear in the Görevler (Tasks) area on the card's bell and the badge, and also reach your device if phone notifications are on. If your account's notifications are limited to tasks only, the top of the page says "Görevlerle ilgili bildirimler" (Task-related notifications) and system alerts are not listed in the bell.
