The marketplace's own rating of a listing, based on missing images, a thin title, the wrong category, or unfilled attributes. A low score pushes the listing down in search before it costs you anything visible, which is why it is easy to miss for months. The quality tab collects these findings per product and channel, listing missing color, title, and category, so the gaps are closed from one list instead of portal by portal and the correction is pushed back to the channel.
