The single source of truth for product data, usually the ERP or the platform behind your own store: Shopify, WooCommerce, ikas, Ticimax, T-Soft, İdeasoft, or an XML feed. The integration reads products, variants, barcodes, and prices from here and sends them out to the channels. The rule that follows matters in daily work: an edit made only on a channel is unknown to the master, so the next update overwrites it. Decide early which system has the last word, and make corrections there rather than in a marketplace panel.
