noon, Namshi, Allegro and Wildberries: New Marketplaces

noon, Namshi, Allegro and Wildberries are newly added to Bulutegra. How content language, currency, sizing and order flow work when you open the Gulf, Poland and Russia.

noon, Namshi, Allegro and Wildberries are the marketplaces newly added to Bulutegra. Together they open three regions to a cross-border seller: the Gulf through noon and Namshi, Poland and Central Europe through Allegro, Russia and its neighbours through Wildberries. Ananas in Serbia and Takealot in South Africa joined the channel list in the same period. This article explains how the four main channels differ and how each is added to an existing setup; all of them are managed from the same panel, the same stock pool and the same orders screen as your other channels.

Which markets do the new channels open?

Every marketplace added to the list means a specific buyer base and a specific content language. In brief:

How data flows between marketplaces, Bulutegra and the ERP

Each of these channels runs on cross-border logic: the order leaves the country, so export paperwork and customs data are required. The general framework is in the cross-border marketplace integration guide.

noon and Namshi: two routes into the Gulf

The Gulf is a high-purchasing-power region with steady demand for imported textiles, home goods, footwear and cosmetics. noon works as the general marketplace there, with a wide category tree from electronics to homeware. Product cards are expected in Arabic and English; entering titles and descriptions in both languages improves search visibility. Prices are held in local currency per country, so the UAE and Saudi Arabia need separate price columns.

Namshi is fashion-focused. Same region, different expectations: images to a set standard, complete size charts, accurate colour and material data. Sizing is decisive here. Size labels used in the Gulf may not map one to one onto your home market's system, so a conversion rule based on the product's own size table is needed. More on that in international size and measurement conversion.

noon offers both fulfilment from its own warehouse and dispatch from the seller's warehouse. The ownership flag marks which product is on which model; the panel does not write to stock held at noon.

Allegro: Poland and EU rules

Allegro is the domestic marketplace where most of Poland's online shopping happens. For a seller outside the EU it means selling into the single market, which brings its own consumer law, VAT and customs regime. EU buyers have a withdrawal right, return terms must be stated clearly in the listing, and prices are shown inclusive of tax. The details and VAT registration requirements can change; consult your accountant and Allegro's current seller page.

The content language is Polish. Allegro accepts cross-border sellers and can translate some content, but without Polish titles and descriptions it is hard to appear in search. Multilingual fields in the central catalog hold the Polish version next to the master record. Pricing is in zloty; the Allegro column in the price matrix carries list, selling and floor prices in that currency.

Delivery time and shipping cost are among the first things an Allegro buyer looks at. Take a realistic transit time to Poland from your carrier agreement and show it that way in the listing.

Wildberries: Russia and its neighbours

Wildberries is widespread in Russia and nearby countries and particularly strong in apparel and footwear. It shares its market with Ozon and has similar integration requirements: Russian content, rouble pricing, fulfilment from the seller's or the marketplace's warehouse. The content and currency notes in our Ozon integration article apply here as well.

The differences lie in category structure, fee model and promotion mechanics. Wildberries pushes price reductions and campaign participation often; writing a price to this channel without a floor can end in selling at a loss during a campaign. The profitability page shows each channel's contribution under its own fee model, so you can put Wildberries next to Ozon and see which product works better where.

Checklist for opening a new marketplace

Whichever of the four you are opening, follow this order:

  1. Read the marketplace's current seller agreement: accepted product groups, required documents, payment route.
  2. Settle the content language and a production routine: who writes the Arabic, Polish or Russian version and who proofreads.
  3. Make sure every product and variation has a clear SKU and barcode in your catalog.
  4. Calculate a floor price in the channel's currency, including fee, shipping, return risk and tax.
  5. If size conversion is needed, define the rule on the product's own size table.
  6. Learn the transit time and customs procedure for that country from your carrier.
  7. Decide the return address and who pays return shipping before launch.
  8. Watch for one to two weeks in shadow mode so the first orders and stock differences show up in the report.
  9. Switch on write permission in order: orders first, then stock, price last.

The general list is in checklist for launching on a new marketplace; here we have brought forward the items specific to these channels.

Adding a new channel without breaking the old ones

A new marketplace should be added without disturbing what already works. Three safeguards make that possible. Shadow mode: the new channel is read for one to two weeks and nothing is written; mismatches and stock differences appear in the report. The ownership flag: for every product, the channel is marked as managed by Bulutegra or by an external system, so the panel leaves stock held at noon alone. Channel monitoring: every connection is checked continuously; a silent channel raises an alert and a phone notification.

A new marketplace is a new source of errors as much as a new source of buyers. The safest way to open one is with a connection that writes nothing for the first two weeks.

How it works with Bulutegra

In Bulutegra, noon, Namshi, Allegro and Wildberries sit in the same Integration Panel as the rest of the 24 marketplaces. Each has its own tab on the orders screen, and stock is fed from one pool. The price matrix holds list, selling and floor prices in each channel's own currency. Multilingual content fields keep the Arabic, Polish and Russian versions next to the master record, and Content Studio helps produce descriptions and size chart images. Orders are written automatically to Nebim V3, Logo, Mikro or SAP, with export paperwork ready at order time. Ananas and Takealot run on the same arrangement.

If one of the new channels is on your plan, request a demo; the current channel list is under Channels.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between noon and Namshi?

noon is a general marketplace selling across many categories in the Gulf; Namshi focuses on fashion and lifestyle in the same region. Namshi is part of the noon group, but its seller center, content expectations and category structure work separately.

Do I need Polish-language listings on Allegro?

Allegro's buyers are in Poland and listings are expected in Polish. The platform accepts cross-border sellers and can translate some content, but search visibility and conversion depend on Polish titles and descriptions. Check Allegro's seller page for the current language rules.

Is Wildberries different from Ozon for integration purposes?

Both require Russian content and rouble pricing, and their fulfilment models follow a similar logic. The differences are in category structure, fee model and seller center details. On the integration side both are fed from the same central catalog and appear on the same orders screen.
