Returns and the returns portal
How marketplace and web-store returns are tracked in the panel, and the main steps of the returns portal flow.
All returns are gathered under the Returns (İadeler) chip on the Orders (Siparişler) page. The cards at the top show where returns stand at a glance: Pending requests, In transit, Arrived at warehouse, Completed, Warehouse match and Marketplace requests.
The returns portal for your own store
If you sell through your own website and the returns portal is enabled on your account, customers start a return themselves instead of e-mailing you. In outline:
- The customer opens a request. On the portal they enter their e-mail address and order code, then choose the product, quantity and reason. They can ask for an exchange instead of a refund.
- The request reaches the panel. It appears in the Portal requests (Portal talepleri) list. Use the chips at the top to filter: All requests, Awaiting code, Awaiting exchange, Completed.
- Return shipping code. Once a code exists, the request shows it along with the carrier. If a request has no code yet, add one with the Enter code (Kod gir) button.
- Exchange order. If the customer asked for an exchange and a target product or size is selected, use Create exchange order (Değişim siparişi oluştur). Any price difference appears as a note on the request. If no target product was chosen, you need to open the order by hand.
- The parcel arrives. Scan the product barcode into the Accept incoming parcel (Gelen koliyi kabul et) box, or type the order number or return code. A barcode scanner sends Enter, so there's nothing else to click.
- The return completes. The return line moves to At warehouse, then Completed. A product in sellable condition goes back into the single stock pool.
Return lines
The chips in the Return lines (İade satırları) section split returns by status: Open, Requested, In transit, At warehouse, Completed, Rejected, Ignored and All.
- Remove a line you don't need to follow with Ignore (Yoksay). Ignored lines stay under their own chip, and Undo (Geri al) brings them back.
- The search box looks in order number, customer and product name.
- The Recent activity (Son hareketler) table shows which return moved from which status to which, with the time.
Marketplace returns
Return requests opened on marketplaces are listed on the same page with their own statuses. The Marketplace requests card shows how many are waiting for action from you as the seller. Checking this card often helps you decide within the time the marketplace allows.
Who does what?
- The Warehouse role accepts incoming parcels, enters codes and creates exchange orders.
- The Accounting role follows returns whose commission wasn't refunded on Reports → Settlements (Raporlar → Hakediş).
- The Admin role sees every step.
Tips
- Don't leave requests waiting for a code; the customer needs it to hand the parcel to the carrier.
- Read the price-difference note on a request before creating the exchange order.
- Check a damaged item before putting it back into sellable stock.
