Export orders: the micro-export view

How to follow the ERP, invoice and customs declaration steps of micro-export orders in the Export view of the Orders page.

What this view is for

Micro-export means orders sent one by one to buyers abroad through a marketplace. The İhracat (Export) view on the Siparişler (Orders) page collects, in one table, the micro-export orders opened to Wildberries (Russia) through your n11 channel.

Each order goes through these steps: order → ERP record → channel approval → invoice → customs declaration. The view shows which step each order is at. The key rule: the invoice must reach the channel before the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Who can see it

The İhracat chip appears only on accounts with Wildberries micro-export enabled, next to the Siparişler (Orders), Aktarılmamış (Not transferred), İadeler (Returns) and Aktarım (Transfer) chips on the Orders page. Roles that can't see the Orders menu (Muhasebe/Accounting, Raporlama/Reporting) can't see this view either.

What's on the screen

The strip at the top has four numbers: ihracat siparişi (export orders), ERP'ye yazılmadı (not written to ERP), fatura bekliyor (awaiting invoice) and beyannamesi geldi (declaration received). If any order is awaiting an invoice, that number is shown in red.

Table columns:

ColumnWhat it shows
Sipariş (Order)The channel order number.
Kanal, Ülke, Tutar, Kalem (Channel, Country, Amount, Lines)The order's channel, destination country, amount and number of lines.
Kanal durumu (Channel status)The order's status on the channel.
ERPThe ERP order code, or bekliyor (pending). If writing failed, a short reason appears below it.
Fatura (Invoice)The invoice number sent, or YOK (none).
Beyanname (Declaration)The customs declaration number, or —.
Kargo (Shipping)Shipping details.

Sending the invoice to the channel

Rows whose invoice hasn't been sent have a Fatura gönder (Send invoice) button.

  1. Click Fatura gönder; a small form opens under the row.
  2. Type the invoice number. Format: 3 letters or digits + year + 9 digits (e.g. ABC2026000000001).
  3. Type the invoice link or choose the PDF file. The link must start with https and end with .pdf. If you upload a PDF, the panel serves the file from its own address; leave the link field empty in that case.
  4. Check the invoice date. The field is pre-filled with the current time.
  5. Click n11'e gönder (Send to n11). When it says "gönderildi ✓" (sent), the list refreshes and the number appears in the Fatura column.

The channel fills in the declaration number itself; once it arrives it appears in the Beyanname column.

If something is wrong

  • "Mikro ihracat siparişi yok." (No micro-export orders.) means no order has arrived yet. When one arrives, the ERP record, channel approval and invoice step run on their own.
  • If the ERP column shows bekliyor with a red reason, follow the steps in Order flow: how orders reach your ERP.
  • "bağlantı ya da PDF gerekli" (link or PDF required): type the invoice link or choose a PDF.
  • "İşlem tamamlanamadı: …" (Operation could not be completed): fix the reason in the message and send again. Usually the invoice number format or the link is wrong.
