Product code matching: checking listing–product links
The Mappings and Product Code Matching screens, the statuses of listing ↔ product matches, and how to approve or correct a match.
Orders and stock depend on each channel listing being linked to the right variant in your catalog. This article covers the three places where you check that link. For why a match breaks and how to fix a barcode or SKU at its source, see the Product matching article.
Mappings: ERP equivalents of order data
Kanallar → Eşleştirmeler (Channels → Mappings) is a read-only screen. It shows which code in your ERP each value a channel sends with an order is translated to. The tables are derived from real orders, and the transfer reads them.
- Coğrafi kodlar (Geographic codes): the province and district pair the channel sends, with the ERP province code (CityCode) and district code (DistrictCode). The table shows a sample and the total number of pairs.
- Kargo eşlemeleri (Carrier mappings): the carrier value the channel sends, its ERP equivalent, and how many orders the pair was seen on (Kanıt (sipariş) — Evidence (orders)).
- SKU kuralları (SKU rules): translation rules applied to SKUs, each with an example; for instance shortening for a channel's character limit, or turning numeric sizes into letter sizes.
If there is no data yet, the section says "Henüz kanıtlı … eşlemesi yok" (no proven … mapping yet); the tables fill up as orders arrive. To change a carrier code, don't use this screen: use Kargo firması eşlemesi (Carrier mapping) on Kanallar → Sipariş Aktarımı (Channels → Order transfer).
Product Code Matching: listings with a different code
Kanallar → Ürün Kodu Eşleme (Channels → Product Code Matching) shows the product code on the channel next to the code in your catalog. This screen never touches your listings.
- The cards at the top give each channel's total and breakdown: stok kodu (SKU), ana kod (parent code), elle (by hand) and yayında (published).
- Filter with Hepsi (All) or a channel button. Search by typing a code, barcode or product name into the box and pressing Enter.
- The table has the columns Kanal (Channel), Tür (Type), Kanaldaki kod (Code on channel), Bizim kod (Our code — the code in your catalog source), Barkod (Barcode), Ürün (Product) and Durum (Status). Published listings are listed first; the list is paged 100 rows at a time.
The Tür (Type) badges mean:
- stok kodu (SKU): the variant's SKU on the channel differs from the catalog; the link is made through the barcode.
- ana ürün kodu (parent product code): the model (parent product) code on the channel differs from what it should be. The Ürün (Product) column shows the variant's code.
- elle eşlendi (barkodsuz ilan) (matched by hand — listing without barcode): a listing with no barcode was linked by hand.
The Durum (Status) column says yayında (published) or kapalı (closed); look at published rows first. If the filter has no records, it says "Bu süzgeçte uyuşmazlık yok" (no mismatches in this filter). The same list also appears, for one channel only, on the Kod eşleme (Code matching) tab of the channel page.
A code difference is not an error on its own: as long as the barcode matches, orders and stock reach the right product. If you want the codes to agree, correct the code on the channel in the marketplace's seller panel.
Listing ↔ product: approving and correcting a match
You can see which variant each listing is linked to on the Pazar yeri eşlemeleri (Marketplace mappings) page by choosing the İlan ↔ ürün (Listing ↔ product) type.
The table at the top gives, for each marketplace, İlan kodu (Listing codes), Eşli (Mapped), Onay bekliyor (Awaiting approval), Eksik (Missing), Riskli (Risky) and Liste zamanı (List time). Mapped listings are linked by evidence such as SKU, barcode, the same barcode on another marketplace, or product root plus size. Riskli (Risky) is a listing that is on sale and in stock but whose product can't be found; solve these first.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| kanıtlı (proven) | Linked by the system with measured evidence; used |
| onaylı (approved) | You chose it; used, and automatic learning can't overwrite it |
| onay bekliyor (awaiting approval) | There is a suggestion, but it isn't used until you choose |
| eksik (missing) | No suggestion either |
| reddedildi (rejected) | Marked as "no equivalent"; not used |
To approve or correct a match:
- Choose the Eşli olmayanlar (Not mapped) filter, or the Onay bekliyor (Awaiting approval) / Eksik (Missing) status. Click a marketplace card to narrow to one channel.
- Press Seç (Select, on an unmapped row) or Değiştir (Change) on the row. The window shows the listing title on the channel and its current equivalent, if any.
- Click the right candidate under Öneriler (Suggestions), or type a product code, SKU or barcode in the search box and press Ara (Search). Results may include a single variant or a "KÖK (tüm renk ve bedenler)" (ROOT — all colours and sizes) option.
- As soon as you choose, the row becomes onaylı (approved).
- If the listing should not be linked to any product, press Karşılığı yok / açılmasın (No equivalent / don't list) and confirm.
- Remove a wrong decision with Kararı geri al (Undo decision). The row goes back to onay bekliyor (awaiting approval) if it has suggestions, otherwise to eksik (missing).
Only the account owner can make decisions; other users can see the list. Every decision is recorded under the name of the user who made it.
If something goes wrong
- The search returns nothing: the window says the product wasn't found in the catalog. Try again with a single word from the product code, barcode or product name. If the product isn't in the catalog at all, create it in your catalog source first.
- The Risky count doesn't go down: if a barcode or SKU is missing, fix it at the source; see the Product matching article.
- A permission warning appears when saving: only the account owner can make decisions.
- The Mappings screen is empty: proven pairs are derived from real orders; it fills up as orders arrive.
