Marketplaces and channel switches: what they do and how to use them

The channel cards on the Marketplaces screen, the channel page, and the switches that turn order and stock/price writing on or off for each channel.

The Kanallar (Channels) menu brings all your connected marketplaces together. Its first tab, Pazar Yerleri (Marketplaces), shows each channel's status on a card. The Kanal Anahtarları (Channel switches) tab decides who does the writing on each channel.

What are these screens for?

  • Pazar Yerleri (Marketplaces): shows which channels are live, how many listings you have and what is waiting on each channel. This screen only reads; it never sends a request to a channel.
  • Kanal Anahtarları (Channel switches): shows the overall status of your channels and the two separate switches on each one: order transfer, and stock + price writing.

The Kanallar (Channels) menu is hidden for the Accounting and Reporting roles. The switch table is visible only to the account owner, and only the account owner can change it.

Channel cards

Kanallar → Pazar Yerleri (Channels → Marketplaces) shows a card with a logo for every channel. Each card shows:

  • Status badge: canlı (live: stock/price and orders are written), stok/fiyat (stock/price: only stock and price are written), sipariş (orders: only orders are transferred), hat kurulmadı (no pipeline set up) or kimlik bekliyor (waiting for credentials: the channel's connection details are missing). Cards of channels that aren't live are greyed out.
  • oran (ratio): the channel's price multiplier, set on the Kurallar (Rules) page.
  • The number of listings, or katalog yok (no catalog).
  • Pending work: counts for fiyat freni (price brake), listelenecek (to be listed), kod uyuşmaz (code mismatch) and barkodsuz (no barcode). When nothing is pending, it says bekleyen iş yok (no pending work).

The channel page

Click a card to open that channel's own page. Use the ‹ mark at the top left to go back to all marketplaces.

The Özet (Summary) tab has four cards: Stok + fiyat (Stock + price), Sipariş aktarımı (Order transfer), Fiyat oranı (Price ratio, with the brake range underneath) and Katalog (Catalog: number of listings and when the channel was last read). Below them, each row of the Bekleyen işler (Pending jobs) table has an aç (open) button that takes you to the matching tab:

TabWhat it shows
Fiyat freni (Price brake)Items whose price is not being written: excessive-change brake or profitability floor
Listeleme kuyruğu (Listing queue)Products with no listing on this channel; hazır (ready) ones have a resolved category and a barcode
Kod eşleme (Code matching)Listings whose channel code doesn't match your catalog
Veri bütünlüğü (Data integrity)Listings without a barcode, listings whose barcode isn't in your catalog, duplicate barcodes

A tab with no data is hidden. Lists on these tabs can be searched by code, product or brand, and are paged 100 rows at a time. Some channels have an extra channel-specific tab. For example, on the n11 page the n11 eşleşme tablosu (n11 matching table) tab and the ayrıntılı tablo (detailed table) button open a separate page that lists n11 listings under tabs such as Eşleşti (Matched), Eşleşmedi (Not matched) and Stok farkı (Stock difference).

Channel switches

Kanallar → Kanal Anahtarları (Channels → Channel switches) starts with the Genel durum (Overall status) table. Its columns are Katalog (Catalog), Yayında (Published: open, in-stock listings), Sorunlu (Problem: listings that are closed but still hold stock), Eksik (Missing: variants in stock in your catalog with no listing on the channel) and Sipariş (Orders). The dot at the start of each row shows the state of stock/price updates. The Durum (Status) column shows how long ago the last update ran, or yazma kapalı (writing off), hat yok (no pipeline) or gecikmiş (delayed).

Below it, the Kanal anahtarları — kim yazıyor? (Channel switches — who writes?) table has one row per channel:

  • sipariş → ERP (order → ERP; shown with your ERP's name in the panel): yazıyor (writing) or kapalı (off), with an aç (turn on) / kapat (turn off) button.
  • paketi hazırla (prepare package): the Picking/paketle checkbox. When ticked, after the order is written to the ERP the order is also marked "picking / packed" on the channel.
  • stok + fiyat (stock + price): stok + fiyat, yalnız stok (stock only) or kapalı (off), with aç / kapat. Whether prices go to the channel is set by the Fiyat kuralı (Price rule) box on the Kurallar (Rules) page.
  • süreçler (processes): the automatic jobs that touch the channel and when they last ran. A job that has never run shows hiç koşmadı (never ran).
  • eşitleme provası (sync dry run): how many items would change if writing were on.
  • katalog (catalog): when the channel was last read.

Some channels that write with their own tool appear as CANLI (LIVE) in a single cell, with the note that their switch can't be turned on or off from this table. If a job has never been set up for a channel, the cell shows hat yok (no pipeline).

Under the table, channels sit as cards in two groups: Canlı yazılan kanallar (Channels being written live) and Yazma kapalı / hattı olmayan kanallar (Channels with writing off / no pipeline). When a switch is turned on, the card moves to the top group by itself. A card without a pipeline gives the reason, for example kod var, kimlik bekliyor (code exists, waiting for credentials) or kimlik var, entegrasyon yazılmamış (credentials exist, integration not built). Clicking a card shows a button to the channel's connection details and the karşılaştırma koşuları (comparison runs) table, which lists, for each run, the orders read from the channel, those matched in the ERP and the number of mismatches.

Turning a switch on or off

  1. Click aç (turn on) or kapat (turn off) in the relevant cell.
  2. The panel asks you to confirm. When turning on, the warning reminds you that the same job must be switched off in your previous system: only one system writes at a time. It also says the first order will be used for a duplicate-record test.
  3. When turning off, the warning says Bulutegra will stop writing to this channel. If no other system is on, orders and stock will stop flowing on that channel.
  4. Once you confirm, the table refreshes. The change is recorded under the name of the user who made it.

The sipariş → ERP switch and the Aktif (Active) box on Kanallar → Sipariş Aktarımı (Channels → Order transfer) are the same setting; changing one changes the other. For the order in which to turn switches on, see the Shadow mode and channel handover article.

If something goes wrong

  • The card says "kimlik bekliyor" (waiting for credentials): the channel's connection details are missing. See the Connecting a channel article.
  • The switch table isn't visible: it is shown only to the account owner.
  • The Sorunlu (Problem) count is high: some listings are closed on the channel but still hold stock. Check the Veri bütünlüğü (Data integrity) and Kod eşleme (Code matching) tabs on the channel page.
  • Prices aren't being written: see the "Why didn't the price change?" section of the Stock and price sync article.
