Marketplace mappings and logistics data: what they do and how to use them
How the category, brand, colour and size equivalents used when listing are approved, and the size, VAT and manufacturer data channels require.
What is this page for?
To list a product on a marketplace, the channel's equivalent of your category, brand, colour and size values must be known. The Pazar yeri eşlemeleri (Marketplace mappings) page is the dictionary of those equivalents. The Lojistik & uyum (Logistics & compliance) tab next to it collects the package dimensions, VAT and manufacturer details that channels make mandatory.
The page is in the left menu under Operasyon (Operations) and is hidden for the Reporting role. Only the account owner can choose equivalents; saving logistics values needs the Admin role.
Reading the dictionary
- The selector at the top: Hepsi (All), Eşli olmayanlar (Not mapped, with the number of waiting rows) and Eşliler (Mapped).
- Type tabs: Tüm türler (All types), Kategori (Category), Renk (Colour), Beden / Ebat (Size / Dimension), Marka (Brand), Materyal (Material), Diğer özellik (Other attribute — other mandatory, channel-specific fields) and İlan ↔ ürün (Listing ↔ product).
- Marketplace cards show the number of records and a status bar. Underneath they show "onay bekliyor" (awaiting approval) and "eksik" (missing) counts, or tamam (complete). Click a card to filter the list to that channel; click again to clear the filter.
- Status filter: Hepsi (All), Onay bekliyor (Awaiting approval), Eksik (Missing), Kanıtlı (Proven), Onaylı (Approved), Reddedildi (Rejected).
- Source filter: Tüm kaynaklar (All sources), Tedarikçi XML (Supplier XML), Kendi ürünümüz (Our own product), Ürün kökü (Product root), Pazar yeri ilanı (Marketplace listing).
- Table columns: Kanal (Channel), Kaynak (Source — your value, for example a category path or colour name), Kaynak tipi (Source type), Hedef (pazar yerinde) (Target on the marketplace — name and ID on the channel), Ürün (Products — how many products use this source), Durum (Status) and Kanıt / öneri (Evidence / suggestion).
What does "onay bekliyor" (awaiting approval) mean?
The jobs that send products to channels use only onaylı (approved) and kanıtlı (proven) rows.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| kanıtlı (proven) | An equivalent measured from your existing listings on the channel; the evidence column shows how many listings it rests on |
| onaylı (approved) | Your choice; automatic learning can't overwrite it |
| onay bekliyor (awaiting approval) | Candidates were found, but none is used until you choose; candidates are listed with a similarity score |
| eksik (missing) | No candidate either |
| reddedildi (rejected) | This source won't be listed on that channel |
Categories are never guessed. Because a value that is awaiting approval or missing is not used, listings for products that depend on it may not open. Use the number in the Ürün (Products) column to decide which rows to handle first.
Choosing an equivalent (teaching the system)
- Choose Eşli olmayanlar (Not mapped); narrow down with a type tab and a channel card if needed.
- Press Seç (Select) or Değiştir (Change) on the row.
- The window shows Öneriler (Suggestions) first. If the right candidate is there, click it.
- If not, type at least 2 characters into the search box for the channel's list and press Ara (Search). Results come from the marketplace's own category, value or brand list.
- On some channels, values such as colour and size depend on the category; the window then shows a channel category ID field. If it is empty, the search asks you to choose a category first.
- On channels whose brand list can't be searched, the text you type is saved as it is; the window tells you so.
- When you click a result, the row becomes onaylı (approved). Every product with the same source uses this equivalent, including products added later.
If a product should not be listed on that channel, choose Karşılığı yok / açılmasın (No equivalent / don't list) and confirm. You can remove an approved or rejected decision with Kararı geri al (Undo decision). For the Listing ↔ product type, see the Product code matching article.
Logistics & compliance
The cards at the top: Eksik bilgili kök (Roots with missing data — active and in stock), Motorun atladığı kök (Roots skipped by the engine — not sent to a channel in recent runs because of missing data), Kayıtlı değer (Saved values, broken down by source) and En çok eksik alan (Most often missing field). Unknown values are never made up: a product missing mandatory data is not sent to that channel and is listed here.
On the Eksikler (Missing) tab:
- Use a channel tab to see only that channel's gaps, and the Tüm markalar (All brands) list to pick a brand; search with the kök / ad ara (search root / name) box.
- For each product root the table has Paket ağırlığı (Package weight, grams), Paket eni (Package width), Paket boyu (Package length), Paket yüksekliği (Package height, cm) and KDV oranı (VAT rate, %). The Eksik olan kanal (Channels missing data) column shows the logos of channels still missing data; hover over a logo to see the missing field. A "motor atladı" (skipped by engine) line tells you which channel the product wasn't sent to.
- Enter the values and press Kaydet (Save) on the row. Fields you leave empty are not written.
Desi (volumetric weight) is calculated from the package dimensions: width × length × height / 3000; if the weight is larger, the weight is used. A value you save by hand counts as measured and takes priority over values from automatic sources.
For bulk entry:
- Download the missing list for the selected channel and brand with Tartım şablonu (CSV) indir (Download weighing template, CSV). Besides weight, dimensions, desi and VAT, the file also has columns for origin, HS code (GTİP), warranty, material, fabric weight and number of pieces.
- Upload the completed file with Doldurulmuş CSV yükle (Upload completed CSV). The result shows how many rows were read, how many values were written and how many were skipped; rows with errors are listed.
The Üretici profilleri (marka) (Manufacturer profiles — brand) tab holds brand-level Üretici unvanı (Manufacturer name), Adres (Address), E-posta (Email), Ülke (TR) (Country), Menşei (TR) (Origin) and Garanti (ay) (Warranty, months). A value entered here applies to all of that brand's products; a value entered at product level takes priority. Unknown manufacturer details stay empty and are never filled in by guesswork.
If something goes wrong
- A product wasn't listed on a channel: first check this page for Onay bekliyor (Awaiting approval) or Eksik (Missing) rows for that channel, then check the Lojistik & uyum (Logistics & compliance) tab for missing product data.
- The search says "sonuç yok" (no results): try a shorter or different word. For category-specific values, check the category ID.
- A permission warning appears when saving: only the account owner can choose equivalents, and saving logistics values needs the Admin role.
- The logistics list says "eksik yok" (nothing missing): every active, in-stock product has its mandatory data.
