'No sending from here' message: the channel switch is offGeneral
How it shows up
- Why isn't anything being sent?
- The channel isn't writing, it's only monitoring
- How do I turn on stock writing?
- How do I take a channel live?
Why it happens
Each channel has separate 'stok + fiyat' (stock + price) and 'sipariş' (order) switches; while they are off, the system only monitors that channel and writes nothing.
How to fix it
- Note that each marketplace has two switches on the Kanallar (Channels) page: stok + fiyat (stock + price, writes stock and price to the channel) and sipariş (order, transfers orders to your ERP).
- Before turning them on, make sure the API details are entered, matching is complete and the multipliers under Kurallar (Rules) are correct.
- If another integrator is still writing to that channel, turn it off first.
- Then turn on the relevant switch; while it's off, send requests are rejected.
A second order was created in your ERP after 're-transfer' (duplicate record)General
How it shows up
- The same order appears twice in the ERP
- I re-transferred it and now there are two records
- I got a duplicate order alert
- Should I rewrite an order that has an error in the ERP?
Why it happens
Rewriting an order that already exists in your ERP doesn't update the old one; it creates a second order. If the warehouse picks both, the item is shipped twice. The system cannot delete a duplicate document.
How to fix it
- If the record in the ERP is wrong, correct or cancel it in your ERP before rewriting.
- If two records were created, manually cancel the one that hasn't shipped in your ERP.
- Check the duplicate order warning in the Sipariş tekrar aktar (re-transfer order) preview before approving.
- Note that the assistant doesn't write an already-recorded order on its own; it warns you and waits for you to type 'evet' (yes) in the chat.
The sales figure on the home page is a running total since tracking began, not this monthGeneral
How it shows up
- The sales figure in the panel is too high, we didn't sell that much this month.
- What date range does the sales card cover?
- Sales on the panel and on the Reports page don't match.
- Where do I see this month's sales?
Why it happens
The sales card on the home page shows the total from the date tracking started until today; the start date is written under the card. So it can't be compared with the sales of a specific period.
How to fix it
- Check the start date under the card to see what range it covers.
- For sales in a specific period, open the Raporlar (Reports) page.
- On Reports, choose a period or a custom date range.
The assistant answers with stale dataGeneral
How it shows up
- The assistant reports data from hours ago; I want it live
- Why doesn't it run when I say 'update now'?
- The missing list from the assistant isn't up to date
- When was the listing queue last updated?
Why it happens
The assistant's answers come from data prepared in the background; if that data hasn't been refreshed, the answer is stale.
How to fix it
- For read-only routines, type 'şimdi çalıştır' (run now), 'güncelle' (update) or 'anlık' (live) to the assistant; it starts them in the background without waiting for approval.
- Note that if listing data is stale, the assistant adds 'güncelleme başlatıldı' (update started) to its answer and refreshes the data itself.
- Remember that routines that send data to channels still wait for your approval.
The assistant box is disabled or the assistant bubble is missingGeneral
How it shows up
- It says 'Asistan bu hesapta kapalı' (assistant is disabled on this account)
- The assistant bubble in the bottom right disappeared
- The assistant says no API key is connected
- Is the assistant a paid feature?
Why it happens
The assistant is rule-based and works without a paid API key. If the bubble is missing, the browser is usually holding an old version of the panel.
How to fix it
- Note that the assistant is free; you don't need to enter an API key or budget.
- If the bubble is missing, refresh the page.
- Remember that the bubble is intentionally hidden while the full-page assistant is open.
- Note that the assistant is disabled on the demo account.
The assistant leaves questions unanswered or doesn't understand an action requestGeneral
How it shows up
- I asked the assistant a question and got no answer.
- It said 'your question has been queued', then nothing happened.
- The assistant didn't understand when I said 'send its stock'.
- Which tasks can the assistant do by itself?
Why it happens
When the assistant's rule-based engine can't answer a free-form question right away, it puts the question in a queue; queued questions are processed automatically later. For action requests, if the action verb or the channel name is missing, the request can't be linked to an operation.
How to fix it
- Wait for the answer to a queued question; queued questions are processed automatically and the answer appears on the assistant screen.
- Use an action verb in action requests: güncelle (update), gönder (send), eşitle (sync), sıfırla (reset), düzelt (fix), yenile (refresh).
- Add the channel name and the product to the sentence, for example: 'n11'de ABC-1001 stoğunu gönder' (send the stock of ABC-1001 on n11).
- Only the account owner can enter the AI model key used by the assistant.
An operation opened by the assistant can't be approved, or the approval screen is missingGeneral
How it shows up
- The assistant opened an operation but there's no approve button
- Where do I approve the operation?
- The operation is stuck in draft
- I can't find the operation awaiting approval
Why it happens
Operations opened by the assistant wait as drafts first; nothing runs until you approve them.
How to fix it
- Open the İşlemler (Operations) page.
- In the Onayınızı bekleyen işlemler (Operations awaiting your approval) section at the top, find the operation number and press Onayla (Approve).
- Alternatively, click the operation and use the Onayla ve başlat (Approve and start) button in its details.
- If the preview shows a warning (e.g. duplicate record risk), read it before approving.
Who receives notifications and system alerts?General
How it shows up
- When an assistant question is answered, everyone gets a notification
- The warehouse user receives system error notifications
- Someone else's notification arrived on my phone
- Only the administrator should see system errors
Why it happens
Notifications used to not be separated by user, and phone notifications went to all subscribers.
How to fix it
- Note that assistant answers go only to the person who asked the question.
- System errors are visible only to the main administrator, and only they receive the notification.
- Penalty, claim or compensation invoice notifications and failed order transfer notifications intentionally go to all users.
No orders can be fetched from a channelGeneral
How it shows up
- No orders have come from this channel for a day.
- No errors but no orders either, something's wrong.
- I got a 'channel blind' notification.
- The store has sales but no orders appear in the panel.
Why it happens
If no orders can be fetched from a channel at all (credential error, outage on the channel's service, etc.), not even a failed order shows up; this is riskier than a single stuck order. A channel whose credentials were never entered isn't broken, it simply hasn't been set up yet.
How to fix it
- In the panel, open Ayarlar › API Kimlikleri (Settings › API credentials), click the channel logo and check the API details (key, password).
- Update and save any expired or changed details; the saved key is used without a restart.
- If the channel was never connected, set up the connection first.
- If the details are correct, the marketplace's service may be down; check the channel's announcements.
A panel page won't open or shows 'veri alınamadı' (data could not be loaded)General
How it shows up
- A page in the panel keeps loading and never opens.
- The page stays white with no data.
- The page says 'veri alınamadı' (data could not be loaded).
- The panel was updated but the screen still looks old.
Why it happens
Some report pages load slowly. After an update, old files in the browser cache can also make a page look broken or outdated.
How to fix it
- Wait a few seconds and refresh the page.
- If the old view persists after an update, do a hard refresh (bypassing the browser cache).
- If it still won't open, send the page name and the error message on screen to destek@bulutegra.com.
What is the BuyBox, and on which products am I losing it?General
How it shows up
- What is the BuyBox and am I losing it?
- Which products have I lost the BuyBox on?
- A competitor is selling cheaper; can you lower my price automatically?
- Do we have the BuyBox on Amazon?
Why it happens
The BuyBox is the seller, among those selling the same product, who is featured on the product page (gets the add-to-cart button); it's mostly decided by price, delivery time and store rating.
How to fix it
- See the products you're winning and losing per channel and competitor prices in the BuyBox report on the Raporlar (Reports) page; the data appears once the channel is connected and a scan has run.
- Note that the price engine works from your profit floor, not from competitors; automatic matching of a competitor price never goes below the profit floor.
- Keep in mind that the channel may not provide competitor information for every product.
A warehouse user only sees the Returns pageGeneral
How it shows up
- When I sign in with the warehouse account I can't see orders.
- The warehouse user only has the returns menu.
- Why is the menu limited for some users?
- How do I change a user's role?
Why it happens
When a user's role is 'iade' (returns), they only see the İadeler (Returns) page. To see order, transfer and stock pages, the role must be 'depo' (warehouse).
How to fix it
- Sign in with a user who has administrator rights.
- In the panel's user settings (Ayarlar › Kullanıcılar, Settings › Users), set the user's role to 'depo' (warehouse).
How do I set up an ERP connection, and can I use the system without an ERP?General
How it shows up
- I don't use an ERP; is that a problem?
- We don't use an ERP; where will orders go?
- Is there a Logo Tiger or Mikro integration?
- How are orders written to the ERP?
Why it happens
Writing orders to an ERP is optional. Without an ERP connection, orders are tracked in the panel; stock and price sync doesn't depend on an ERP.
How to fix it
- If you don't use an ERP, track orders on the Siparişler (Orders) page and handle shipping from the marketplace panel; stock and prices flow from your product source to the channels.
- If you use an ERP with a ready-made connection, define the connection and per-channel settings such as customer account and shipping code under Siparişler › Sipariş Aktarımı (Orders › Order transfer) settings.
- Then turn on the channel's sipariş (order) switch on the Kanallar (Channels) page.
- There is no ready-made connection for ERPs such as Logo, Mikro or Netsis; send your requirements to destek@bulutegra.com.
What is matching, how are my existing listings linked, and are listings deleted when switching?General
How it shows up
- What is matching?
- We used another integrator before; will our listings be deleted?
- My listings weren't linked to products
- Will stock get mixed up during the switch?
Why it happens
Existing listings on the channel are not deleted; the system links them to your products by barcode and stock code (matching). An unmatched listing is monitored, but no stock or price is written to it.
How to fix it
- Note that your existing listings won't be deleted or recreated: the channel catalog is read during the initial data fetch and listings are matched to your products by barcode and stock code.
- To see listings that couldn't be linked, type 'eşleşmeyen ilanlar' (unmatched listings) to the assistant; usually the barcode or stock code differs from the source, and fixing it in the source is enough.
- To avoid two systems writing stock at the same time, first turn off the old integrator's stock and price updates, then turn on the switch on the Kanallar (Channels) page.
- Old price settings aren't migrated automatically; re-enter the channel multipliers on the Kurallar (Rules) page.
Has an invoice been issued, where are invoices, and are they uploaded to marketplaces?General
How it shows up
- Which orders haven't been invoiced?
- Who uploads invoices to Trendyol?
- We issue invoices through Paraşüt; is an integration possible?
- Are there orders whose invoice hasn't been uploaded to the marketplace?
Why it happens
Invoices for marketplace orders are issued in the seller's e-invoice/e-archive provider. The panel tracks invoices on the Invoices page and uploads them to the marketplace on supported channels.
How to fix it
- See issued invoices and their status on the Faturalar (Invoices) page; for a list, type 'faturası kesilmemiş siparişler' (orders without an invoice) to the assistant.
- Note that on supported channels invoices are uploaded to the marketplace automatically by a scheduled job; you can also ask the assistant about those not yet uploaded.
- Ask destek@bulutegra.com whether there's a ready-made connection with your e-invoice provider (e.g. Paraşüt).
- If the invoice module isn't enabled on your account, issue invoices in your provider's panel and upload them to the marketplace from there.
What is the price brake and why aren't some prices sent?General
How it shows up
- What is the price brake?
- Is there a safety limit on price changes?
- The Hepsiburada price isn't going through; it says brake
- What is the excessive difference list?
Why it happens
If the ratio of the new price to the current price on the channel falls outside the brake range (a sudden large change), the price isn't sent and goes to the 'aşırı fark' (excessive difference) list.
How to fix it
- Note that the price brake prevents an accidental very low or very high price from going out; the range is defined on the Kurallar (Rules) page.
- To see prices held by the brake, type to the assistant with the channel name, e.g. 'trendyol frende olan fiyatlar' (Trendyol prices held by the brake).
- If the change is intentional, widen the brake range on the Kurallar page or correct the price at the source.
How do I set price rules and channel multipliers (different prices per channel)?General
How it shows up
- We want different prices on each marketplace; where do we set that?
- I want to send prices to Trendyol 20% higher
- What is a price multiplier?
- Prices on Walmart will be in dollars; how is the exchange rate calculated?
Why it happens
The channel sale price is the source price multiplied by that channel's multiplier; the list price is the source price. If the multiplier is empty, no price is written to that channel and only stock is sent.
How to fix it
- Enter a price multiplier for each channel on the Kurallar (Rules) page: sale price = source price × multiplier (e.g. 1.20 for 20% higher; 1.00 for the same price).
- If you want to send only stock to a channel, leave its multiplier empty.
- Note that the starting values on the account are examples; be sure to update them according to your pricing policy.
- If you want automatic pricing based on a profit floor, turn it on channel by channel under Kurallar › Fiyat motoru (Rules › Price engine); while it's off, the rule price is sent.
- Note that on international channels prices are sent in the channel's currency; set up the exchange rate and conversion together with the support team.
Deduction total or net amount is wrong on the Payouts page, Excel export is incompleteGeneral
How it shows up
- The Payouts page shows a very high net amount; is it right?
- Some invoices are missing from the payouts Excel file
- I pick a date range but the Payouts page shows a different period
- The total on the deductions card doesn't match the invoice list
Why it happens
The deduction total and the 'net after deductions' amount used to be calculated from the truncated list on screen; the selected date range was also silently narrowed and Excel exports were truncated.
How to fix it
- Reopen the Hakediş (Payouts) page; totals are now calculated from all invoices.
- Select a start and end date; the range you choose is applied directly and the applied range is shown on screen.
- If the range hits a limit, this is stated clearly on screen; check that note.
- Excel downloads include all rows; download any incomplete files you exported earlier again.
Where are the payout, commission and reconciliation reports?General
How it shows up
- Where is the payout report?
- Can we see commission rates by category?
- There's a difference in the reconciliation report
- Did Trendyol deduct too much commission?
Why it happens
Payout and commission data is created once a channel is connected and its orders have been read; payment dates follow the marketplace's payment calendar.
How to fix it
- See net amounts, deducted commission and shipping fees per channel in the Hakediş (Payouts) and Mutabakat (Reconciliation) sections of the Raporlar (Reports) page.
- Compare the actual amount deducted by the marketplace with the default commission in the profitability settings.
- The commission and shipping values in the profitability settings are starting examples; update them according to your contract.
- Check the payment day in the marketplace panel's payment calendar; note that if the channel was just connected, data appears after the first orders.
A campaign wasn't created, or a campaign ended but prices didn't revertGeneral
How it shows up
- I can't create a second campaign on the same product.
- The campaign has ended but prices are still discounted.
- The campaign preview says some products overlap.
- Archived products aren't included in the campaign.
Why it happens
The campaign mechanism applies some safety limits: a second campaign isn't created on the same product (otherwise the price would revert to the discounted price at the end); a campaign that overlaps entirely isn't saved; no discount is applied to products that would drop below the profitability floor or to archived products. When a campaign ends, prices you changed manually during the campaign are not touched.
How to fix it
- If the product is already in an active campaign, cancel the existing campaign first, then create the new one.
- Prices are reverted in the first round after the campaign's end time; wait a short while.
- If you changed a product's price manually during the campaign, the system doesn't touch it; correct that price manually.
- When asking the assistant to create a campaign, write the percentage, end date and brand/product in a single sentence.
Set a safety buffer or cap on stock sent to a channelGeneral
How it shows up
- I want to keep a safety buffer of 1 unit on channel stock
- Show at most 5 units
- Don't send all the warehouse stock
- I want to remove a stock limit
Why it happens
Stock sent to a channel can be limited per product: a cap (at most N units) or a reserve (keep N units back).
How to fix it
- For a cap, write to the assistant with the product code and channel, e.g. “ABC-1001 walmart'a en fazla 2 adet gönder” (send at most 2 units of ABC-1001 to Walmart).
- For a reserve, write in the same way, specifying the product code and the quantity to keep back.
- To remove the limit, type “ABC-1001 limitini kaldır” (remove the limit on ABC-1001).
- Note that there's no single catalog-wide 'close below this quantity' setting in the panel; share your requirement with destek@bulutegra.com.
Some sizes or colours are missing on a channel: how are missing variants added?General
How it shows up
- Some sizes are missing on Trendyol
- I added a new size in ikas but it didn't reach the channel
- We can't add a missing size to an n11 listing
- Some of our variant products on Çiçeksepeti appear to be awaiting approval; why?
Why it happens
A product already listed on a channel may be missing some sizes or colours (added later, out of stock at the time, or rejected). The missing-variant process adds them to the existing listing, but some channels don't allow variants to be added to an existing listing afterwards.
How to fix it
- Note that on Trendyol, ePttAVM, İdefix, Modanisa and Çiçeksepeti missing sizes are added to the existing listing; on Çiçeksepeti new variants go through marketplace approval.
- On Hepsiburada, missing sizes are left to catalog matching.
- On n11 and older Pazarama listings, a missing size can't be added to the existing listing; edit it from the channel panel or relist the product.
- To start, write to the assistant with the channel, e.g. “trendyol eksik bedenleri gönder” (send missing sizes to Trendyol); for a single product ask “ABC-1001 eksik bedenleri neden gönderilmedi” (why weren't the missing sizes of ABC-1001 sent).
- Remember that a missing size isn't sent if its stock is 0 or it has no size/colour mapping.
No orders, stock or listings showing for a channel: is the channel connected?General
How it shows up
- A Hepsiburada order doesn't appear in the panel
- Stock is 5 in ikas but 0 on Trendyol
- I changed the price but it didn't reach Hepsiburada
- How often does stock go to the channels?
Why it happens
If a channel isn't being read or written to, the three most common reasons are: API details are missing or rejected, the channel's 'stok + fiyat' (stock + price) or 'sipariş' (order) switch is off, or the product isn't matched to the channel listing.
How to fix it
- Check that the channel card under Ayarlar › API kimlikleri (Settings › API credentials) is filled in; you can ask the assistant with the channel name, e.g. 'trendyol api ayar' (Trendyol API settings).
- Check that the stok + fiyat (stock + price) and sipariş (order) switches on the Kanallar (Channels) page are on; while they're off, the channel is only monitored.
- Check that the product is matched to the channel listing by barcode or stock code; type 'eşleşmeyen ilanlar' (unmatched listings) to the assistant.
- Check whether the price falls outside the brake range by asking the assistant, e.g. 'trendyol frende olan fiyatlar' (Trendyol prices held by the brake).
- Note that stock and price are sent in scheduled rounds; ask 'son eşitleme ne zaman' (when was the last sync) for the time of the last round. If the channel was just connected, the catalog and orders appear after the initial data fetch.
Where do I get and print shipping labels?General
How it shows up
- Where do I print the shipping label?
- Can we print shipping labels for Hepsiburada orders from the panel?
- Where is the tracking number?
- There's no shipping code on the İdefix order
Why it happens
Most marketplaces generate shipping labels in their own panel. The panel only generates labels from the barcode for channels that don't provide a label PDF.
How to fix it
- For n11 and Çiçeksepeti orders, print a 100×150 mm label with the Etiket (Label) button on the order row of the Siparişler (Orders) page; the label is created after the order is confirmed.
- For Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Pazarama, İdefix, ePttAVM and international channels, get the label from the marketplace's seller panel.
- To see the tracking status, type the order number to the assistant.
- If the barcode hasn't been created yet (e.g. İdefix), prepare the order after the marketplace issues it.
The carrier changed: how do I map the shipping carrier?General
How it shows up
- Our carrier changed; where do I update it?
- How do I map the shipping carrier?
- I get an 'undefined shipping code' error
- Orders don't reach the ERP when a different carrier is used
Why it happens
The carrier on a marketplace is chosen in the marketplace panel. For orders written to your ERP, the carrier's counterpart (code) in the ERP is found through a mapping rule.
How to fix it
- Change your carrier or shipping agreement in the marketplace's seller panel; on international channels the shipping profile is also defined on the marketplace.
- If orders are written to your ERP, add the carrier's ERP code as a rule under Pazar yeri eşlemeleri › kargo firması (Marketplace mappings › carrier).
- Note that an order arriving with an unmapped carrier isn't written to the ERP and appears in the not-transferred list; transfer it again after adding the rule.
Adding users, granting and removing permissionsGeneral
How it shows up
- I want to add a user with the warehouse role
- We want a user for our accountant who can only see reports
- An employee left; I want to close their account
- How do I change a user's role?
Why it happens
Users are created, assigned a role and deleted by the account's administrator.
How to fix it
- Open the Kullanıcı ekle / güncelle (Add / update user) section on the Kullanıcılar (Users) page.
- Add the user by entering username, name, email, phone, role and password.
- Use the same section to change the role or delete the user.
- Choose the right role: Yönetici (Administrator — everything), İçerik (Content — product and content work), Depo (Warehouse — orders, shipping, returns and order transfer), İade (Returns — returns only), Muhasebe (Accounting — reports and invoices; settings closed), Raporlama (Reporting — only Panel and Reports, no writing at all).
- Note that only administrators can create and delete users.
Why doesn't the system fill in fabric, material, purity, origin and similar details itself?General
How it shows up
- I don't know the product's fabric ratio; should it just say 100% cotton?
- Material isn't on the product card; can the system write it?
- Why didn't the fabric information reach the channel?
- Does the system calculate the volumetric weight (desi) automatically?
Why it happens
Details such as fabric composition, material, purity, origin, certification, warranty and volume are legal declarations; the system never invents a value without evidence. If the information is missing, the product isn't sent to that channel and appears in the missing list.
How to fix it
- Note that the system doesn't write a declaration that hasn't been measured or isn't stated in your source (e.g. '100% cotton', '925 silver', 'stainless steel', wattage, origin); if sources conflict, only the common part is used.
- Enter the information in the product description or attributes in your product source.
- Enter dimensions, weight, volumetric weight (desi), manufacturer and origin in the Lojistik & uyum (Logistics & compliance) section of the product card; once entered, the product is sent in the next round.
- On channels that require documents (CE, MSDS, certificates), upload the document to the marketplace panel yourself.
- To get the missing list, type 'görseli olmayan ürünler' (products without images) or 'kumaş bilgisi olmayan ürünler' (products without fabric information) to the assistant.
Saving rules wipes other settings, or the Rules page won't openGeneral
How it shows up
- I saved the rules and the supplier settings were deleted
- A setting I saved reverted
- The channel threshold in the profitability settings isn't saved
- How do I set a price brake per marketplace?
Why it happens
Saving rules used to write only some sections, so supplier and price engine settings and the per-channel profitability threshold were lost on save.
How to fix it
- Refresh the Kurallar (Rules) page; saving now keeps all sections and the per-channel threshold is stored.
- Save the price rule, multiplier and brake for each channel in one place from the Pazar yeri fiyat kuralları (Marketplace price rules) table.
A corporate invoice isn't approved: tax office or company title missing or wrongGeneral
How it shows up
- The corporate invoice isn't being approved
- The tax office comes through empty
- There's no name on the corporate invoice
- The invoice title is wrong
Why it happens
e-Invoice takes the tax office from the tax office code on the customer account. If the tax office code wasn't written to the account for a corporate order, the title wasn't split correctly, or the account has an invalid national ID number, the invoice isn't approved.
How to fix it
- Correct the faulty customer account in your ERP, then recreate and send the invoice for that order from the ERP.
- Note that customer accounts for new corporate orders are created correctly and automatically.
- If the tax office name isn't recognised, the system raises an alert; in that case select the tax office code manually on the customer account in your ERP.
How is profit calculated, where do I enter costs, and which products lose money?General
How it shows up
- What's our total profit this month?
- Which of our products aren't profitable?
- Where do I enter costs?
- It says there's no profitability calculation
Why it happens
Profit can't be calculated until product costs are entered. The calculation deducts VAT, commission, shipping and a returns allowance from the channel price and compares the result with the cost.
How to fix it
- Enter your product costs in the Maliyetler (Costs) section of the Kârlılık (Profitability) page; bulk upload is also available.
- Note that the calculation deducts VAT, channel commission, shipping fee and returns allowance from the channel sale price, compares the remaining contribution with the cost and finds the floor price.
- Update commission, shipping and returns allowance in the profitability settings according to your contract; the starting values are examples.
- Once costs are entered, type 'ABC-1001 kârı' (profit of ABC-1001) or 'zarar eden ürünler' (loss-making products) to the assistant.
Licence, pricing, contract and support contactGeneral
How it shows up
- Can I find out the monthly fee and contract details?
- How do I renew or cancel my subscription?
- How can I reach the support team; is there a phone number?
- Where do I download Bulutegra's invoice?
Why it happens
Pricing, contract and subscription information isn't kept in the panel; the Bulutegra team manages it.
How to fix it
- For pricing, contracts, subscription renewal or cancellation and invoices issued to you by Bulutegra, write to destek@bulutegra.com or call 0850 888 67 42.
- Ask the assistant your panel-related questions; questions it can't answer are forwarded to the team and the reply arrives in the same chat.
Customer name or phone shows as encrypted text like 'gAAAAA…'; searching by customer name finds nothingGeneral
How it shows up
- The customer name shows as meaningless text starting with gAAAAA.
- The customer name on the order appears encrypted.
- Searching by customer name finds nothing.
- The phone number looks garbled on the returns page.
Why it happens
Personal data (customer name, phone, contact details) is stored encrypted for security and decrypted when shown on screen. If the decryption step fails, the data appears encrypted. Partial text search doesn't work on fields stored encrypted.
How to fix it
- Refresh the page; customer details should normally appear in plain text.
- When searching by customer name, type the full name.
- If it still looks encrypted after refreshing, write to destek@bulutegra.com.
The panel doesn't open or shows a '502' errorGeneral
How it shows up
- The panel won't open.
- The page returns 502.
- The returns page won't open.
- Is the system down?
Why it happens
The service behind the panel can be briefly unavailable during maintenance or a restart. The monitoring service restarts it automatically within a few minutes.
How to fix it
- Wait a few minutes; the service restarts by itself.
- Refresh the page.
- If the problem lasts longer than a few minutes, write to destek@bulutegra.com.
The panel looks broken on mobile or narrow screensGeneral
How it shows up
- Tabs look cut off on mobile
- The table doesn't fit on my phone
- The assistant bubble covers order amounts
- On desktop the assistant card covers the 'Tutar' (Amount) column
Why it happens
On narrow screens, the tab bar, tables and the assistant bubble share the same space.
How to fix it
- On mobile, swipe the tab bar sideways to reach all tabs.
- Note that tables scroll sideways on mobile by design; swipe the table horizontally.
- On mobile the assistant bubble is small and hides when you scroll down.
- On desktop an open assistant card covers the right side; close the card when needed.
Panel pages load slowly or stay on 'loading…'General
How it shows up
- Pages stay on 'loading'
- I get a 'veri alınamadı: signal is aborted' (data could not be retrieved) error
- The Profitability page opens slowly
- I made a change but the page still shows the old value
Why it happens
Panel responses are cached briefly for speed, and heavy calculations such as profitability run in the background.
How to fix it
- Note that you may see an old value for a few seconds after an action; refreshing the page updates it.
- Profitability data is calculated regularly in the background, so the page doesn't wait for the calculation when it opens.
Raw or technical text appears in the panel (JSON, English status codes, special characters)General
How it shows up
- There are odd characters like ' in the alert line
- The order status says Created or Picking instead of Turkish
- The difference column shows JSON
- What do these English status codes mean?
Why it happens
Some alert texts and channel status codes used to be displayed raw, without being converted.
How to fix it
- Refresh the page; status codes are shown in Turkish, difference details as sentences, and special characters display correctly.
- If you still see raw text after refreshing, send the page name to destek@bulutegra.com.
No invitation email is sent when a user is added in the panelGeneral
How it shows up
- I added a new user but no email was sent
- My employee didn't receive the invitation email
- The 'forgot password' email doesn't arrive
- Is an email address required when adding a user?
Why it happens
The invitation email is only sent if an email address is entered when the user is added.
How to fix it
- Enter an email address when adding the user; the invitation email is sent automatically.
- If the email doesn't arrive, check the spam folder.
- Remember that the password reset link is valid for 30 minutes and can be used only once; if it has expired, request a new one.
Can't sign in to the panel (account lock, 2FA code, QR code)General
How it shows up
- I can't sign in to the panel.
- I entered the wrong password a few times and now I can't get in.
- The two-step verification code is always rejected.
- The QR code in the 2FA setup won't scan on my phone.
Why it happens
Failed sign-in attempts only throttle the IP address the attempts come from; nobody else can lock your account. Two-step verification (2FA) is mandatory for all users, and verification codes depend on your phone's clock.
How to fix it
- After many failed attempts sign-in may slow down by a few seconds; wait briefly and try again with the correct password.
- Complete the 2FA setup on first sign-in: scan the QR code on screen with your authenticator app. A pending setup is kept for a while, so you don't need to generate a new QR code on every try.
- If the code is rejected, check that your phone's clock is correct.
- If you changed your email address, the change is completed through the verification email sent to the new address.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is required at login, or the phone is lostGeneral
How it shows up
- It asks for a QR code when I log in; what should I do?
- I lost my phone and can't get the verification code
- I lost my backup codes; how do I log in?
- I entered the wrong code too many times and got locked out
Why it happens
On an account with two-factor authentication, the code from the authenticator app is required at login. Users who haven't set up 2FA are shown a QR-code setup on first login. Too many wrong codes in a short time lock the setup briefly.
How to fix it
- On first login, scan the QR code on screen with an authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator) or add the key to the app manually.
- Enter the code the app generates.
- Store the 8 backup codes, shown only once, in a safe place.
- If you lost your phone, ask your administrator to reset your two-factor authentication; you'll set it up again at your next login.
- After too many failed attempts, wait 5 minutes and try again.
The panel only works in a private window (too many redirects)General
How it shows up
- I can only sign in from a private window.
- The panel returns ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS.
- After signing in it sends me back to the sign-in page.
- I can't get into the panel in my normal browser; it works after deleting cookies.
Why it happens
An old session cookie left in the browser could make the sign-in page redirect to itself; a private window has no cookies, so the problem didn't appear there. This has been fixed: if your session has expired, the sign-in form now opens directly.
How to fix it
- Refresh the page; if your session has expired, the sign-in form opens directly.
- If the problem appears again, clear the cookies for panel.bulutegra.com in your browser and sign in again.
- If it continues after clearing cookies, write to destek@bulutegra.com.
I can't change the panel languageGeneral
How it shows up
- I can't switch the panel to English.
- Where is the language option?
- Why is the panel only in Turkish?
- Is there an Arabic or Russian panel?
Why it happens
While translating on-screen text, the translation layer cannot tell interface text apart from your business data (product names, account names, addresses). To keep your data intact, translation and the language selector are not enabled in the live panel; they are only enabled in the demo panel.
How to fix it
- The live panel is currently available in Turkish only.
- If you need another language, write to destek@bulutegra.com; it will be considered as a feature request.
Changing your password and forgotten passwordsGeneral
How it shows up
- I want to change my password
- I forgot my password and can't log in
- Who resets my password?
- I want to change my email address
Why it happens
Users change their own password on the Users page; if it's forgotten, the 'Şifremi unuttum' (Forgot password) link on the login screen is used.
How to fix it
- Change your password in the Parolamı değiştir (Change my password) section on the Kullanıcılar (Users) page (old password, then the new password twice).
- Save your email address in the E-postam (My email) section on the same page; the forgot-password link works with this address.
- If you forgot your password, use the Şifremi unuttum (Forgot password) link on the login screen; it opens a reset request to destek@bulutegra.com.
- Note that administrators can also renew sub-users' passwords on the Kullanıcılar page.
Where do I enter marketplace API details (API key, secret, merchant id)?General
How it shows up
- Where do I enter my Trendyol API details?
- Where are the Hepsiburada merchant id and password entered?
- What details do we need to connect our Çiçeksepeti store?
- I entered the credentials but they don't save
Why it happens
Each marketplace's API details are kept in a separate card; until the card is filled in, the channel is neither read nor written to.
How to fix it
- Open Ayarlar › API kimlikleri (Settings › API credentials); each marketplace has its own card.
- Get the details from the marketplace's seller panel, enter them in the matching card and save. Examples: Trendyol — Seller ID, API Key, API Secret; Hepsiburada — Merchant ID, user, password; n11 — App Key, App Secret; Çiçeksepeti — Seller ID, API Key; Pazarama — Seller ID, Client ID, Client Secret; Amazon — LWA Client ID, LWA Client Secret, Refresh Token, Seller ID, Marketplace ID; Etsy — Keystring, Shared Secret, Shop ID; Walmart — Client ID, Client Secret.
- Enter credentials containing Turkish characters (İ, ş, ğ) exactly as they appear in the marketplace panel.
- Note that saved values are never displayed anywhere and the assistant can't see them either.
- If you don't see a channel's card, that channel isn't in your plan.
Keep the price of a product in a marketplace campaign from changing: price lockGeneral
How it shows up
- The price of a product I added to a campaign reverted
- We want to fix prices during campaign periods
- I don't want the title touched; can I lock it?
- How do I remove a price lock?
Why it happens
If the system writes the regular price to a product taking part in the marketplace's own campaign, the campaign price can be overwritten; some marketplaces also refuse price updates for products in a campaign.
How to fix it
- Tick 'fiyat' (price) among the field locks on the product card, or type “ABC-1001 fiyatına dokunma” (don't touch the price of ABC-1001) to the assistant.
- Note that a locked field isn't written to the channel, while the source value remains visible in the panel.
- Use the same lock for the title and other fields.
- When the campaign ends, remove the lock by typing “ABC-1001 kilidini kaldır” (remove the lock on ABC-1001).
- If a marketplace rejects price updates for a product in a campaign, note that this is a campaign rule, not a sending error.
How to choose last week or a custom date range in ReportsGeneral
How it shows up
- I can't choose a date range in Reports.
- How do I see sales between two specific dates?
- Where is last week's sales report?
- Can I share a report link with a date range?
Why it happens
Besides preset periods, the Reports page supports a custom date range and a 'last week' selection.
How to fix it
- On the Raporlar (Reports) page, enter the start and end dates in the two date boxes and press Uygula (Apply).
- Or select the Geçen hafta (Last week) chip (previous Monday–Sunday).
- Your selection is written to the address bar; you can copy and share the link.
- Use Temizle (Clear) to go back to the preset period.
Exporting a report to Excel and choosing a date rangeGeneral
How it shows up
- Can I download the report as Excel?
- Can I get a report for a chosen date range?
- I want last month's report
- Can I get a CSV?
Why it happens
The Reports page is filtered by date range, and the assistant produces an Excel file for questions that ask for a list.
How to fix it
- On the Raporlar (Reports) page, enter the start and end dates in the two date boxes and apply, or use presets such as Geçen hafta (Last week).
- For questions that ask for a list (e.g. 'trendyolda listelenmeyen ürünler' — products not listed on Trendyol, 'faturası kesilmemiş siparişler' — orders without an invoice), use the Excel link the assistant provides.
- Ask period questions such as 'Eylül cirosu' (September revenue) or 'bu ay kaç sipariş' (how many orders this month) directly to the assistant.
What can my role see, and why can't I use some pages or the assistant?General
How it shows up
- I have the reporting role; what can I see?
- I'm a warehouse user; can I change prices?
- Why can't I use the assistant?
- I get a 403 error and can't see this page
Why it happens
Each role only sees the pages for its own work; pages or actions it isn't authorized for return 'no permission' (403).
How to fix it
- Check your role's scope: Administrator sees everything. Content: products, content and operations; settings, users, payouts, buybox and sales reports closed.
- Warehouse: orders, shipping, returns and order transfer; price and sales reports, settings, quality and new listings closed.
- Accounting: reports and invoices; settings and users closed, no writing. Reporting: only Panel and Reports, no writing at all. Returns: returns only.
- Note that the assistant is available to the Administrator, Warehouse and Returns roles; in other roles, contact your administrator.
- If your role needs to change, ask your administrator to change it on the Kullanıcılar (Users) page.
System outage and 'resolved' emails aren't arrivingGeneral
How it shows up
- We didn't get an email when the panel went down.
- We don't receive outage notification emails.
- Where do we enter our notification email address?
- I want outage emails to go to additional users too.
Why it happens
Outage emails are sent to the administrator email address in the panel and to additional users' email addresses. If these addresses are empty, there's no recipient to email.
How to fix it
- Enter your administrator email address in the panel.
- Optionally, enter the email addresses of other users too.
- From then on, outage started and resolved emails are sent to these addresses automatically.
- You can see past outages on the status page.
Does a listing closed when stock ran out reopen when stock returns?General
How it shows up
- Will products closed when stock ran out reopen when stock arrives?
- Is the listing deleted when stock hits zero?
- Why did our products become passive on Trendyol?
- Why were hundreds of my listings closed?
Why it happens
When stock reaches 0, the marketplace closes the listing for sale but doesn't delete it. When stock returns, the system writes it and a listing closed because of stock is reopened; listings closed manually, archived or blacklisted by the marketplace are left untouched.
How to fix it
- Increase the stock in your product source; it's written to the channel in the next stock round and a listing closed because of stock is reopened.
- Note that listings you closed manually, archived ones, or those closed by the marketplace for quality/blacklist reasons don't reopen automatically; to see why, write to the assistant with the channel name, e.g. 'trendyol kapalı ilanlar' (closed Trendyol listings).
- For listings closed by the marketplace, file an appeal from the marketplace's panel.
- If the channel switch is off (monitor only), stock isn't written and the listing won't reopen; check the switch on the Kanallar (Channels) page.
How do I start a time-limited campaign or discount, and do prices revert afterwards?General
How it shows up
- How do I run a campaign?
- We want a 20% discount campaign on Çiçeksepeti for one week
- Do prices revert automatically when the campaign ends?
- I want to end the campaign early
Why it happens
A time-limited campaign writes a discount into the channel multiplier for the selected brands or products and restores the previous value after the end time.
How to fix it
- Write the percentage, channel, scope (brand or product code) and end date to the assistant in a single sentence, e.g. “Marka X markasına çiçeksepetinde %20 kampanya, bitiş 14.10.2026” (20% campaign on brand X on Çiçeksepeti, ending 14.10.2026); the assistant asks if anything is missing.
- Note that prices revert automatically shortly after the end time; prices you changed manually during the campaign are left untouched.
- Remember that a product can't be in two campaigns at once and no discount is applied to products that would fall below the profit floor.
- To see open campaigns, type 'açık kampanyalar' (open campaigns); to end one early, type 'kampanyayı bitir' (end campaign) and specify the channel and brand.
- Join the marketplace's own campaigns (e.g. Trendyol campaign offers) from the marketplace panel.
Which channels do supplier (XML) products go to, and how are stock and price set?General
How it shows up
- Can I choose which channels supplier products go to?
- The supplier is out of stock but I'm still selling
- The price changed in the XML but didn't reach the channel
- I want to add a margin to XML product prices
Why it happens
When a supplier XML is connected as a product source, stock and price are read from the XML and flow to channels with the channel multiplier, like any other product.
How to fix it
- Enter the XML feed address in the Ayarlar › API kimlikleri › XML besleme (Settings › API credentials › XML feed) card.
- Set the channel price with the multiplier under Kurallar (Rules) (e.g. 1.30 on the relevant channel for a 30% margin).
- Note that when the supplier runs out, 0 is sent to the channel at the next read, so there may be a delay equal to the read interval.
- You can filter supplier products in the list on the Ürünler (Products) page.
- Rules such as never sending supplier products to certain channels or a supplier-specific stock threshold are set up specifically for your account; write to destek@bulutegra.com for this.
Getting notifications on your phone, reducing and clearing notificationsGeneral
How it shows up
- I want notifications on my phone
- Do you have a mobile app; can we follow things from our phone?
- I get too many notifications; can I reduce them?
- Can we get alerts for products running low on stock?
Why it happens
The panel is a web app; phone notifications are enabled through browser permission. The Notifications page holds the preferences and the mark-as-read option.
How to fix it
- Turn on notifications with the Telefon bildirimi (Phone notifications) box on the Bildirimler (Notifications) page.
- On iPhone, first open the panel in Safari and add it as an app with Share › Add to Home Screen, then turn on notifications from the app on the home screen; on Android, granting permission in Chrome is enough.
- Note that there's no separate mobile app; the panel works like an app on your phone.
- Clear read notifications with Tümünü okundu say (Mark all as read), and choose which notifications you receive in the notification preferences.
- To see products running low on stock, type 'tükenmek üzere olan ürünler' (products about to run out) to the assistant.
Bulk price changes: discounts or increases on many productsGeneral
How it shows up
- I want a 10% discount on all dresses
- I want to raise prices on all products
- I want to lower the prices of one brand
- I want to change the price of a single product
Why it happens
Your product source is the source of prices; channel prices are calculated from the source price with a multiplier. Bulk changes are made at the source, in the channel multiplier, or with a time-limited campaign.
How to fix it
- For a permanent change across all channels, change the price in your product source (ikas, Ticimax…); it flows to the channels automatically.
- For an entire channel, change that channel's multiplier on the Kurallar (Rules) page.
- For a time-limited discount on specific brands or products, write a single sentence to the assistant, e.g. “Marka X markasına trendyolda %10 kampanya, bitiş 30.11.2026” (10% campaign on brand X on Trendyol, ending 30.11.2026); prices revert automatically when it ends.
- For a single product, give a percentage, e.g. “ABC-1001 fiyatını n11'de %10 artır” (raise the price of ABC-1001 on n11 by 10%).
- Remember that changes falling outside the price brake range are not sent.
New account: where to start and what are the setup steps?General
How it shows up
- We've just joined; which steps should we complete first?
- Where is the setup wizard?
- I left the setup halfway; where do I continue?
- The panel looks empty; what should I do?
Why it happens
On a new account, until the product source, marketplace credentials and channel switches are set up, the system only monitors; it writes nothing to any channel, and the report and order screens look empty.
How to fix it
- Start the setup wizard that opens on the administrator's first login; if you left it halfway, continue from the /kurulum address in the panel.
- In the Ana katalog (Main catalog) step, choose your product source (ikas, Ticimax, T-Soft, İdeasoft or XML feed) and enter its details.
- In the Pazar yerleri (Marketplaces) step, enter the API details for the channels in your plan.
- In the İlk veri çekimi (Initial data fetch) step, wait for your products and channel catalogs to be read, then complete the Özet (Summary) step.
- On the Kurallar (Rules) page, set the channel price multipliers and the price brake range according to your pricing policy.
- Finally, on the Kanallar (Channels) page, turn on the stok + fiyat (stock + price) and sipariş (order) switches for each channel; while a switch is off, the system only monitors and writes nothing to the channel.
How do I connect a new marketplace, and which channels are in my plan?General
How it shows up
- Which channels are included in my plan?
- Which marketplaces are supported?
- I want to add a new channel
- I applied to Walmart and I'm waiting for approval; can I send products?
Why it happens
Which marketplace cards are shown depends on your account's plan; a channel in your plan works once its card is filled in and its switch is turned on.
How to fix it
- See the cards for the marketplaces in your plan under Ayarlar › API kimlikleri (Settings › API credentials).
- Fill in the card of the channel you want to connect, then turn on its switches on the Kanallar (Channels) page.
- Supported marketplaces include Trendyol, Hepsiburada, n11, Çiçeksepeti, Pazarama, ePttAVM, Flo, İdefix, Amazon.com.tr and Temu, and internationally Etsy, Walmart, eBay, Ozon, noon, Takealot and others.
- API details aren't issued until the marketplace's own seller application (e.g. Walmart approval) is complete; fill in the card once approved.
- For a channel not in your plan or a plan change, write to destek@bulutegra.com.
How do I create a new product, and when does a product added to my source reach the channel?General
How it shows up
- I added a new product to ikas; when will it go to Trendyol?
- I created a new product but it wasn't listed
- Will all products in Ticimax be pushed to marketplaces automatically, or can we choose?
- Which products aren't listed on Trendyol?
Why it happens
A product added to the source is sent as a new listing once the channel switch is on and the product fits the channel (category mapping, images, mandatory attributes, barcode, brand); products that don't fit stay pending.
How to fix it
- Add the product to your source (ikas, Ticimax…) with its barcode, images and attributes.
- See candidate products for each channel and what they're missing on the Ürünler › Yeni ilan (Products › New listing) page.
- For an Excel list of unlisted products, type 'trendyolda listelenmeyen ürünler' (products not listed on Trendyol) to the assistant; to find out why one product didn't go, ask 'ABC-1001 trendyola neden gitmedi' (why didn't ABC-1001 go to Trendyol).
- To open a single product, type “ABC-1001 ürününü trendyolda listele” (list ABC-1001 on Trendyol) to the assistant.
- Note that category/brand mappings and the scope setting under Kurallar (Rules) decide which products go to which channel.
A new product didn't reach the marketplace: status of new product sendingGeneral
How it shows up
- Why weren't the new products sent?
- A newly created product isn't on the marketplace
- What does 'new products not opened due to rules' mean?
- A new product is waiting because it has no image
Why it happens
New product sending pushes recently created products that have stock and images to every channel where they're missing. Products without images wait; those not opened due to rules (excluded brand or category) and those the channel rejected are recorded with the reason. A product that has been sent isn't resent for a while.
How to fix it
- For a product's status channel by channel, type 'ABC-1001 yeni ürün durumu' (new product status) to the assistant.
- If the product has no image, upload one to ikas.
- If a channel rejected it, fix the reason; the product is sent in the next run.
How do I connect a product source (ikas, Ticimax, T-Soft, İdeasoft, XML)?General
How it shows up
- How do I connect my ikas store?
- Where do I enter the XML address?
- Where do I enter the ikas Client ID and Client Secret?
- My products aren't coming in from ikas
Why it happens
The main source of products, stock and prices is a single system (ikas, Ticimax, T-Soft, İdeasoft or an XML feed). No products arrive until a source is selected and its details are entered.
How to fix it
- Under Ayarlar › API kimlikleri (Settings › API credentials), first choose the source type in the Ana katalog kaynağı (Main catalog source) card.
- Fill in the card for the source you chose: Client ID and Client Secret for ikas; store domain and web service member code for Ticimax; store domain, web service user and password for T-Soft; store address, Client ID, Client Secret and Redirect URI for İdeasoft.
- If you use XML, enter the feed address (Google Merchant RSS or the Urunler/Urun format).
- Note that after saving, products arrive with the initial data fetch, and stock and prices are re-read regularly by a scheduled job; ask the assistant 'son eşitleme ne zaman' (when was the last sync) to see the latest update.
- Remember that the sources available to you depend on your plan.
Have my products arrived in the panel, and how many do I have?General
How it shows up
- Have my products arrived in the panel?
- The product list is empty
- Has the initial data fetch finished?
- Some products are missing
Why it happens
Products appear on the Products page once the product source is connected and the initial data fetch has finished. If no source is connected, the list stays empty.
How to fix it
- See the products and variants from your source on the Ürünler (Products) page; for the number of main products and variants, type 'katalog durumu' (catalog status) to the assistant.
- If the list is empty, check that the source card under Ayarlar › API kimlikleri (Settings › API credentials) is filled in.
- Then run the İlk veri çekimi (Initial data fetch) step in the setup.
- If some products are missing, check whether they are passive or have no barcode in your source.
Sell a product on only one channel, or close it for sale on a channelGeneral
How it shows up
- I want to sell a product only on Trendyol and keep it closed elsewhere
- Let's not sell this product on Hepsiburada
- Can I close sales by brand?
- How do I reopen a product I closed?
Why it happens
A product can be closed or opened for sale per channel; closing is done by sending 0 stock to the channel.
How to fix it
- Write a clear command to the assistant with the product code and channel, e.g. “ABC-1001 n11'de satışa kapat” (close ABC-1001 for sale on n11).
- For all channels type “ABC-1001 tüm pazar yerlerinde kapat” (close on all marketplaces); to reopen, type “ABC-1001 n11'de satışa aç” (open for sale on n11).
- For a brand, type “Marka X markasını n11'de satışa kapat” (close brand X for sale on n11).
- See the action on the İşlemler (Operations) page.
- Note that if you phrase it as a question (“kapalı mı?” — is it closed?), the assistant only reports the status and takes no action.
My product was rejected on a marketplace or isn't live: where do I see the reason?General
How it shows up
- My listing wasn't approved on Amazon
- Our Walmart products aren't live; it says content rejection. What should we do?
- Do I need a GTIN to send products to Walmart?
- Why wasn't the product approved?
Why it happens
Marketplaces put new listings through content (images, title, attributes), barcode/GTIN, brand and compliance checks; the rejection reason appears in the marketplace's response and in the quality review.
How to fix it
- See channel rejections and quality findings per product on the Ürünler › Kalite (Products › Quality) page; you can also type 'kalite bulguları' (quality findings) to the assistant.
- Check the common reasons: images (size, white background, text/logo), missing mandatory attributes, invalid barcode/GTIN (international channels may require a GS1 barcode), a brand not registered on the marketplace, and compliance review.
- Don't resend the same content without fixing the rejection reason, as it brings a new rejection; once fixed, the product is sent in the next round.
- Remember that on Walmart a resubmission triggers a 48-hour compliance lock.
- If the channel's card limit is reached (e.g. Ozon), request a limit increase from the marketplace.
How are returns handled, and where do I see them?General
How it shows up
- A customer sent a return; what do I need to do?
- Is the stock of a returned product added back automatically?
- A return request came in for a product that arrived broken; how does it work?
- How do returns reach the ERP?
Why it happens
Marketplace returns are approved or rejected through the marketplace's own return flow. In the panel, returned and cancelled orders are filtered on the Orders page; the separate Returns module is enabled per account.
How to fix it
- Manage marketplace returns (approval, rejection, damaged-item disputes) from the marketplace's seller panel; the decision depends on the channel's rules.
- See returned and cancelled orders in the panel with the cancel/return filter on the Siparişler (Orders) page.
- Increase the stock of a returned product in your product source or ERP; it is reflected on the channels automatically.
- If the Returns module (customer return codes, exchanges and the return portal) isn't enabled on your account, write to destek@bulutegra.com to have it enabled.
Jobs wait in the queue for a long time or fail with 'tür tanımlı değil' (type not defined)General
How it shows up
- Jobs have been waiting for a very long time.
- I clicked fix all and a large number of jobs were created.
- A job fails with 'type not defined'.
- How do I clear the queue?
Why it happens
Jobs run one after another; bulk actions such as 'fix all' create many jobs, and some job types (e.g. Walmart card refresh) are slow. A job started during a system update can fail with 'type not defined'.
How to fix it
- See the waiting jobs on the İşlemler (Operations) page.
- Cancel unnecessary jobs in bulk per type with kuyruktan çıkar (remove from queue).
- Restart a job that failed with 'type not defined' after a few minutes.
'Awaiting shipment' and 'In ERP' counts differ: how do I transfer an untransferred order?ÇiçeksepetieBayEtsyidefixn11ERPOzonTrendyolWalmart
How it shows up
- Why are the 'Kargo bekliyor' (awaiting shipment) and 'In ERP' counts different?
- Are there orders not transferred to the ERP?
- Does an order not showing in the ERP mean it wasn't transferred?
- What's the difference between re-transfer and write to ERP?
Why it happens
The pending order report in your ERP only shows orders that haven't shipped yet; once an order is shipped or invoiced, it drops off the report. So an order missing from the ERP report doesn't always mean it wasn't transferred.
How to fix it
- See the orders that truly weren't transferred on the Siparişler > Aktarılmamış (Orders > Not transferred) page.
- Ask the assistant 'aktarılmamış sipariş var mı' (any untransferred orders?) and then type 'aktar' (transfer) to start writing them to the ERP.
- Use ERP'ye yaz (write to ERP) for an order never attempted and tekrar aktar (re-transfer) for one that failed before (the panel shows your ERP's name here).
- Note that if you have no ERP connection, orders are only tracked in the panel.
A product isn't sent because weight, volumetric weight, dimensions, VAT or manufacturer info is missingeBayePttAVMHepsiburadaidefixModanisan11OzonPazaramaTemuTrendyolWalmart
How it shows up
- Product sending stopped, it says weight is missing.
- Where do we enter product weights and dimensions?
- It says manufacturer information is required, where do we fill it in?
- A product with unknown VAT was skipped.
Why it happens
If a product's real weight, volumetric weight, dimensions, VAT or manufacturer information is missing, the system does not make up a fixed value; a wrong value breaks shipping costs and marketplace compliance. If the information is unknown, the product isn't sent to that channel and goes to the missing list.
How to fix it
- In the panel, open the Operasyon › Pazar yeri eşlemeleri › Lojistik & uyum (Operations › Marketplace mappings › Logistics & compliance) tab, or the Lojistik & uyum section on the product card.
- Enter the missing weight, dimensions and VAT; for bulk weighing, download the CSV, fill it in and upload it back.
- Fill in brand-level manufacturer profiles (company name, address, email) once; they are used for all products of that brand.
- As soon as the information is entered, the related products start being sent to the channel.
Some products are missing from the BuyBox listTrendyol
How it shows up
- Some products are missing on the BuyBox page.
- The BuyBox data wasn't updated.
- Does Trendyol have a BuyBox API?
- Which products did we lose the BuyBox on?
Why it happens
Trendyol's seller services don't provide BuyBox information; the data is read from the public product page. When Trendyol returns 429 (too many requests) to rapid queries, some products can be missing in that round.
How to fix it
- If products are missing, wait for the next BuyBox list update.
- Before lowering prices on lost products, run the numbers against profitability and campaign prices.
The BuyBox report shows 0 competitorsTrendyol
How it shows up
- The competitor count in the BuyBox report is always 0.
- It says we lost the box but there's no competitor name.
- I can't see the competitor's price.
- If the competitor count is zero, does it mean there are no competitors?
Why it happens
BuyBox data is read from Trendyol's public product page; that page doesn't provide competitor details (name, price, count). That's why the competitor count always shows 0.
How to fix it
- You can rely on the winning seller and 'box lost' information in the report; these are correct.
- Don't read a competitor count of 0 as 'no competitors'; competitor details don't come from this source.
A product that's on the channel appears in the missing (unlisted) product listÇiçeksepetiePttAVMFloHepsiburadaidefixn11PazaramaTrendyol
How it shows up
- The missing list includes products already selling on the channel
- A size that exists on Çiçeksepeti shows as missing
- Were the set product and the single product counted as the same?
- It says there's no catalog download for Hepsiburada
Why it happens
The matching key varies by channel (barcode on İdefix, product address on ePttAVM, stock code elsewhere). An outdated catalog download or the wrong key can make products look missing. The Hepsiburada catalog can't be downloaded without listing API credentials.
How to fix it
- Note that missing lists are calculated at product-root level: if another colour or size of the same root exists on the channel, the product counts as listed.
- If a product in the list does exist on the channel, the download may be outdated; check again after the next update.
- Enter the listing API user for Hepsiburada so the catalog comparison can be made.
The unmatched listing report is full of listings that are closed or out of stockHepsiburadan11Trendyol
How it shows up
- The matching report contains lots of closed listings
- Why does it warn about matching for listings that aren't on sale?
- Which unmatched listings actually matter?
- Why are there so many unmatched listings between the channel and our product source?
Why it happens
Listings that are not on sale and have no stock carry no risk; when they are listed one by one, the report looks misleadingly crowded.
How to fix it
- Note that listings not on sale and without stock appear on a single line in the report as 'X kapalı, kapsam dışı' (X closed, out of scope).
- Focus only on listings that are on sale and in stock but can't be linked to a product card.
- Old-code listings that are no longer sold are treated as dead; no action is needed for them.
Prices are held by the price brake and not sent to the channelAmazonÇiçeksepetiePttAVMEtsyFloHepsiburadaidefixModanisan11PazaramaTemuTrendyol
How it shows up
- My price change didn't reach the channel.
- There are products waiting in the price brake.
- A price was held for excessive deviation.
- How do I approve prices held by the brake?
Why it happens
The price brake deliberately holds some prices to prevent sudden large price changes and the risk of selling at a loss. Also, on a channel where the price engine is off, a price raised to the floor can drop back to the rule price in the next normal round.
How to fix it
- Review the prices held by the brake; they are not errors, they are held because the change is large.
- If you want to send them all at once, write to destek@bulutegra.com and ask for a one-off brake release; prices are sent at the target price (the higher of the rule price and the profitability floor).
- For a price raised to the floor to stay there, the price engine's tabanda tut (keep at floor) setting must be on for that channel.
- On channels where price writing is off, a release is one-off; new deviations build up in the brake again.
What does the channel status mean: live, own pipeline, monitor onlyÇiçeksepetieBayePttAVMEtsyFloHepsiburadaidefixn11OzonPazaramaTrendyolWalmart
How it shows up
- What does shadow mode mean?
- The sync shows lots of 'changed' items but nothing is sent
- Which channels does Bulutegra write to?
- Why isn't stock sent to Trendyol from here?
Why it happens
Channels can be in one of three states. For channels in monitor-only (shadow) mode, changes are calculated but not sent, so the 'changed' count stays the same every round.
How to fix it
- Note that on 'canlı' (live) channels, stock and price are written by Bulutegra's shared engine.
- 'Kendi hattı' (own pipeline) channels (eBay, Etsy, Ozon, Walmart) are managed by Bulutegra with a dedicated tool.
- 'Yalnız izleme' (monitor only) channels are managed by another integration; Bulutegra only compares, and calculated changes are not sent. This is not an error.
- Review the row-by-row data on the channel tabs.
Orders delivered on the channel but never invoicedÇiçeksepetiePttAVMidefixn11TemuTrendyol
How it shows up
- Are there orders without an issued invoice?
- A delivered order has no e-Archive invoice.
- Why couldn't the system upload invoices for these orders?
- Which orders do we need to invoice manually?
Why it happens
Invoice uploading can only send issued invoices to the channel; for an order whose invoice hasn't been issued yet, there is no file to upload.
How to fix it
- Ask the assistant for uninvoiced orders together with the channel name to get the list.
- Check the status of these orders in your ERP or on the warehouse side and issue their invoices.
- Once the invoice is issued, the system sends it to the channel in the next upload.
Issued invoices aren't uploaded to the marketplace; the order shows as uninvoiced on the channelÇiçeksepetiePttAVMHepsiburadaidefixn11PazaramaTemuTrendyol
How it shows up
- Pazarama orders show no uploaded invoice.
- ePttAVM shows an uninvoiced order warning.
- Do I have to upload the invoice to the marketplace myself?
- Are there orders whose invoice hasn't been uploaded to the marketplace?
Why it happens
The e-Archive invoice is sent to the buyer email on the order. Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Çiçeksepeti, n11 and İdefix provide masked email addresses, so they receive the invoice themselves; Pazarama and ePttAVM provide the customer's real email, so the invoice doesn't reach the channel on its own. On Temu, the invoice file must be uploaded to Temu.
How to fix it
- The system matches issued invoices to orders and automatically uploads the invoice link to Pazarama, ePttAVM, Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Çiçeksepeti and Temu; it audits n11 and İdefix.
- If an order still shows as uninvoiced, first check whether its invoice was actually issued; if not, there is no file to upload.
- Once the invoice is issued, the link is sent to the channel in the next upload.
A corporate order is written to your ERP as an individual or without a tax numberERPTrendyol
How it shows up
- A corporate-invoice order was opened under a person's name
- The tax number on a Trendyol corporate order didn't reach the ERP
- The customer account shows a person's name instead of the company title
- How is a corporate invoice issued with the tax number?
Why it happens
Trendyol provides the tax number inside the invoice address details and sometimes sends it as 11 characters with a leading zero. If this isn't read correctly, the customer account is opened as an individual, and the account address may be built from the delivery address.
How to fix it
- Note that for corporate orders the tax number, company title and invoice address are read and the customer account is created accordingly; no action is needed.
- Check on the customer account that the tax office is appended to the address as '/ VD: …'.
- If a corporate account can't be created, the order isn't written to your ERP so that it isn't invoiced incorrectly, and an alert is raised; follow up on that alert.
The duplicate listing list is more crowded than it should beTrendyol
How it shows up
- There are hundreds of products in the duplicate listing list; are they all really duplicates?
- Packs of 3 and 5 were flagged as duplicate listings
- Different sizes of the same product appear as duplicates
- Which listings are actually copies?
Why it happens
If multipacks or different sizes of the same product are mistakenly counted as duplicates, the list becomes larger than it should be.
How to fix it
- Don't count multipacks (packs of 3, 10, etc.) as duplicates; a multipack is a separate SKU with separate stock.
- Don't count different sizes of the same product as duplicates.
- A real duplicate is a listing opened with a second code derived from the same product's main code (e.g. ABC-1001 and ABC-1001-NW); review only those.
- Note that no listing with stock is deleted or archived as a duplicate.
The product code looks different in the panel (the channel's main product code differs)Çiçeksepetin11TrendyolWalmart
How it shows up
- The main product code in the panel isn't the same as ours
- The main product code on Trendyol differs from ours; should we fix it?
- The stock code on the channel doesn't match the ikas SKU
- Where is the product code mapping page?
Why it happens
In older listings, the channel's main product code (productMainId on Trendyol) or stock code may differ from the code in your product source. Listings sent by the system use the correct SKU; the difference comes from older listings.
How to fix it
- Note that the panel shows the product with your own code (e.g. ABC-1001); the channel's own code appears on the variant row as the note 'kanaldaki kod: 1001' (code on channel).
- You can find the product in search by either code.
- Listings on the channel are left untouched; no bulk correction is made because changing the main code on Trendyol can break variant grouping and review history.
- See the mappings on the Kanallar > Ürün Kodu Eşleme (Channels > Product code mapping) page.
Marketplace API credentials are rejected (401 Auth failed) or not savedÇiçeksepetiHepsiburadaModanisan11TemuTrendyol
How it shows up
- The channel shows 'kimlik reddedildi' (credentials rejected) under Settings
- Stock and orders stopped with 401 Auth failed
- I saved the API credentials but they weren't stored
- The channel I'm looking for doesn't appear in Settings
Why it happens
When the username or password changes on the marketplace side, requests get a 401 error. If the username contains a non-ASCII character such as the Turkish 'İ', the request may not be sent at all.
How to fix it
- Get the correct username and password from the API section of the marketplace seller panel.
- Enter them under Ayarlar › API Kimlikleri (Settings › API credentials).
- Don't keep retrying with guesses; the marketplace account may get locked.
- Note that the channel's stock, price and order flow stops until the credentials are fixed.
- Channels are sorted alphabetically; the one you're looking for may be further down the list.
A marketplace penalty invoice was issued: which penalties can be disputed?ÇiçeksepetiFloHepsiburadan11PazaramaTrendyol
How it shows up
- We received a defective-product penalty invoice from Trendyol, can we dispute it?
- I can't see which order a penalty invoice belongs to.
- A wrong-product invoice was issued but the return was the customer's choice.
- Can I dispute this penalty invoice?
Why it happens
Channels may invoice returns as penalties under 'Defective / Wrong / Missing Product', although some of these returns are customer-driven (size, didn't like it, not collected). On Trendyol, there is no direct link between the penalty line and the order in the e-invoice and finance data.
How to fix it
- On Trendyol, get the order breakdown of the penalty in the seller panel under Finans › Fatura Listeleme › Detayları İndir (Finance › Invoice list › Download details); this is the first thing requested in a dispute.
- Dispute penalties charged on customer-driven returns.
- Don't dispute penalties where you really sent a wrong or missing item, or could not supply the product.
- Send the dispute text to the marketplace yourself.
An order shows 'not transferred to ERP' but it is in your ERPÇiçeksepetiePttAVMFloHepsiburadaidefixn11ERPPazaramaTemuTrendyol
How it shows up
- The panel says not in ERP but the order is already invoiced in the ERP.
- Shipped orders are listed as missing from the ERP.
- Is the untransferred order alert wrong?
- What does the blue 'awaiting transfer' label mean?
Why it happens
An order appearing among pending orders in the ERP and an order being processed in the ERP (shipped or invoiced) are different states; a shipped order drops off the pending list. Orders awaiting payment or approval are not yet ready to be transferred.
How to fix it
- Use the ERP filter on the Siparişler (Orders) screen (it shows your ERP's name in the panel). It has three states: pending in ERP, processed (shipped/invoiced) and not transferred.
- Shipped orders carry a 'processed' badge; they are not missing.
- Orders awaiting payment or approval aren't counted as untransferred; they are transferred once approved.
- If an order really is missing, transfer it with the ERP'ye aktar (Transfer to ERP) button on the Siparişler screen (the button shows your ERP's name in the panel).
An order was written to your ERP without a province/district code or with the wrong district, so it can't be invoicedÇiçeksepetiePttAVMERPOzonTrendyolWalmart
How it shows up
- The warehouse reports a province/district error and the invoice can't be issued.
- We get a 'district not found' error in the ERP.
- The invoice shows a different district for the customer.
- I corrected the customer account address but the order still has the old address.
Why it happens
There can be several causes: Turkish characters in the address coming from the channel may be corrupted; some districts may be missing from your ERP's district table, or the central district may be stored under a special name; the country code may be missing on international addresses; some channels (e.g. Trendyol) fill in the address some time after the order. Also, the order document keeps its own copy of the address; updating the customer account does not fix the province/district on the document.
How to fix it
- The system finds the province/district automatically from the address text, postcode and similar names. For a district with no match in your ERP it uses a fixed fallback district code from the same province; the customer's real district still appears in the address text on the invoice.
- For a permanent fix, have the missing districts defined in your ERP.
- Correct older orders that were written with an empty address manually in your ERP; they cannot be fixed through the integration.
- For Trendyol orders, the order is held for a few rounds until the address arrives; this is normal and the order is written automatically once the address comes in.
Order status looks wrong or shows as 'other'ÇiçeksepetiFloHepsiburadaidefixn11OzonTrendyol
How it shows up
- The n11 order has shipped but still shows as paid in the panel
- It's been delivered but still shows as being prepared
- The Flo order was shipped in the ERP but is still in Picking on Flo
- What does Trendyol UnPacked mean and why is it 'other'?
Why it happens
On n11 the overall order status doesn't change after shipping; the real status is kept at line level. Some channel status texts show as 'other' when they aren't mapped. Older rows that have shown 'in transit' for a long time may have fallen outside the refresh window. On Flo, the 'Picking' status is written by the system while 'Shipped' comes from the carrier scan.
How to fix it
- Note that n11 statuses are read from the line status ('Kargoya verildi' shipped, 'Teslim edildi' delivered); older orders are corrected in the next wide scan.
- On Flo it's normal to see 'Picking' on the day the order is shipped in your ERP; it becomes 'Shipped' once the carrier scans it.
- Check the current status of orders labelled 'pencere dışı' (outside window) in the channel panel.
Sorting, date or status looks wrong on the Orders pageePttAVMHepsiburadaTrendyol
How it shows up
- The newest orders aren't at the top
- Trendyol order times appear 3 hours ahead
- What does the ~ sign next to the order date mean?
- What are the orders marked 'pencere dışı' (outside window)?
Why it happens
Orders used to be sorted by last check time; Trendyol's timestamps treat local time as UTC, so times shifted by 3 hours; and the status of open Trendyol orders that fell outside the fetch window wasn't refreshed.
How to fix it
- Note that orders on the Siparişler (Orders) page are sorted by their actual order date.
- The '~' sign next to a date means the date couldn't be retrieved from the channel and the time the system first saw the order is shown instead.
- Open Trendyol orders that fall outside the fetch window are queried one by one and refreshed.
- Small count differences with the channel panel come from new orders arriving between two fetches; compare again after the next fetch.
The 'Transfer to ERP' button doesn't appear on an order; the panel says 'monitored only'Hepsiburadan11ERPTrendyol
How it shows up
- There's no transfer to ERP button on the Trendyol order.
- The order says 'only monitored here'.
- The transfer option only appears on some channels' order rows.
- Which channels' orders does Bulutegra write?
Why it happens
The ERP'ye aktar (Transfer to ERP) button (shown with your ERP's name in the panel) only appears on channels where order transfer is enabled. Orders from channels without order transfer are only monitored in the panel.
How to fix it
- Check whether order transfer is enabled for the channel where the button doesn't appear.
- If you want order transfer enabled for that channel, write to destek@bulutegra.com.
A stock mismatch alert looks wrong or unnecessaryePttAVMFloHepsiburadaidefixn11PazaramaTrendyol
How it shows up
- The stock mismatch alert is wrong.
- I fixed the alert but it still shows.
- An old stock alert is still on the summary page.
- Two reports show different numbers for the same channel.
Why it happens
A stock difference alert is only meaningful for channels whose stock Bulutegra writes; differences on channels whose stock is managed by another integration need no action from you. Also, if the stock audit report has not been refreshed, it can show a false alert based on old data.
How to fix it
- Check whether the alert is for a channel whose stock Bulutegra writes; other channels' stock is managed by their own integration, and no stock difference alert is raised for them.
- To actually send the difference to the channel, write 'stok uyuşmazlığını düzelt' (fix the stock mismatch) to the assistant.
- The assistant first shows a plan; once you approve it, the difference is sent to the channel.
- If the alert looks old, it clears by itself when the report is regenerated.
An in-stock product was closed on channels by mistake (twin SKUs in ikas that differ only in punctuation)ÇiçeksepetiFloikasTrendyol
How it shows up
- A product with stock was closed on Trendyol.
- There's stock in ikas but it was set to 0 on the channel.
- The same product has two SKUs, one at 0 and one in stock.
- I want to reopen the product that was closed.
Why it happens
In ikas, the same product can have two records that differ only in punctuation (e.g. one with a hyphen, one with a dot). When product codes are compared, these two records are treated as the same product, and the out-of-stock record can override the in-stock one and cause the product to be closed.
How to fix it
- Check in ikas whether the same product has two records differing only in punctuation.
- Remove the extra record in ikas; this fixes the problem at its root.
- Report the wrongly closed product with its product code to destek@bulutegra.com; it is reopened with current stock.
Listings that closed when stock ran out keep an old priceÇiçeksepetiePttAVMFloHepsiburadan11Trendyol
How it shows up
- The prices of closed listings are outdated.
- Will the listing reopen at the old price when stock arrives?
- Trendyol returned 'Price and stock of products closed for sale cannot be updated'.
- Hepsiburada said 'Done' but the price didn't change.
Why it happens
Channels treat closed listings differently: Trendyol does not update price or stock on a listing closed for sale, Flo does not write to closed listings, and Hepsiburada sometimes says 'Done' without applying the price.
How to fix it
- For closed listings there is a separate operation that sends only the price without reopening the listing; stock stays at the channel's current value.
- Prices of listings closed for sale on Trendyol cannot be updated through the integration; they are updated when the listing is reopened.
- On Hepsiburada, listings that show 'Done' without taking the price are resent and verified against the listing export.
A product with no stock still shows as on sale on a marketplace (overselling risk)ÇiçeksepetiePttAVMFlon11PazaramaTrendyol
How it shows up
- A product that's out of stock is still on sale on the channel.
- It's not in the warehouse but it's selling on the marketplace.
- Is there an overselling risk?
- The listing didn't close even though stock is 0.
Why it happens
Stock on the channel may not always match stock in your product source. If the channel's stock writing setting is off, if the channel listing is not matched to a product, or if the channel rejected the stock update, you get records that are 'in stock on the channel, 0 at the source'.
How to fix it
- Write 'fazla satış riski olan ürünler' (products at overselling risk) to the assistant to get the list as an Excel file.
- Add a channel name to the question to see only that channel.
- For listings not matched to any product, ask the assistant for 'eşleşmeyen ilanlar' (unmatched listings) and complete the matching.
- Right before sending stock to a channel, the system checks live that the product really is 0 at the source.
Trendyol says 'KDV girmeniz gerekmektedir' (VAT required); a new listing has empty VAT, stock code or priceTrendyol
How it shows up
- Trendyol returned 'you must enter VAT'.
- A newly created listing has no price or stock.
- Stock wasn't sent because VAT is missing.
- What VAT rate should this barcode have?
Why it happens
The listing was created with missing VAT, stock code or price. Trendyol refuses to accept stock for a listing without VAT.
How to fix it
- The listing's missing VAT and stock code need to be completed; write to destek@bulutegra.com with the listing details.
- Once the missing fields are completed, price and stock are sent again.
Trendyol returns 'Price and stock of products closed for sale cannot be updated'Trendyol
How it shows up
- Trendyol says the stock of a product closed for sale can't be updated.
- I get a rejection when sending stock to Trendyol.
- A product that looked active on Trendyol was actually closed.
- Can stock be written to a closed Trendyol listing?
Why it happens
The 'active' flag in Trendyol's catalogue export doesn't reflect sale status; a listing can appear active even when closed for sale. When stock is sent to a listing closed for sale, Trendyol rejects it. As a result, the overselling risk on Trendyol can look higher than it is.
How to fix it
- This listing is already closed for sale on Trendyol; it can't sell, so there is no overselling risk.
- If you want to sell the product again, first open the listing for sale in the Trendyol seller panel; stock is written after that.
Different commission charged for the same product in Trendyol settlements, or no settlement for a delivered orderTrendyol
How it shows up
- Different commission was charged for the same barcode.
- A delivered order has no settlement.
- Did Trendyol overcharge commission?
- What is the micro-export return fee deduction?
Why it happens
Trendyol settlement data can contain records where different commission rates were applied to the same barcode, and deduction invoices (mostly micro-export return fees); there may also be delivered orders with no settlement.
How to fix it
- Review products with commission differences and deductions on the Raporlar › Hakediş (Reports › Settlements) page.
- For an unexpected commission increase, file a category/commission dispute with Trendyol.
- Ask Trendyol finance support about delivered orders with missing settlements.
Trendyol listings are blacklisted, locked or waiting for documents; image updates are rejectedTrendyol
How it shows up
- My in-stock products aren't on sale on Trendyol.
- My Trendyol listing is blacklisted, what does it mean?
- Stock and price returned SUCCESS but the listing is still closed.
- Trendyol is asking for a certificate of authenticity.
Why it happens
Trendyol blacklists, locks, requests documents for or closes some listings for violations at its own discretion; these listings cannot be reopened through the integration. Image updates can be rejected with 'Restricted Brand Content' or 'Image Mismatch', and the image files of some products may be missing in ikas.
How to fix it
- For blacklisted, locked or document-pending listings, open the relevant request or upload the required document in the Trendyol seller panel; the system cannot reopen these listings.
- Ask Trendyol why a listing was blacklisted; sending stock to these listings does not reopen them.
- Re-upload the photos of products whose images can't be found to ikas.
- Don't use missing-listing lists produced while the Trendyol service is temporarily failing as a basis for sending.
Trendyol campaign file: 'Scheduled price can't exceed TSF' error and the campaign's real discountTrendyol
How it shows up
- The Trendyol star label file says the scheduled price can't be higher than the TSF
- I can't raise prices with the Trendyol campaign file
- What does 'Maksimum Girebileceğin Fiyat' (maximum price you can enter) mean?
- Will we lose money if we join the Trendyol campaign?
Why it happens
In the Trendyol star label file, 'YENİ TSF' (new Trendyol selling price) can't be higher than the current Trendyol selling price, so the file rejects price increases. The campaign name can be misleading: the real cost is the gap between 'Maksimum Girebileceğin Fiyat' and the current price, and the discount Trendyol covers comes on top of that.
How to fix it
- Cap candidate prices in the campaign file at the current TSF.
- Raise prices through a normal price update, not through the campaign file.
- For each campaign, first measure the ratio of the highest allowed price to the current price; that is the real discount depth, so don't rely on the campaign's name.
- Don't join campaigns with products below your profitability threshold, or join narrowly; try the most-starred profitable tier first.
Trendyol's product service temporarily returns 426 / 'brownout'Trendyol
How it shows up
- The Trendyol product list returns a 426 error.
- Trendyol says 'migrate your service to Product v2'.
- The Trendyol listing list came back incomplete.
- The blacklist reason comes back empty.
Why it happens
Trendyol is running planned, temporary outages (brownouts) while it retires its old product service. A 426 error is not a permanent shutdown; it is a push to move to the new version.
How to fix it
- Wait a few minutes; the request is retried automatically shortly.
- The product export has moved to the new (V2) service; information that exists only in the old service, such as the blacklist reason, may appear empty during an outage.
- Don't base sending decisions on missing-listing lists produced during an outage; wait for the next successful export.
Trendyol shows required GPSR (manufacturer info) or Country of Origin fields as missingTrendyol
How it shows up
- There are Trendyol listings with missing manufacturer information.
- Why wasn't the Country of Origin sent?
- What do we enter for a brand whose manufacturer address is unknown?
- Will filling in required fields on Trendyol take the listing out of approval?
Why it happens
Some Trendyol product lists only return the variant attribute (Size); viewed from these lists, Country of Origin or the description can wrongly appear to be missing. When updating attributes, Trendyol requires all attributes to be sent again.
How to fix it
- Missing manufacturer information is never made up; it is filled from the declarations on the same brand's existing listings.
- For brands with no information available, you need to provide the manufacturer's name and address; fill in the brand-level manufacturer profile in the panel.
- If Turkey is selected for Country of Origin in the general settings, it is written automatically.
- This update keeps listings approved and on sale; they do not drop out of approval.
Trendyol image updates say 'SUCCESS' but the images don't changeikasTrendyol
How it shows up
- The batch said successful but the images on Trendyol didn't change.
- Trendyol returns 'Invalid Image Link'.
- Trendyol returns 'Restricted Brand Content Update'.
- The image update was rejected with Image Mismatch.
Why it happens
In Trendyol's bulk content update, 'COMPLETED/SUCCESS' only means the request was received; the actual result of the image update is checked separately. The most common cause is an image in the ikas product record whose file no longer exists: Trendyol rejects the whole item because of one broken image. There are also brand restrictions, similarity rejections, shared-catalogue (TYC) products and Trendyol's 8-image limit.
How to fix it
- Whether an image update was really applied is checked in Trendyol's separate audit record; don't rely on the 'SUCCESS' response alone.
- Re-upload the images of products carrying broken or deleted images to ikas.
- Brand-restricted content and similarity rejections are Trendyol rules; the update is not forced on these products.
- Shared-catalogue products and the 8-image limit on Trendyol cannot be changed.
Trendyol listings that closed when stock ran out don't reopen when stock returnsTrendyol
How it shows up
- Stock arrived but the Trendyol listing stays closed.
- Sales on Trendyol dropped suddenly.
- A product that closed when it ran out is in stock at the source but not on sale.
- Will listings I closed manually also reopen?
Why it happens
When stock sync was set to write only to listings on sale, listings Trendyol closed because they ran out of stock did not reopen even after stock came back. The rule has been corrected to also cover listings closed due to stock.
How to fix it
- Listings closed because they ran out of stock now reopen automatically when stock comes back; you don't need to do anything.
- Listings you closed manually, archived listings and blacklisted listings are not touched.
- For in-stock listings that are blacklisted or archived, file the appeal or unarchive them in the Trendyol seller panel.
A new product or size won't open on Trendyol, or it shows up as a separate productTrendyol
How it shows up
- The size I added to Trendyol was created as a separate product
- Trendyol rejected the new product
- Trendyol says a product with the same barcode already exists
- I fixed the rejected Trendyol product but it still shows as rejected
Why it happens
To attach a new size to an existing product, the main product code of the sibling listing on Trendyol must be used; otherwise a separate product is created. Broken images, another product's template image and size values that don't exist in the category are rejection reasons. If a correction is sent for an item still awaiting approval, Trendyol says a product with the same barcode exists; corrections only apply to rejected items and the status may not refresh immediately.
How to fix it
- Note that the system uses the sibling listing's Trendyol code to attach new sizes to the existing product; no action is needed.
- Add images in your product source (ikas) for products that have none; don't use another product's photo.
- Size values with no match in the category are not opened; make the size value fit the category.
- Check the status of a rejection you corrected again the next day.
- A new size may get a different price from existing sizes because of the profitability floor; this is expected.
Hundreds of 'listings to open' differences appear for TrendyolHepsiburadaTrendyol
How it shows up
- The number of Trendyol listings to open looks far too high
- The sync report shows closed listings as differences
- The Trendyol stock difference list includes blacklisted listings
- Archived products appear in the stock difference report
Why it happens
The Trendyol catalog used to be read from a source that doesn't provide listing status, so every listing was treated as active. As a result the 'only listings on sale' setting didn't work for Trendyol, and blacklisted, archived or locked listings produced false differences.
How to fix it
- Reopen the difference list; the Trendyol catalog now reads listing status as well, and closed, blacklisted or archived listings are excluded.
- Note that a listing on sale on Trendyol never has 0 stock; a listing that looks out of stock is actually closed.
- Remember that a closed listing is reopened by opening the listing itself, not by sending stock.
A product was dropped from new listings because a required attribute (colour, size, fit, etc.) isn't mappedÇiçeksepetiHepsiburadaidefixModanisan11PazaramaTrendyol
How it shows up
- The product wasn't listed because a required attribute is missing.
- The colour mapping is waiting for approval.
- What are unmapped rows?
- Which attributes are still missing?
Why it happens
For a required attribute, the system first tries the product's own value, then the default chosen for the category, then an exact name match or the only option in the channel's option list. If none is found, the product is dropped and the attribute is listed as missing. Products with wrong data in the colour/size fields at the source (e.g. a colour code in the size field) are also rejected.
How to fix it
- In the panel, open the Eşli olmayan (Unmapped) rows on the Pazar yeri eşlemeleri (Marketplace mappings) screen; missing attributes are listed there.
- Map the missing value or choose a default value for the category; the default is used for all products in that category.
- Correct data entered in the wrong field (e.g. a colour in the size field) in your product source.
- Once mapping is complete, the product is retried on the next send.
n11 and Çiçeksepeti returns don't come into the panel automaticallyÇiçeksepetiePttAVMFlon11Trendyol
How it shows up
- n11 returns don't show in the panel.
- Çiçeksepeti return requests aren't in the panel.
- Only Trendyol appears in the returns list.
- Which channels' returns are pulled automatically?
Why it happens
To pull marketplace returns automatically, the channel's returns service must be open to integrations. At the moment this service works only on Trendyol; the n11 and Çiçeksepeti returns services do not respond to external access, so returns on these channels are managed in their seller panels.
How to fix it
- Marketplace returns are currently pulled automatically only from Trendyol.
- Track and manage n11 and Çiçeksepeti return requests in their own seller panels.
- When the returned item reaches the warehouse, process it with barcode acceptance on the İadeler (Returns) page in the panel.
A product is created in the wrong category on a marketplace, or the wrong category is suggestedePttAVMFloidefixModanisan11TrendyolWalmart
How it shows up
- The product was created in the wrong category.
- Sweatshirts end up in the T-shirt category.
- What does 'category mapping awaiting approval' mean?
- Will fixing a listing in the wrong category delete its reviews?
Why it happens
The category is chosen based on the category in the product source (ikas), the gender and mappings learned from live listings. If the source category conflicts with the product title (e.g. single/double) or a word in the title is misleading, the product can go to the wrong category. Mappings the system can't decide on go to you for approval. n11 doesn't change the category of an existing listing through the integration.
How to fix it
- In the panel, review the suggestions in the Onay bekliyor (Awaiting approval) section of the Pazar yeri eşlemeleri (Marketplace mappings) screen and approve or correct them.
- Fix in ikas the category of products whose source category is wrong or conflicts with the title; this also widens mapping coverage.
- For a listing created in the wrong category on n11, the choice is yours: fix it manually in the n11 panel, delete and recreate it (review and rating history is lost), or leave it as it is.
Some marketplaces don't appear in the Products filter or in bulk operationsAmazonHepsiburadaidefixPazaramaTemuTrendyol
How it shows up
- Hepsiburada isn't in the marketplace filter on the Products page.
- The Temu option doesn't appear in bulk operations.
- The marketplace we just added doesn't appear anywhere in the panel.
- This channel can't be selected for bulk content sending.
Why it happens
A channel appears on product screens only if it is connected and has stock/price sync or listing capability; channels that only carry orders don't appear in product lists. A channel that isn't in your licence doesn't appear in filters either.
How to fix it
- Check that the channel is connected on the Ayarlar › API Kimlikleri (Settings › API credentials) screen.
- Check that the channel is included in your licence.
- If the channel is connected and licensed but still doesn't appear, write to destek@bulutegra.com.
Products sent to İdefix don't appear as liveidefixTrendyol
How it shows up
- We sent it to İdefix but the product doesn't show up
- The İdefix product is waiting in 'not_matched' status
- İdefix rejected it with BRAND_EXCLUSIVE_NOT_AUTHORIZED
- The product wasn't sent to İdefix because its VAT is unknown
Why it happens
Most products that look missing on İdefix have been sent but are waiting for İdefix's catalog matching, and they don't appear in the channel list during that time. Some products are rejected for lack of brand authorization, and products with unknown VAT are not sent.
How to fix it
- Wait for İdefix's catalog matching for products that have been sent.
- If you received a brand authorization rejection, obtain brand authorization from İdefix.
- Complete the VAT for products where it's missing; the product is sent once it's filled in.
- Note that on a day you run the creation job manually, the scheduled run is skipped.
The same channel order was created several times in your ERP (e.g. Hepsiburada package cancellation)HepsiburadaERP
How it shows up
- A Hepsiburada order was created several times in the ERP.
- A package was cancelled, a new package number arrived and a new order was created in the ERP.
- We got a duplicate ERP order notification.
- It looks like the same item will be invoiced twice.
Why it happens
When a package is cancelled on the channel and a new package number is created, a single channel order can turn into several orders in your ERP. This creates a risk of double shipping and double invoicing.
How to fix it
- Find the records in your ERP that belong to the same channel order.
- Keep only the record matching the quantity on the channel; cancel the extra orders in your ERP before they are shipped.
- Let the warehouse know so that extra items aren't shipped.
Your ERP rejects an order with 'Tanımlanmamış Barkod!' (undefined barcode)ePttAVMHepsiburadaERP
How it shows up
- The order isn't written to the ERP, it gives an undefined barcode error.
- The ERP says it doesn't recognise the barcode, but the product card exists in the ERP.
- What does undefined barcode mean, do I need to create the product in the ERP?
- An order for a product coming from XML didn't go into the ERP.
Why it happens
This error usually doesn't mean the product card is missing; the format of the barcode doesn't match the original barcode in your ERP. For example, a barcode with a prefix or an added leading zero won't match the original in the ERP.
How to fix it
- The system tries different formats of the barcode in turn (the barcode in the product source, the prefixed XML version, the 12-digit version without the leading zero); the ERP doesn't write an unrecognised barcode to the wrong product, it rejects it explicitly.
- If the error persists, compare the product barcode on the order with the barcode on the card in your ERP.
- If the product really has no card in your ERP, create it there first; the order is written in the next transfer.
An order isn't transferred to your ERP even after the mapping was fixed ('skipped' record)HepsiburadaERP
How it shows up
- I fixed the product mapping but the order still isn't transferred.
- The order is marked as skipped and isn't retried.
- What does the 'skipped' transfer status mean?
- How do I transfer a skipped order again?
Why it happens
An order marked as 'skipped' because the product didn't match is not retried even if the mapping is fixed later, because of this mark.
How to fix it
- First make sure the product mapping has been fixed.
- Write to destek@bulutegra.com with the order number to have the 'skipped' record removed.
- Once the record is removed, the system retries the order shortly and writes it to your ERP.
Hepsiburada API returns 401 (catalog and stock can't be fetched)Hepsiburada
How it shows up
- Hepsiburada API returns 401 Unauthorized
- The Hepsiburada catalog can't be downloaded
- The API didn't work with my Hepsiburada panel email
- How do I create a Hepsiburada integration user?
Why it happens
Hepsiburada's listing and order services expect the merchant id and service password as credentials, not a username; a wrong combination always returns 401. Your panel login email is not an API user. If the connection still uses your previous integrator's developer user, orders will also stop once that user is deleted.
How to fix it
- In the Integration section of the Hepsiburada seller panel, create an integration (developer) user that belongs to your own company.
- Enter this user's details in the Ayarlar › Hepsiburada (Settings › Hepsiburada) card.
- Use the merchant id and service password as credentials, not your panel login email.
Wrong price in the Hepsiburada campaign template causes a double discountHepsiburada
How it shows up
- We joined a Hepsiburada campaign and the price dropped much more than expected
- Which price should we enter in the Hepsiburada campaign template?
- Zeros were added to the start of the Hepsiburada barcode column
- How do I fill in the Hepsiburada campaign Excel file?
Why it happens
The 'Kampanyanın uygulanacağı fiyat' (price the campaign applies to) column in the Hepsiburada campaign template must contain the undiscounted entry price; Hepsiburada applies the campaign discount on top of it. Entering a discounted price results in a double discount. The template's barcode column also adds leading zeros to barcodes.
How to fix it
- Enter the pre-discount price (usually the highest allowed) in the 'Kampanyanın uygulanacağı fiyat' column.
- Calculate profitability using the customer price after the discount.
- Delete the rows of products you won't include from the template.
- When matching barcodes, watch out for added leading zeros and prefixes in the stock code; use the clean barcode after the prefix.
Hepsiburada listing API or Amazon connection returns an authorization errorAmazonHepsiburada
How it shows up
- The Hepsiburada listing API returns 'Merchant api authorization failed'
- Hepsiburada orders come in but stock and price can't be written (401)
- Can we use the old integrator's key on Amazon TR?
- How do I grant app authorization in Amazon Seller Central?
Why it happens
The integration user used on Hepsiburada may have order permissions but no access to the listing API; listing requires a separate developer user created in the Hepsiburada panel. On Amazon TR, a previous integrator's key can't be transferred; you need your own app authorization in Seller Central (self-authorization and LWA).
How to fix it
- Create a new developer (API) user in the Hepsiburada seller panel.
- Enter this user's details in the Hepsiburada card under Ayarlar (Settings).
- For Amazon, complete your own app authorization (self-authorization) from the 'Uygulama Geliştir' (Develop Apps) section in Seller Central and enter the credentials.
- These steps must be carried out by the owner of the marketplace account.
A Hepsiburada order can't be written to your ERP (listing not linked to your product)HepsiburadaikasERP
How it shows up
- The Hepsiburada order couldn't be transferred to the ERP
- The Hepsiburada listing's stock code is a supplier code that isn't in our product source
- It's unclear which product a Hepsiburada order line belongs to
- An old Hepsiburada order is still not in the ERP
Why it happens
Some Hepsiburada listings use a supplier code as their stock code and were never linked to a product in your product source. Because the order line can't be translated into a product code, it can't be written to your ERP.
How to fix it
- Match your active Hepsiburada listings to your products, or correct the listing's stock code on Hepsiburada.
- For a stuck older order, enter it into your ERP manually or write to destek@bulutegra.com for a retroactive transfer.
A Hepsiburada order wasn't transferred; the package is missing from the open packages listHepsiburadaERP
How it shows up
- The Hepsiburada order wasn't transferred to the ERP.
- This order doesn't appear in the transfer log at all.
- The Hepsiburada order was shipped but it's not in the ERP.
- Should we write this Hepsiburada order manually?
Why it happens
Some Hepsiburada packages are not returned in the open packages list but can be read individually by order number. Because the list scan can't see these packages, the order isn't picked up automatically.
How to fix it
- Write to destek@bulutegra.com with the order number; the order can be read individually and written to your ERP with the correct product.
- If you shipped the order manually in the meantime and also entered it in your ERP, cancel the extra copy in your ERP to avoid a duplicate.
Hepsiburada orders appear 1–3 days lateHepsiburada
How it shows up
- Hepsiburada order dates are wrong
- The Hepsiburada order was saved with the shipping deadline
- Hepsiburada orders shifted to the following week in the report
- Last week's Hepsiburada sales look incomplete
Why it happens
The order date field in Hepsiburada's package data carries the shipping deadline, not the actual order date. When orders are saved with this field, they are dated 1–3 days late and shift into the next period in reports.
How to fix it
- Note that Hepsiburada orders are now saved with the actual order date and past records have been repaired.
- Reopen your reports to check the updated figures.
429 error on bulk stock/price uploads to HepsiburadaHepsiburada
How it shows up
- We got 429 while sending prices to Hepsiburada.
- Hepsiburada rejects batches, it says too many requests.
- The bulk price update on Hepsiburada stopped halfway.
- Batches stay InProgress, is that normal?
Why it happens
Hepsiburada accepts only a limited number of bulk stock/price batches at the same time; batches above the limit get a 429 (too many requests) error.
How to fix it
- The system sends extra batches one by one with pauses in between; you don't need to do anything.
- Wait for batches showing InProgress; they complete by themselves after a while.
A Hepsiburada listing closed when stock ran out doesn't reopen when stock returnsHepsiburada
How it shows up
- Stock arrived on Hepsiburada but the listing is closed
- The Hepsiburada listing that closed when stock ran out hasn't reopened
- The product isn't on sale on Hepsiburada but there is stock
- A newly opened Hepsiburada listing was treated as having no barcode
Why it happens
Hepsiburada closes a listing when its stock drops to 0. In addition, some newly opened Hepsiburada listings may be treated as barcode-less until the link between stock code and barcode is refreshed.
How to fix it
- Note that listings closed only because 'stock ≤ 0' are reopened automatically by the sync once stock arrives.
- Listings you closed yourself, or that are locked or suspended, aren't reopened automatically; manage them in the Hepsiburada panel.
- The stock code–barcode link is refreshed regularly, so new listings are matched correctly shortly.
- For a product that still appears closed, type its product code to the assistant.
Products sent to Hepsiburada don't go live ('Product information missing', 'Rejected match')Hepsiburada
How it shows up
- Products I uploaded to Hepsiburada aren't live.
- Products on Hepsiburada are in 'Product information missing' status.
- The Hepsiburada import said SUCCESS but the product wasn't created.
- Different sizes are linked to the same Hepsiburada SKU.
Why it happens
On Hepsiburada, an import 'SUCCESS' only means the file was accepted. If required attributes (colour variant property, fabric, type, etc.) are missing, the product stays in 'Ürün Bilgileri Eksik' (product information missing) or 'Reddedilen Eşleşme' (rejected match). Stock updates only update existing listings; they don't create new ones. Some different sizes may be linked to the same SKU in Hepsiburada's catalogue.
How to fix it
- In the panel, fill in the Hepsiburada attributes (Kalıp/fit, Paça Tipi/leg type, Bel/waist, Cep Sayısı/pocket count, Kumaş Tipi/fabric type, etc.) in the Eşli olmayan (Unmapped) section of the Pazar yeri eşlemeleri (Marketplace mappings) screen.
- Once the attributes are complete, the system resends the products with them.
- For different sizes linked to the same Hepsiburada SKU, ask Hepsiburada for a catalogue correction.
A channel catalog is out of date and system health shows redePttAVMHepsiburadan11Pazarama
How it shows up
- The Hepsiburada catalog hasn't been updated for a while
- There's a catalog age warning
- I re-ran it manually but the red indicator didn't clear
- ePttAVM returned 503 and the catalog wasn't updated
Why it happens
Momentary connection errors on the marketplace side (e.g. an incomplete response, a dropped connection, a 503) can leave a channel's catalog un-updated for that round and turn System Health red.
How to fix it
- Note that temporary connection errors are retried automatically; in most cases no action is needed.
- The red alert may not clear immediately after a manual re-run; it clears on its own at the next scheduled round.
- Credential errors (401) are not retried; renew that channel's API credentials.
An order cancelled, delivered or shipped on the channel stays in its old status in the panelePttAVMHepsiburadan11
How it shows up
- An order cancelled on n11 still shows as open in the panel.
- The n11 order was delivered but its status didn't change in the panel.
- The Hepsiburada order was delivered but still shows as in transit in the panel.
- What do orders not updated for a long time mean?
Why it happens
The n11 order list doesn't return cancelled or delivered orders; their status is only refreshed by querying them one by one. On Hepsiburada and ePttAVM, some older orders don't appear in the channel lists either, so their status may update with a delay.
How to fix it
- The system queries orders missing from the list one by one and refreshes their status; wait for the next scan.
- If it's urgent, check the order's actual status in the channel's seller panel.
Listings on sale on the channel with no matching product in your source or ERP (unmatched listings)ePttAVMEtsyHepsiburadaidefixn11
How it shows up
- There are active listings on the channel with no matching product in our source.
- How do I link unmatched listings?
- Is there a listing whose order we couldn't write to the ERP if it sells?
- Bundle listings (3-packs, 5-packs) don't match.
Why it happens
For some channel listings, neither the barcode nor the stock code matches a product in your product source: listings left over from a previous integrator, bundle listings, stock codes with a double prefix, or listings with no name/barcode. Stock for these listings doesn't come from Bulutegra; if they are in stock and sell, the order can't be written to your ERP (overselling risk).
How to fix it
- In the panel, open the Pazar yeri eşlemeleri › İlan ↔ ürün (Marketplace mappings › Listing ↔ product) tab; unmatched and at-risk (active + in stock) listings are listed here.
- For each listing, use Seç (Select) to find and confirm the correct product; the confirmed match is used for stock and order transfer. Bundle listings can be matched to the right bundle product.
- For a listing that truly has no match, reset its stock or close it in the channel panel; writing to the live channel is done with your approval.
- Deal with in-stock unmatched listings first; otherwise you may get an order for a product you don't have.
A shipped Hepsiburada order never reached your ERPHepsiburadaERP
How it shows up
- The Hepsiburada order has shipped but wasn't transferred to the ERP
- The Hepsiburada order is stuck in 'skipped' status and isn't retried
- A Hepsiburada order without a product card wasn't transferred
- How do we transfer an old Hepsiburada order?
Why it happens
Hepsiburada's package list only returns open packages. If a shipped order was skipped earlier, it never appears in the list again and isn't transferred on its own.
How to fix it
- Send the number of the shipped and skipped Hepsiburada order to destek@bulutegra.com; the order can be transferred once.
- Orders without a product card must be processed manually in the ERP by your warehouse.
The order was written to the ERP but doesn't move to 'processing / packed' on the channelAmazonePttAVMHepsiburadaModanisaPazarama
How it shows up
- The order went to the ERP but didn't become 'preparing' on the marketplace.
- The Pazarama order still shows as a new order on the channel.
- On which channels are orders packed automatically?
- What does the 'Paketle' (Pack) setting do?
Why it happens
The 'Paketle' (Pack) setting means the system sets the processing/packed status on the channel after the order is written to the ERP, and it only works on channels that support it: Trendyol, Trendyol micro-export, Flo, İdefix, n11, Çiçeksepeti and Temu. Pazarama, ePttAVM, Modanisa and Amazon have no service for changing order status; on Hepsiburada this feature is currently off.
How to fix it
- Check whether your channel is in the list above.
- On channels not in the list, the system writes the order to your ERP but can't perform the 'start processing' step on the channel; process the order manually in the channel's seller panel.
Many 'order mismatch / order difference' alertsePttAVMHepsiburadaERPPazarama
How it shows up
- We suddenly received many order mismatch notifications.
- A delivered order has a difference alert.
- Are the orders with differences real?
- Order quantities appear doubled in the ERP.
Why it happens
Some alerts can be calculation artefacts: orders closed or with return requests on the channel, changes in the structure of the ERP report, or a different carrier can produce false differences. These sources have been fixed; for cancelled, returned and delivered orders, only the duplicate order risk is now checked.
How to fix it
- Check the order in the alert in your ERP; if there is a real difference, such as the same order created twice, the alert remains.
- For a real difference, cancel the extra record in your ERP.
- Close an alert you have reviewed and found to be fine with Çözüldü (Resolved).
The 'content pending' alert doesn't clear, or content doesn't reach the channelÇiçeksepetieBayePttAVMEtsyFloModanisan11OzonWalmart
How it shows up
- The content pending alert is stuck at the same number
- A product's description change never reached n11
- Which products are waiting for content?
- There's no send-content button for Etsy and ePttAVM
Why it happens
Each channel has different options for updating content. There is no way to send content from the panel to Flo, Etsy, ePttAVM or channels managed by another integration; n11 accepts text only.
How to fix it
- Use the [Kanal]'e gönder (Send to [channel]) button on each row of the content window on the Ürünler (Products) page.
- Alternatively, type 'içeriği çöz' (resolve content) to the assistant.
- Note that only text (title and description) goes to n11; images aren't accepted.
- You can't update Flo, Etsy or ePttAVM content from here; content for Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Pazarama and İdefix is managed by their own integrations.
Sending stock, price or images for a single product with the assistantÇiçeksepetieBayePttAVMEtsyFloModanisan11OzonWalmart
How it shows up
- Send the stock and price update for this product on n11.
- Only send stock, don't touch the price.
- The assistant says it can't send images, why?
- When I say force send, it says I don't have permission.
Why it happens
The assistant's product operations follow the same rules as syncing: it doesn't write to channels where stock writing is off; some channels' services don't support image updates (n11, Çiçeksepeti, Flo, ePttAVM, Etsy); the price brake holds only the price, and stock is still sent.
How to fix it
- In your sentence, name the channel, the product (product code, root code, 'X markasının' (of brand X) or 'Y kategorisinin' (of category Y)) and the operation (stock, price or image).
- The price brake holds only the price; stock is sent. Overriding the brake ('zorla', force) is available only to the account owner.
- On channels where writing is off, and on channels that don't support image updates, the assistant explains why the operation can't be done.
- Bulk open/close requests ask for your approval.
Products without a barcode aren't put on sale and their stock is sent as 0Çiçeksepetiikasn11
How it shows up
- Some products have stock but show 0 on the channel
- A 'barkod bekliyor' (awaiting barcode) badge appears in the listing queue
- I entered a barcode; when will the product open?
- The price gets updated but the product can't be sold; why?
Why it happens
A product with no barcode is never put on sale; the stock sent to channels for variants with an empty barcode field is set to 0. A filled-in field is enough to count as a barcode; values starting with 'XML' that come from an XML feed also count.
How to fix it
- Note that products without a barcode are not deleted or closed on the channel; only their stock is kept at 0, so reviews and ratings are preserved.
- Enter a barcode for the variant in your product source.
- After the barcode is entered, the product goes on sale automatically at the next sync.
I changed an image, title or description in ikas but it didn't reach the marketplaceÇiçeksepetieBayEtsyikasn11OzonWalmart
How it shows up
- I changed the product photo in ikas but the old one is still on the marketplace.
- I changed the product description and it didn't go to the channel.
- Products are piling up in the 'content pending' tab.
- We changed our product images; when will they show on marketplaces?
Why it happens
Live listing content isn't changed automatically; content changes made in ikas go to the 'İçerik bekleyen' (Content pending) list and must be sent per channel. Some channels have no content update route: n11 images can't be updated through the integration, and Çiçeksepeti and Etsy have no bulk route.
How to fix it
- In the panel, open Ürünler › İçerik bekleyen (Products › Content pending).
- Select the changed products and send them to the relevant channel; Toplu içerik (Bulk content) is used for Walmart, eBay and Ozon.
- On n11, change images manually in the n11 seller panel.
- For Çiçeksepeti and Etsy, make content changes in the channel's seller panel.
n11 'Rejected from catalogue' listings can't be sold and their stock can't be updatedn11
How it shows up
- Many listings on n11 were rejected from the catalogue.
- I can't update a rejected n11 listing.
- n11 returns 'seller stock code already in use by you'.
- What does InApproval mean on n11, why didn't stock go through?
Why it happens
n11's catalogue system rejects listings for reasons such as wrong category, insufficient product information, ads or watermarks on images, or unclear size/colour. A rejected listing can't be updated through the integration, editing is disabled in the n11 panel, and recreating it with the same stock code returns 'already in use'. Stock can't be written to listings awaiting approval (InApproval) either. The reason for suspended listings is not passed to the integration.
How to fix it
- See the rejection reason in the n11 seller panel under the Katalogdan Reddedilen (Rejected from catalogue) tab.
- These listings can only be fixed by deleting and recreating them with the right category, complete attributes and suitable images; to have this done in bulk, write to destek@bulutegra.com and it is carried out with your approval.
- For a few individual products, resubmit the listing for approval in the n11 panel or reset its stock manually.
- Ask n11 about the reason for suspended listings.
- Listings awaiting approval go on sale once approved.
n11 export list blocked with 'Stock quantity must be at least 10'n11
How it shows up
- The n11 export product list says stock must be at least 10
- My products won't open for export on n11
- How do I open a product with stock of 5 for n11 export?
- What is n11 maxPurchaseQuantity?
Why it happens
n11 requires a listing's stock to be at least 10 for it to be opened for export. If the real stock is below 10, the listing can't enter export.
How to fix it
- Note that the system uses a purchase limit (maxPurchaseQuantity) when opening these listings for export; a listing whose limit hasn't been written yet is opened at the next sync.
- Keep the risk in mind: a second order arriving shortly after the last unit is sold may be cancelled.
- Widening the scope (e.g. products with 1–2 units of stock or supplier products) is an account-level decision; write to destek@bulutegra.com for this.
Colour and size appear twice in the n11 listing titlen11
How it shows up
- The size appears twice in the n11 title.
- The colour is repeated in the n11 listing name.
- Does n11 add colour and size to the end of the title by itself?
- How do I change the n11 listing name?
Why it happens
n11 adds the colour and size to the end of the title itself; if the title already contains them, they are repeated. n11 doesn't update the title of an existing listing through the integration.
How to fix it
- Only the brand and product name are sent to n11; n11 adds the colour and size itself.
- Fix a listing created with a faulty title in the n11 seller panel, or recreate the listing.
n11 listing rejection: 'Check that you entered the Brand and Category id values correctly'n11
How it shows up
- n11 says 'check the Brand and Category id values'.
- I sent the right category but n11 chose a different one.
- Does n11 decide the category based on the title?
- n11 says 'product name under 15 characters'.
Why it happens
n11 can match a product to its own catalogue based on the title and change the category (e.g. 'Bisiklet' (cycling/crew) in the title can pull the product into Cycling Wear, 'Uzun' (long) into Plus-size Leggings). Even if the category you sent is correct, a brand/category mismatch error is then returned. Other rejection reasons: product name shorter than 15 characters, invalid images, a category that doesn't fit the product type.
How to fix it
- Remove words from the product title that make n11 pick the wrong category (e.g. 'Bisiklet', 'Uzun').
- Make sure the product name is at least 15 characters.
- Resend the product; the listing is usually created.
- The result of a bulk listing is final once the n11 task completes; wait a few minutes before reading the result.
An n11 micro-export order is waiting for an invoice and can't be shippedn11ERP
How it shows up
- The n11 micro-export order is waiting for an invoice.
- How do I upload an n11 e-export invoice?
- n11 says the invoice number format is wrong.
- Must the invoice be sent before shipping?
Why it happens
For n11 micro-export orders, the e-export invoice number, date and https link must be uploaded to n11 before shipping. When the invoice details can't be picked up automatically, they must be entered manually in the panel.
How to fix it
- Open the Siparişler › İhracat (Orders › Export) page.
- In the Fatura gönder (Send invoice) form on the relevant row, enter the invoice number (in a format such as ABC2026000000001), the invoice date and the invoice link, or upload the PDF.
- Ship the order after the invoice has been sent; sending the invoice before shipping is mandatory.
How to print a shipping label for an n11 or Çiçeksepeti orderÇiçeksepetin11
How it shows up
- Where do I print the n11 shipping label?
- No label comes out for the n11 order.
- The Label button on the Orders page only appears for some channels.
- The warehouse can't see the n11 label.
Why it happens
n11's service doesn't provide a shipping label PDF; once the order is confirmed it only generates the tracking barcode. That's why the label is generated in the panel from this barcode and is only available for n11 and Çiçeksepeti orders.
How to fix it
- On the Siparişler (Orders) page, press the Etiket (Label) button on the n11 or Çiçeksepeti order row.
- Print the 100×150 mm label that opens; warehouse users can see this button too.
- The label is created after the order is confirmed; if the button doesn't appear, wait for the order to be confirmed.
n11 barcode or image updates return 'success' but nothing changesn11
How it shows up
- We sent barcodes to n11, it said SUCCESS but they're still empty.
- I sent a new photo to n11 but the listing still shows the old one.
- We get 'processor not implemented yet' on n11 barcode updates.
- Product images on n11 are outdated.
Why it happens
n11's product update service silently ignores the barcode and image fields: the task returns 'SUCCESS' but the live listing doesn't change. n11's barcode update service is not working yet on their side. This is an n11 limitation.
How to fix it
- Note that title and description changes can be sent to n11, but barcode and image changes cannot be made through the integration.
- Update images manually in the n11 seller panel.
- Enter barcodes with bulk editing in the n11 seller panel, or ask your n11 account manager to enable the barcode update service.
Price doesn't change on n11: the product is in a campaign ('no permission to update price')n11
How it shows up
- Why isn't the n11 price changing?
- n11 says there's no permission to update the price
- The n11 price isn't written but it says success
- The n11 price history keeps going back and forth
Why it happens
n11 doesn't allow price updates on listings in a campaign; even if the call returns success, the reason field says the price couldn't be updated due to lack of permission.
How to fix it
- Note that the system places a temporary automatic price lock on these listings and only sends stock while the lock is active.
- When the lock expires, the price is retried; if the campaign has ended, the new price is written.
- If you want to leave the campaign, do so from the n11 seller panel.
The category of an existing n11 listing doesn't change through the integrationn11
How it shows up
- We can't fix a listing in the wrong category on n11.
- The n11 category change task was accepted but the category is the same.
- If we delete and recreate the n11 listing, will reviews be lost?
- Does the category error come from the product source or the channel?
Why it happens
n11 doesn't change the category of an existing listing through the integration; even if the update task is accepted, the category stays the same. Also, some listings that appear to be in the 'wrong category' are caused by a category error in the product source or are listings already rejected from the catalogue.
How to fix it
- First make sure the product's category in your product source (ikas) is correct.
- For the existing listing, choose one option: fix the category manually in the n11 seller panel, delete and recreate the listing (review and rating history is lost), or leave it as it is.
- New listings are created with the correct category.
Older n11 listings on sale don't match your products and their stock isn't updatedikasn11
How it shows up
- There are n11 listings on sale and in stock with no match in the system
- Stock on older n11 listings never updates
- The barcode is empty on the n11 listing, so it can't be matched
- How are bundle listings matched on n11?
Why it happens
Older n11 listings may have an empty barcode field and old numeric stock codes, so neither SKU nor barcode matches. The stock of an unmatched listing isn't updated, which creates an overselling risk.
How to fix it
- Note that the system matches unmatched n11 listings to your products using n11's main product code (productMainId) and the size/colour in the title.
- Bundle listings are linked one-to-one to the bundle products in your product source.
- Listings with no match are closed by setting their stock to 0, without being deleted.
- Once a match is established, these listings are reopened.
The product's brand shows as 'Diğer' (Other) on n11n11
How it shows up
- The brand of my products on n11 shows as Other.
- Our brand isn't in the n11 brand list.
- The same brand exists in one category but not another.
- How do I get the brand corrected on n11?
Why it happens
n11 keeps its brand list per category; the same brand has a separate ID in each category. If a brand isn't registered in a category, n11 shows 'Diğer' (Other) even if it is sent as a custom value. Brand and title can't be changed through the integration after the first upload.
How to fix it
- Prepare an Excel list with the n11 product codes and the correct brand.
- Using this list, ask the n11 catalogue team to register the brand × category and correct the listings.
- Check again a few days after the correction; resend any that weren't fixed.
- For new products, the brand is sent correctly if it is registered in the relevant category.
Missing sizes can't be added on n11, or a new size opens as a separate product pagen11
How it shows up
- I can't add the missing size on n11.
- The new size was created as a separate product on n11.
- n11 returns 'a product with the same attribute values exists'.
- n11 says 'seller stock code already in use by you'.
Why it happens
On n11, a new product can't be created on an existing stock code; a new size can only be created with a new stock code and may create a separate product page from the existing listing. n11 treats the same size with a different colour code as one product and doesn't create the second. A description is mandatory; if the sibling listing was rejected, brand and colour information may be missing; when different colour codes under the same root resolve to the same colour, a 'same attributes' conflict occurs.
How to fix it
- You can send missing sizes in bulk from the panel; if the sibling listing is on sale, decide knowing that the new size will open a separate page on n11.
- Make sure the product description is filled in.
- For products with a brand error, the brand must be registered in the relevant n11 category.
- In a colour conflict, only the variant with the highest stock is sent; if the same size is already listed with another colour code, the second can't be created under n11's rules.
A new listing rejected by n11 isn't resentn11
How it shows up
- Why aren't listings rejected by n11 sent again?
- n11 says to check the brand and category id values
- n11 says the catalog id already exists in your product list
- n11 says it isn't compatible with the product group information
Why it happens
n11 rejects some new listings for a permanent reason (brand/category, same catalog id as another listing, product group mismatch). Sending the same product over and over gets the same answer and clogs the queue, so a rejected item is remembered for a while.
How to fix it
- Note that an item rejected recently isn't resent for a while and is retried automatically once that period ends.
- Fix the rejection reason in the n11 seller panel (brand-category registration, catalog correction request); the product opens on the next attempt.
- To see which products were rejected, type 'n11 reddedilen ilanlar' (n11 rejected listings) to the assistant.
Too many or repeated notificationsÇiçeksepetiikasn11Walmart
How it shows up
- The same alert keeps coming.
- The problem is solved but the notification is still open.
- The unread notification count keeps growing.
- I get unnecessary notifications on my phone.
Why it happens
Repeated summary notifications and notifications for conditions that resolve themselves can pile up. The system keeps only the newest copy of a repeated summary open, and closes the related notification itself once an order difference is cleared or a channel fetch recovers.
How to fix it
- To close notifications in bulk, use Tümünü okundu say (Mark all as read) on the Bildirimler (Notifications) page.
- Choose which notification types you receive and your phone notification preferences in the settings on the Bildirimler page. By default order mismatch, transfer problem, channel error, return and daily summary are on; job completed and moderation are off.
- Close an alert you have reviewed with Çözüldü (Resolved); it won't come back with the same values.
A product can't be created: the brand isn't defined on the marketplace or can't be foundÇiçeksepetiidefixModanisan11Pazarama
How it shows up
- I get a brand not found error.
- Our brand isn't in the marketplace's brand list.
- How do I apply for a brand?
- Will it show up if I spell the brand differently?
Why it happens
If the product's brand isn't registered in the marketplace's brand list, or is registered under a different spelling, the brand doesn't match and the product can't be created; the marketplace returns an error such as 'Brand and Category id'. On some channels the relevant category may not exist at all.
How to fix it
- Check whether the brand is registered on the marketplace under a different spelling; if so, select and confirm the correct brand on the Pazar yeri eşlemeleri (Marketplace mappings) screen in the panel.
- If the brand doesn't exist on the marketplace, apply for it in the channel's seller panel (a trademark certificate may be required).
- Once the brand is defined, map it on the Pazar yeri eşlemeleri screen; the products are sent automatically.
A marketplace can't download product images or rejects them with 'image could not be uploaded'ÇiçeksepetiFloModanisaTakealot
How it shows up
- Çiçeksepeti rejects images, it says image could not be uploaded.
- Modanisa won't take the product images.
- The image link opens in the browser but the marketplace can't download it.
- Trendyol won't accept the image link, it says webp.
Why it happens
An image URL opening in your browser doesn't mean the marketplace can download it: the ikas image server can return 403 to some direct requests, and sometimes returns webp data at a .jpg address; some channels, such as Trendyol, don't accept webp. For this reason images are sent to marketplaces through the panel, converted to JPEG.
How to fix it
- Image addresses have been updated to be served as JPEG through the panel; no extra action is needed for this.
- Resend products previously rejected for image errors to the relevant marketplace (using bulk content / image sending).
- Marketplace moderation may take a few days to complete.
Çiçeksepeti returns 'Limit aşımı… Kalan Süre' (400), or an update shows up lateÇiçeksepeti
How it shows up
- Çiçeksepeti returns a 'limit exceeded, remaining time' error.
- I sent stock, it said successful, but the product query still shows the old value.
- We get a 400 error while fetching Çiçeksepeti orders.
- Should I retry the update on Çiçeksepeti?
Why it happens
Çiçeksepeti accepts the same request only once within a certain period; an early repeat returns 'Limit aşımı… Kalan Süre' (limit exceeded, remaining time, HTTP 400). Rapid repeated attempts also trigger its rate limit. In addition, Çiçeksepeti's product query can return the old value for a while after an update.
How to fix it
- If the batch said 'successful', the update has been sent; it may take a little while to show on Çiçeksepeti.
- Don't resend the same update right away; wait until the remaining time stated in the error has passed.
- For a 'global.concurrency.error', a single retry is usually enough.
Çiçeksepeti says 'there is an existing request': the code is locked in a hidden product requestÇiçeksepeti
How it shows up
- Çiçeksepeti says there is already an existing request
- Çiçeksepeti won't open the product, saying the code is in use
- Where do I delete a product request on Çiçeksepeti?
- What is a BLT code?
Why it happens
Çiçeksepeti can hold a stock code in a record the API doesn't show (a product request awaiting approval) and won't allow a new listing with the same code. Because these records don't appear in the product list, the system only detects them from Çiçeksepeti's rejection responses.
How to fix it
- Open the 'Ürün İstekleri' (Product requests) section in the Çiçeksepeti seller panel and approve or delete requests with that code.
- Once the request is cleared, the product is sent with its own code.
- If you don't want to wait, note that the product is listed with an alias code (BLT- + product code); the alias is linked to the same product for stock and orders.
A Çiçeksepeti listing batch shows 'Processing' for daysÇiçeksepeti
How it shows up
- The listing batch we sent to Çiçeksepeti has been processing for days
- The Çiçeksepeti bulk upload result never arrives
- The batch hasn't finished in two days; should we send it again?
- I can't tell whether the new listings are live on Çiçeksepeti
Why it happens
On Çiçeksepeti a batch can stay in 'Processing' for days, but the listings are usually live during that time.
How to fix it
- Even if the batch shows 'Processing', check whether the listing is live on Çiçeksepeti; it usually is.
- Note that batches pending for a long time are compared with the Çiçeksepeti catalog by the system and closed automatically.
- Don't resend the batch; it isn't necessary.
A Çiçeksepeti listing batch is rejected as a whole or gets stuckÇiçeksepeti
How it shows up
- All the products I sent to Çiçeksepeti were rejected
- Çiçeksepeti returns 'product.variant.barcode.duplicate'
- Çiçeksepeti says there is already an existing request
- Did the whole batch fail because of one product?
Why it happens
Çiçeksepeti rejects the entire batch if a single barcode in it already exists on Çiçeksepeti or appears twice in the batch. Resending while an open listing request exists for the same SKU returns an 'existing request' error. Some batches may stay unresolved on Çiçeksepeti's side for a long time.
How to fix it
- Note that the system removes products whose barcode already exists on Çiçeksepeti or appears twice in the batch, and sends the rest.
- Don't resend a product that has an open listing request; wait for Çiçeksepeti to resolve it.
- If a batch stays unresolved for a very long time, contact Çiçeksepeti support with the batch number.
No shipping code for a Çiçeksepeti order, or the order was cancelled on its ownÇiçeksepetiERP
How it shows up
- We never received a Çiçeksepeti shipping code
- The Çiçeksepeti order cancelled itself
- The Çiçeksepeti order sat in 'Yeni Sipariş' (New Order) for days
- The Çiçeksepeti label can't be printed
Why it happens
Çiçeksepeti only generates a shipping code once the order is set to 'ready for shipping'; if this step is skipped, no code is created. Çiçeksepeti automatically cancels orders that are not processed within 6 days.
How to fix it
- Note that the system sets Çiçeksepeti orders to ready for shipping on its own and retrieves the shipping code automatically.
- The gift card message is printed together with the label; you don't need to print it separately.
- If you see a Çiçeksepeti order waiting in 'Yeni Sipariş' (New Order) for days, check it right away; Çiçeksepeti cancels orders not processed within 6 days.
Çiçeksepeti orders show an amount difference against the ERPÇiçeksepetiERP
How it shows up
- The ERP amount for a Çiçeksepeti order is different.
- The panel shows a difference equal to the shipping fee for Çiçeksepeti.
- An order was split into several packages and each package seems compared with the whole order.
- Why is the invoice amount in the ERP different from the channel amount?
Why it happens
Çiçeksepeti adds the shipping fee and the discount it funds itself to the product amount on the invoice; this gross amount is written to your ERP. Also, on Çiçeksepeti one document corresponds to one package, while in the ERP the order is a single record; split orders must be compared by adding up the packages.
How to fix it
- The comparison is made on the gross amount (product + shipping + discount funded by Çiçeksepeti) and per order, adding up the packages; these differences are not real.
- If the panel still shows a difference, check whether the data is fresh; rows left from older records correct themselves with a new fetch.
- If the difference remains after the next fetch, write to destek@bulutegra.com with the order number.
Can't add a size to an existing Çiçeksepeti product, or the listing is rejectedÇiçeksepeti
How it shows up
- Çiçeksepeti says the same supplier code can't be used on more than one product for a seller
- I can't add a new size to an existing product on Çiçeksepeti
- Çiçeksepeti returns a 'Variant not found' error
- Çiçeksepeti rejected my price reduction
Why it happens
Çiçeksepeti blocks adding a size to an existing product afterwards with its 'same supplier code can't be used on more than one product' rule; for a variant it can't update, it may return 'Variant not found' and drop the whole batch. Other rejection reasons: image size or count (1–5 images), a barcode already assigned to another product, the category floor price and banned words. Price updates that cut the price by 50% or more are also rejected.
How to fix it
- Add the missing size to the existing Çiçeksepeti product from the Çiçeksepeti seller panel, or relist the product with all its sizes.
- Use 1–5 images per product and keep them at the size Çiçeksepeti requires.
- If the barcode is assigned to another product, correct the barcode.
- Apply large price cuts (50% or more) gradually rather than in one step.
Çiçeksepeti products awaiting approval look missing, or 'variant already exists' errors appearÇiçeksepeti
How it shows up
- Çiçeksepeti rejected the whole batch with 'variant already exists'.
- Çiçeksepeti products awaiting approval show in the missing list.
- Çiçeksepeti products were uploaded but aren't in the export.
- What happens to a Çiçeksepeti batch stuck in Pending?
Why it happens
Çiçeksepeti's product list only returns approved products; products awaiting approval don't appear and can look missing. When they are sent again, Çiçeksepeti returns 'variant already exists'.
How to fix it
- Wait for Çiçeksepeti to approve the products under review; they appear in the list once approved.
- The system no longer resends products awaiting approval; no action is needed.
- Batches that stay 'Pending' for a long time close by themselves.
A Çiçeksepeti product stays passive after stock arrives and doesn't go on saleÇiçeksepeti
How it shows up
- Stock arrived but the product is still passive on Çiçeksepeti
- Çiçeksepeti says all variants have been closed for sale
- I updated stock on Çiçeksepeti but the product didn't go on sale
- Çiçeksepeti closed the product on its own and didn't reopen it
Why it happens
Çiçeksepeti sets a product to passive when its stock hits zero ('Bütün varyantlar satışa kapatıldı' — all variants closed for sale); when stock returns, a stock update alone doesn't reopen it.
How to fix it
- Note that the system regularly puts passive Çiçeksepeti listings back on sale once stock arrives in the warehouse or at the supplier; the content isn't changed.
- For a product that doesn't reopen shortly, type its product code to the assistant to see its channel status.
New listing uploads to Çiçeksepeti stop or don't progressÇiçeksepetiikas
How it shows up
- New products aren't going to Çiçeksepeti.
- Çiçeksepeti rejects listings with 'image size not suitable'.
- Did sending stop because of the Çiçeksepeti 'already exists' error?
- Product uploads to Çiçeksepeti are stuck, what should I do?
Why it happens
Çiçeksepeti requires square images, while images in ikas are usually portrait. Çiçeksepeti also returns 'already exists' for products created earlier. The system automatically converts images to squares on a white background, and 'already exists' responses don't stop sending.
How to fix it
- Squaring images and refreshing the product export are done automatically; no action is needed for these.
- If a specific product is rejected, check the rejection reason.
- Depending on the reason, fix the product's content or image in ikas; the product is retried on the next send.
An İdefix, Çiçeksepeti or Flo order is in your ERP but the panel shows it as missing (different order number)ÇiçeksepetiFloidefixERP
How it shows up
- The İdefix order is in the ERP but the panel says not transferred.
- Why doesn't the channel's order number match the ERP document number?
- I can't find an order number starting with IDE in the ERP.
- Will an order already written to the ERP be written again and duplicated?
Why it happens
On some channels, the channel's order number and the document number written to your ERP are not the same. On İdefix, the channel's short numeric order ID is written to the ERP, while the panel shows the order number starting with IDE; on Çiçeksepeti the package ID and the order ID differ; Flo has a similar difference.
How to fix it
- The order has most likely already been written to your ERP; don't create a second order manually.
- In your ERP, search with the channel's short numeric order number for İdefix, and with the order number for Çiçeksepeti.
- The system checks the order by both numbers and doesn't write duplicates.
An order can't be written to your ERP and the system keeps retrying it (product doesn't match)ePttAVMikasERP
How it shows up
- The order doesn't go into the ERP and keeps failing.
- There's a 'barcode could not be resolved' error.
- An order came from an inactive listing and isn't transferred.
- I get the 'Madde Kodu Boş Olamaz' (item code can't be empty) error.
Why it happens
If an order line can't be matched to a product or barcode in your product source, the system doesn't invent a barcode, so that the wrong item isn't shipped, and the order fails. Common causes: an inactive listing, a product code that doesn't exist in the product source, or a listing that isn't in the catalogue.
How to fix it
- Check that the product exists in your product source (ikas) with the correct code and that the channel listing is active.
- Once the match is fixed, the system writes the order by itself shortly.
- If you don't want to wait, retry with the tekrar aktar (retry transfer) button on the failed row on the Sipariş Aktarımı (Order transfer) page. The button only appears on rows where the ERP order number is empty; if the number is filled in, it is hidden to avoid a duplicate order.
- If no match can be made, enter the order in your ERP manually.
The stock brake kicked in: 'the product's stock would have been fully reset' alert, resets weren't sentePttAVM
How it shows up
- I got a notification saying stock would have been fully reset.
- The stock brake kicked in and stock wasn't sent.
- Price and stock increases went through but the resets didn't.
- I want to close products in bulk on purpose but the system blocks it.
Why it happens
The stock brake works per product code: if, in one round, the number of products whose variants all drop to 0 exceeds the threshold (200 by default), the resets are held, price and stock increases are sent, and a single alert is raised. This prevents many listings from closing at once because of a faulty data source.
How to fix it
- When you see the alert, first check whether there is a bulk problem in your product source or warehouse stock.
- If the problem is in the data source, the system continues normally once the data is fixed.
- If the reset really is intended (e.g. closing products in bulk on purpose), write to destek@bulutegra.com to have the brake opened temporarily.
An ePttAVM order can't be marked 'preparing / packed' from the panelePttAVM
How it shows up
- I can't set a PTT order to preparing.
- There's no pack option for ePttAVM.
- Can I change the status of a PTT order from the system?
- Is ePttAVM order confirmation done from the panel?
Why it happens
ePttAVM's service only allows reading order and shipping information; it doesn't offer any operation that changes order status. So 'preparing / packed' can't be set from the system.
How to fix it
- Mark ePttAVM orders as 'preparing / packed' in the ePttAVM seller panel.
- The order is transferred to your ERP as usual; no extra action is needed.
ePttAVM orders don't appear or don't reach your ERPePttAVMERP
How it shows up
- ePttAVM orders never show up in the panel
- The ERP rejects the ePttAVM order with 'Tanımlanmamış Barkod!' (undefined barcode)
- The shipping barcode on the ePttAVM order is empty
- The 'packed' status isn't sent to ePttAVM
Why it happens
ePttAVM only provides the shipping barcode after the order has shipped, and the product identifier on the order line is ePttAVM's own code. The product therefore has to be matched by colour and size.
How to fix it
- Note that ePttAVM orders are transferred to your ERP regularly and the product is matched by colour and size.
- If the colour can't be resolved, a visible error is raised so the order doesn't go out with the wrong product; follow up on this error and check the order.
- You get a notification if fetching orders fails.
- Note that the 'packed' flag on ePttAVM is not sent by the system; set it in the ePttAVM panel if needed.
An ePttAVM stock or price update looks successful but isn't appliedePttAVM
How it shows up
- The same stock difference shows up for ePttAVM every round
- ePttAVM says the same request can only be sent again after 5 minutes
- ePttAVM says 'Success: true' but the stock doesn't change
- ePttAVM says one of the prices with or without VAT must be greater than 1
Why it happens
ePttAVM does not accept bulk stock and price updates at short intervals; requests sent back to back are rejected. A 'Success: true' response doesn't mean the update was applied; the result must be tracked separately for each product. A listing priced below 1 causes the whole update to be cancelled. On listings with variants, the product-level quantity may not change.
How to fix it
- Note that the system sends ePttAVM updates with a single call per round in line with the channel's waiting rule, and records only the items that were actually applied.
- Listings that are out of stock but still on sale on ePttAVM are closed temporarily and reopened automatically once stock arrives.
- Check that no product in your product source has a price below 1.
- Stock increases may not be fully written on older multi-colour listings; check the stock of these listings in the ePttAVM panel.
ePttAVM stock is wrongly reset to zero, or new listings are left out of the syncePttAVM
How it shows up
- Listings we opened on ePttAVM are missing from the stock sync
- All colours and sizes are in one ePttAVM listing and the stock is calculated wrongly
- ePttAVM stock differs from our product source
- The price including VAT shows as 0 on ePttAVM
Why it happens
On ePttAVM a single listing carries all colours and sizes of a product; if stock isn't compared at variant level, an in-stock product can be mistaken as about to be zeroed. ePttAVM matching is done by ePttAVM's product address (slug), not by stock code or barcode.
How to fix it
- Note that the ePttAVM stock sync also covers newly opened listings; no action is needed.
- Sizes are verified against the product's variant list.
- The sale price is calculated as price excluding VAT × (1 + VAT); a price including VAT of 0 in ePttAVM's barcode check response is not a fault.
ePttAVM listings in stock with no match in the system (orphan listings)ePttAVMikas
How it shows up
- There's a critical alert: on sale on the channel, but our stock is 0
- Stock on some ePttAVM listings never updates
- ePttAVM has a copy of the same colour with '-2' added; which one gets the stock?
- There's a listing on ePttAVM that isn't our product
Why it happens
Some ePttAVM listings don't match any product in your product source. If an unmatched listing with stock is sold, the order can't be shipped.
How to fix it
- Note that the system matches orphan ePttAVM listings to your products by name and code.
- Listings in stock with no match have their stock set to 0 at every sync.
- If the '-2' copy of the same colour has no stock, the sibling listing with stock is used.
- Decide manually what to do with listings for products that aren't yours.
On ePttAVM an in-stock product stays passive, a closed listing doesn't close, or updates are delayedePttAVM
How it shows up
- There's stock on ePttAVM but the listing is passive
- We closed the listing on ePttAVM but it's still on sale
- ePttAVM says the same request can only be sent again after 5 minutes
- ePttAVM stock updates are delayed
Why it happens
ePttAVM doesn't accept stock and price updates at short intervals. Some closed listings may still appear open in the catalog, and in-stock products that only have a passive listing left don't reopen on their own.
How to fix it
- Note that an in-stock product (same product and colour) whose only listing is passive is reopened automatically by the sync; it isn't reopened if there's an active listing in the same colour.
- Listings for which a close request was sent recently are moved to the end of the queue.
- Each round sends a single call and remaining updates carry over to later rounds; waiting a few rounds is enough.
Stock reset to zero on ePttAVM comes back on its ownePttAVM
How it shows up
- Stock we set to 0 on ePttAVM went back up shortly afterwards
- Stock on ePttAVM changes without us sending anything
- Is another system writing ePttAVM stock?
- Could the old integrator still be sending stock to ePttAVM?
Why it happens
If stock on ePttAVM is written back while Bulutegra isn't sending anything, another source (e.g. an old integrator or an XML connection) is writing it.
How to fix it
- Note that listings whose stock is written back by an external source and whose target stock is 0 are set to passive by the system; a passive listing isn't sold even if a quantity is shown.
- For a permanent fix, turn off the old integrator's or XML connection's updates to ePttAVM from the ePttAVM panel.
An İdefix order doesn't reach the ERP and waits with 'no cargo barcode yet'idefixERP
How it shows up
- Why wasn't the İdefix order transferred?
- İdefix orders reach the warehouse late.
- The İdefix tracking number is empty and the order is waiting.
- Do I need to enter the İdefix order into the ERP manually?
Why it happens
On İdefix, the tracking number is only created after the carrier scans the parcel. When the order is ready, however, İdefix provides a cargo key; the system uses this key as the cargo barcode.
How to fix it
- Don't enter the order manually; when the order is ready, the system uses the cargo key as the cargo barcode and writes the order to your ERP.
- A 'kargo anahtari' (cargo key) note appears in the order description in the ERP; this is normal.
- Any previously waiting order is written automatically in the next transfer round.
A product that exists on İdefix shows as 'not listed' (trailing space in barcode)idefixikas
How it shows up
- The product is on İdefix but the system says it isn't listed
- It didn't match İdefix even though the barcode is the same
- The İdefix missing list includes products that are already selling
- There seems to be a space at the end of the barcode
Why it happens
A barcode in the product source may have a trailing space, which breaks matching with İdefix. On İdefix the stock code is the barcode itself, so matching is done by barcode.
How to fix it
- Note that trailing spaces in barcodes are cleaned up automatically by the system; no action is needed.
- If a product still looks missing, it may be waiting for catalog matching on İdefix's side; check again a little later.
An İdefix product is awaiting match approval or stuck in the 'missing info' poolidefix
How it shows up
- There are products awaiting approval on İdefix
- There are listings in the İdefix missing info pool
- The İdefix product matched but didn't go live
- İdefix rejected it because the brand is different
Why it happens
İdefix matches sent products against its own catalog and leaves the match for seller approval. Records in the 'missing info' pool can't be updated through the API.
How to fix it
- Note that the system approves matches regularly using strict criteria: identical barcode, same brand, no conflict in person count/size/quantity, and more than 3 units of stock at the supplier.
- Matches that don't meet the criteria are rejected with a reason; check the rejection reason.
- Complete products in the 'missing info' pool from the İdefix seller panel or through your İdefix representative.
İdefix: 'order could not be prepared' alert (no cargo barcode yet)idefix
How it shows up
- İdefix orders say they couldn't be prepared.
- The İdefix order is in 'awaiting cargo' status.
- No shipping label comes out for the İdefix order.
- What does awaiting cargo mean?
Why it happens
İdefix provides the cargo barcode some time after the order is created; until it arrives, the order can't be prepared. This isn't an error, it's a normal wait.
How to fix it
- Wait for the cargo barcode; once it arrives, the system processes the order by itself.
- If the order stays in 'awaiting cargo' for a long time, check it in the İdefix seller panel.
The Pazarama connection returns 403 'error 1010' (IP restriction) or 429Pazarama
How it shows up
- The Pazarama API returns 403 error 1010.
- A Pazarama token can't be obtained.
- Is there an IP restriction on Pazarama?
- Pazarama returns 429 Too Many Requests.
Why it happens
Pazarama restricts API access by IP address; requests from a server that isn't allowed get 403 / error 1010. Pazarama also limits the number of requests in a short time window; requests over the limit get 429.
How to fix it
- Ask Pazarama to whitelist Bulutegra's server IP address for API access; you can get the IP address from destek@bulutegra.com.
- Once the IP is added, the connection works by itself.
- One-off empty responses are temporary.
Pazarama stock/price updates return 404 or say 'queued' but aren't appliedPazarama
How it shows up
- Stock isn't reaching Pazarama.
- Pazarama said success true but the stock didn't change.
- Error: 'discounted price, list price and stock cannot be the same as their previous values'.
- Pazarama stock isn't updating.
Why it happens
On Pazarama, a 'queued' response doesn't mean the value was written; the result is read separately per batch. Sending the same value again triggers the 'cannot be the same as previous values' warning. Pazarama limits the number of items per request and the time between requests.
How to fix it
- Stock and price are sent to Pazarama through the correct service and results are checked per batch regularly; no action is needed.
- The 'cannot be the same as previous values' warning means the value is already in place; it is not a problem.
- If a product's stock is still wrong, write to destek@bulutegra.com with the product code.
Pazarama product creation rejections (duplicate image, Office tags, prohibited barcode)Pazarama
How it shows up
- Pazarama rejected with 'duplicate image url'.
- Pazarama says 'sale of the product with this barcode is prohibited'.
- Pazarama returns a Microsoft Office-specific tags error.
- Pazarama says the product already exists.
Why it happens
When the same image address is sent more than once among a product's images, Pazarama rejects the product. A description containing Microsoft Office formatting tags is rejected, and for some barcodes Pazarama returns 'sale of the product with this barcode is prohibited'. Products created earlier get an 'already exists' response, and some categories wait for Pazarama approval.
How to fix it
- Images are now de-duplicated before sending; a rejected product is retried automatically in the next round.
- For products waiting for category approval, approve the mapping suggestions on the Pazar yeri eşlemeleri (Marketplace mappings) screen in the panel.
Pazarama product creation returns 'success' but the product isn't createdPazarama
How it shows up
- We created a product on Pazarama, it said successful but there's no listing.
- Pazarama can't find our brand.
- The same product was created twice on Pazarama.
- Products aren't created in the Pazarama category list, is a leaf category required?
Why it happens
Pazarama can return 'success: true' even when the product creation request has an error; the real error is in a separate part of the response. On Pazarama, products can only be created in the lowest-level (leaf) category, brand search is case-sensitive, and there is no global catalogue search by barcode.
How to fix it
- The system checks whether the product was actually created, not the 'success' wording in Pazarama's response.
- Check that the product is mapped to a lowest-level (leaf) category.
- If the brand can't be found, it may be registered on Pazarama with a different spelling or not exist at all; if it doesn't exist, have the brand defined on Pazarama.
Pazarama rejects products as 'sale prohibited' or 'already exists'Pazarama
How it shows up
- Pazarama says sale is prohibited for some barcodes
- Products won't open on Pazarama; 'already exists' error
- Pazarama keeps rejecting the same products every time
- Is there a brand ban on Pazarama?
Why it happens
Pazarama permanently rejects some barcodes ('sale prohibited' or 'already exists').
How to fix it
- Note that the system learns permanent rejections and removes these products from the candidate list, so they aren't resent in vain.
- Ask Pazarama for the reason behind 'sale prohibited'; it may be a brand or category restriction.
An order's SKU doesn't match the product because of Turkish charactersEtsyikasPazarama
How it shows up
- The product code on the order is the same as in our product source but doesn't match
- The product wasn't found because of the letter İ
- SKUs with Turkish characters cause problems
- A Pazarama order wasn't written to the ERP; it says the product doesn't exist
Why it happens
A channel may store the SKU without Turkish characters (e.g. 'ABC-1001-GRI') while your product source stores it with them (e.g. 'ABC-1001-GRİ'); a plain comparison of these two codes fails.
How to fix it
- Note that Turkish character differences are normalised automatically during order matching; such orders are transferred normally.
- For an order that failed earlier for this reason, use tekrar aktar (re-transfer) on the Siparişler > Aktarılmamış (Orders > Not transferred) page.
12-digit and 13-digit barcodes get mixed up (false duplicate barcode warning)AmazonikasWalmart
How it shows up
- The system says there are duplicate barcodes; is that right?
- Some of our barcodes have 12 digits; will marketplaces accept them?
- The code audit shows hundreds of false mismatches
- Should a barcode have 13 or 12 digits?
Why it happens
Some barcodes are the 12-digit form of an EAN-13 with the check digit dropped. Matching by trimming a 13-digit barcode to 12, or padding a 12-digit one to 13, maps different products to the same key and produces false mismatches or false 'duplicate barcode' warnings.
How to fix it
- Note that the system doesn't treat 12-digit and 13-digit barcodes as the same; false duplicate warnings aren't shown, and those left in the list are real duplicates.
- Correct real duplicate barcodes in your product source.
- When sending to marketplaces, a check digit is added automatically to 12-digit barcodes starting with 868 or 869, because marketplaces require a 13-digit GTIN; you don't need to do anything for this.
Amazon A+ content can't be submitted for approval (no Brand Registry)Amazon
How it shows up
- Amazon A+ says it doesn't recognise the ASIN as part of your brand
- A+ content is stuck in draft
- Can A+ be published without a registered trademark?
- What is Amazon Brand Registry and why is it needed?
Why it happens
Submitting A+ content for approval requires an Amazon Brand Registry enrolment; if the account isn't enrolled, Amazon rejects the submission with a 403 error.
How to fix it
- Note that prepared A+ content stays in draft until the brand is registered.
- Complete Amazon Brand Registry for your brand (using your TÜRKPATENT registration number).
- Once registration is complete, the drafts are submitted for approval.
Amazon can't be connected ('invalid_client' or credentials pending)Amazon
How it shows up
- Amazon returns invalid_client.
- I entered the Amazon API details but it didn't connect.
- Where do I enter the Amazon client secret?
- Can we use our previous integrator's Amazon authorisation?
Why it happens
Amazon SP-API requires the seller's own developer profile and private application; another integrator's authorisation cannot be transferred. If fields are mixed up when entering credentials (e.g. a refresh token in the client secret field), Amazon returns 'invalid_client'. A developer application can stay in 'Work in progress' at Amazon for a while.
How to fix it
- From Seller Central, go to the Solution Provider Portal and create your developer profile.
- Once the profile is approved, create an application with '+ Add new app client' (Production).
- Enter the LWA client id, client secret and refresh token in the correct fields on the Amazon card under Ayarlar › API Kimlikleri (Settings › API credentials) in the panel. The client secret starts with 'amzn1.oa2-cs.v1.'.
- If your application is under review, follow up by replying to the case in Amazon's Case Log.
Amazon listings don't match products (seller SKU entered as a barcode)Amazonikas
How it shows up
- New ASINs on Amazon don't match in the system.
- The Amazon seller SKU differs from our product code.
- Why don't newly created Amazon listings sync?
- The system doesn't recognise products created on Amazon with a barcode.
Why it happens
On some Amazon listings, the seller SKU may have been entered as a 13-digit barcode; when matching is done only by SKU, these listings don't match products. The system now also matches Amazon listings by barcode.
How to fix it
- Matching is also done by barcode; no extra action is needed for this.
- If a listing still doesn't match, check that the product's barcode is defined in your product source (ikas).
Amazon order is not transferred to your ERP (buyer name and address missing)AmazonERP
How it shows up
- The Amazon order did not reach the ERP
- The buyer name is empty on the Amazon order
- The Amazon order has no customer address
- No Amazon Kolay Gelsin shipment code is coming through
Why it happens
Amazon only shares personal data such as the buyer's name and address with applications approved for the restricted 'Direct-to-Consumer Shipping' role. Until the role is approved, orders arrive without an address; to avoid creating a fake customer account, the system does not write such orders to your ERP and holds them. The Kolay Gelsin shipment code and invoice upload (Tax Invoicing) also depend on these restricted roles.
How to fix it
- Track your Amazon orders in Seller Central.
- Until the restricted roles (Direct-to-Consumer Shipping and Tax Invoicing) are approved, enter these orders into your ERP manually.
- Once the role is approved, the held orders are transferred to your ERP automatically.
The Amazon or Temu security form asks for proof that personal data is encryptedAmazonTemu
How it shows up
- The Amazon SP-API role application asks security questions.
- Temu asks us to prove personal data is encrypted.
- The data protection form asks about encryption at rest.
- They ask whether customer data is encrypted; what's our answer?
Why it happens
Amazon and Temu ask for proof that personal data is encrypted on disk, along with other security measures. A statement that doesn't reflect reality can lead the marketplace to shut off API access.
How to fix it
- Fill in the form only with information that has actually been verified; don't make 'as if' statements.
- Use the evidence screen produced by the system for personal data encryption.
- If a measure is missing (e.g. two-step verification), turn it on first, then declare it.
- Assess office processes such as antivirus and penetration testing separately on your side.
Amazon new listing rejected: media not retrieved, style field missing or product not in catalogAmazon
How it shows up
- Amazon rejected the listing with 'Unable to Retrieve Media'
- Amazon rejected a dress for a missing neckline type
- New ASINs on Amazon stayed DISCOVERABLE and didn't go on sale
- The product was created on Amazon but isn't buyable
Why it happens
Amazon rejects a listing if it can't reach even one of its images; in some categories style fields such as neckline or closure are mandatory. An offer can't be created on an ASIN that isn't in the catalog or is a restricted generic ASIN. A new ASIN starts as DISCOVERABLE and becomes BUYABLE as price and stock propagate.
How to fix it
- For products with broken images, fix the image in ikas.
- Note that mandatory style fields are completed automatically by the system.
- Wait for newly created Amazon products to become buyable within a few hours as price and stock propagate.
- Note that image, colour or brand inconsistencies in other sellers' older catalog records can only be fixed by the brand owner.
Amazon payment and fee data can't be fetched (Finances API 403)Amazon
How it shows up
- Amazon settlement data can't be fetched.
- Amazon Finances API returns 403.
- I can't see Amazon payments in the panel.
- Where can I see Amazon's actual fees?
Why it happens
Amazon's finance data requires the 'Finance and Accounting' role on the application; without it Amazon returns 403. The fee estimate service can also return temporary errors (ServerError) from time to time.
How to fix it
- For now, check payment and fee details by order number in Seller Central › Payments › Transaction view.
- For automatic fetching, have the 'Finance and Accounting' role added to your Amazon developer application.
Your ERP rejects the order: credit card type or carrier code not definedAmazonERP
How it shows up
- Orders from a new channel aren't written to the ERP, there's a code error.
- The order was rejected because the carrier code isn't defined.
- Where do I set the credit card type code?
- The ERP connection test says successful but orders don't go through.
Why it happens
An order arriving with a credit card type code or carrier code that isn't defined in your ERP is rejected. These codes must be created in the ERP for each sales channel. Also, some ERP connection calls can return 'successful' even with a wrong password.
How to fix it
- Enter the credit card code, carrier code, SalesURL and order description per channel on the Kanallar › Sipariş Aktarımı (Channels › Order transfer) page.
- Make sure the codes you enter already exist in your ERP; otherwise the order is rejected. When adding a new channel, first have card and carrier codes created for it in the ERP.
- Test the connection with the test button on the same page; it also reads the user details, so it catches a wrong password.
A channel with no credentials appears connected or produces unnecessary errorsAmazonnoon
How it shows up
- A channel we never connected shows as live on the Marketplaces page
- Why is a channel that isn't connected reporting errors?
- The channel badge says 'kimlik bekliyor' (awaiting credentials); what should I do?
- The Noon connection is incomplete and says the warehouse code is missing
Why it happens
Channels with no API credentials used to appear as 'live', and jobs running for those channels logged errors.
How to fix it
- Note that channels with no credentials are shown with the 'kimlik bekliyor' (awaiting credentials) badge and produce no errors; if you won't use the channel, nothing needs to be done.
- If you want to use the channel, enter its API details under Ayarlar (Settings).
- After entering the details, verify the connection with bağlantıyı sına (test connection).
- Some channels such as Noon may need an extra field (e.g. warehouse code); fill that in too.
A channel's revenue looks wrong in ReportsAmazonEtsyikasTemu
How it shows up
- Total revenue in Reports doesn't reflect reality
- Temu revenue shows as zero
- The channel share chart is wrong
- Ozon revenue is not included in the report
Why it happens
The sales summary assumes a currency for each channel. Amazon TR orders were inflated when multiplied by an exchange rate as if they were a foreign-currency channel, and Temu showed zero when it was treated as an external channel. Channels selling in a currency with no exchange rate defined (e.g. Ozon) are not included in revenue. If Etsy orders coming through ikas's own marketplace connection are counted as site orders, revenue is counted twice.
How to fix it
- Refresh the Raporlar (Reports) page; the Amazon and Temu revenue calculations have been fixed.
- Check the page footnote: channels selling in currencies that are not converted, such as rubles, are excluded from revenue.
- Keep in mind that the site report counts only orders from your own website.
Customer (buyer) names appear empty on ordersAmazon
How it shows up
- Customer names appear empty on orders
- The buyer name is missing on a Trendyol order; it was there yesterday
- Does the personal data clean-up affect other marketplaces too?
- How is customer information stored?
Why it happens
Amazon requires personal data such as the buyer's name and address to be deleted within 30 days, so personal data on Amazon orders is cleared automatically. For a period, this clean-up also affected orders from other channels.
How to fix it
- Note that it's normal for the buyer name and address to be cleared on Amazon orders after a while; the personal data clean-up only runs on Amazon orders.
- Customer details on other marketplaces (used for returns, order tracking and customer history) are not deleted.
- If the buyer name is empty on a channel other than Amazon, send the order number to destek@bulutegra.com; the details will be restored from backup.
Walmart GTIN 'restricted' rejection (barcodes starting with 2)AmazonikasERPWalmart
How it shows up
- Walmart rejected my barcode as restricted.
- Barcodes starting with 2 aren't accepted on the marketplace.
- Walmart says the GTIN is registered in the catalogue with different details.
- Do we need to generate new barcodes?
Why it happens
Barcodes starting with 20–29 belong to GS1's in-store (restricted) range and are not valid GTINs in retail. Some barcodes are not registered with GS1 at all. If an item already has a valid GTIN registered on Walmart, that identity is kept.
How to fix it
- Products with barcodes starting with 2 are not sent to Walmart; assign real GS1 barcodes to these products to publish them.
- If a valid barcode is already registered on the Walmart item, it is used; you don't need to generate a new one.
- 'GTIN registered with different details' and 'SKU linked to another product' errors can't be fixed through the integration; contact Walmart support.
- On Amazon, codes not registered with GS1 may require an exemption request.
Walmart item won't open: fabric composition or care instructions missingAmazonikasWalmart
How it shows up
- Walmart says the required fabricCareInstructions field is empty
- Walmart won't open the product because the fabric percentage is missing
- Can't we just write 100% cotton for products with no fabric percentage?
- Where do we need to enter the fabric composition?
Why it happens
Care instructions are mandatory in the Walmart schema but missing from most product descriptions, and fabric composition isn't stated on many products either. Because fabric composition is a legal declaration, the system doesn't assume a fixed value (e.g. '100% Cotton'); products missing this information are skipped.
How to fix it
- Note that if care instructions are unknown, 'Machine Wash' is used; no action is needed.
- If there's no style hint and the category allows it, the style is set to 'Casual'.
- Fabric composition is never assumed: add the fabric percentage of the missing products to the product description in ikas.
- Once the fabric information is added, the Walmart items open automatically.
One product's stock is written to another product (cross barcode)ikasWalmart
How it shows up
- One product shows another product's stock
- Stock I reset manually comes back the next day
- The same barcode is defined on two different products in ikas
- A product that's out of stock shows as in stock on Walmart
Why it happens
In your product source (ikas), the same GS1 number may be assigned to two products: the 12-digit form on one product and the 13-digit form with check digit on another. Because barcode-first matching lets the last write win, the sync may write the wrong product's stock.
How to fix it
- Note that the system cross-checks barcode matches against the SKU and doesn't write the stock if they don't agree.
- Determine which product really owns the barcode from the physical label or the GS1 record.
- Correct the double-assigned barcodes manually in the ikas panel.
'Test connection' fails in the setup wizard, or Etsy/eBay authorization is requestedeBayEtsyERPWalmart
How it shows up
- I get an error when I click test connection in the setup wizard
- We don't have an ERP, but the system tries to connect to one and fails
- I entered my Etsy credentials but it still asks for authorization
- What is RuName for the eBay connection?
Why it happens
Etsy and eBay require a separate OAuth permission on the marketplace in addition to the credentials. On accounts that don't use an ERP, the ERP steps are skipped.
How to fix it
- If you don't use an ERP, note that the ERP steps are skipped automatically.
- For Etsy and eBay, after entering the credentials, grant permission on the marketplace with the Yetki bağlantısını aç (Open authorization link) button in the wizard.
- In your Etsy app, set https://panel.bulutegra.com/oauth/etsy as the Callback URL.
- On eBay, use https://panel.bulutegra.com/oauth/ebay as the RuName accept URL.
- If you run into problems connecting Ticimax, T-Soft or İdeasoft, write to destek@bulutegra.com.
What does the badge number in the menu (e.g. 'Products 11') mean?eBayOzonWalmart
How it shows up
- The Products menu shows 11, what is it?
- What do the red numbers in the menu show?
- The badge number doesn't go down.
- I marked it as read but the badge is still there.
Why it happens
Menu badges show that something is waiting for you. For example, the Products badge can be the number of products whose image changed in the product source and that are waiting to be resent to a channel.
How to fix it
- Click the badge; the window that opens lists what is waiting.
- In the content badge, select the waiting products and send them to the relevant channel (e.g. Seçilenleri Walmart'a gönder, Send selected to Walmart); Toplu içerik (Bulk content) is used for Walmart, eBay and Ozon.
- Lower the count by closing alerts with Çözüldü (Resolved) and notifications with Tümünü okundu say (Mark all as read).
- Çiçeksepeti, Etsy and n11 have no content update route; make the change in their seller panels.
Walmart says the price was 'updated' but it doesn't change (active promotion)Walmart
How it shows up
- The price update says successful but the price on Walmart is the same.
- Walmart says 'Your price has been updated' but nothing changed.
- Walmart still shows the old price.
- The price of a promoted item on Walmart doesn't update.
Why it happens
These items have an active Walmart promotion. While the promotion runs, a normal price update is accepted but does not change the selling price. This is not a stock, SKU or repricing error.
How to fix it
- Check in Walmart Seller Center whether the item has an active promotion.
- Wait until the promotion ends; the price then settles to your price rule by itself.
- If you need the price to change right away, end the promotion in Walmart Seller Center.
Walmart content rejection: title or colour doesn't match the image, no additional imageWalmart
How it shows up
- Walmart rejected it because the colour in the title doesn't match the image
- Walmart returns 'Additional Image URL requires a minimum of 1'
- Walmart says the 'product title is redundant'
- Walmart picked the back of the product as the main image
Why it happens
Walmart's content review looks for an exact match between title, colour and image. Images not chosen from the item's own colour, titles that drift from the actual garment, repeated brand and gender words, a missing mandatory additional image on single-photo products, or the back of the product as the main image are all rejection reasons.
How to fix it
- Note that the system builds the title from the actual garment in the product name, writes the colour only in the colour field (not in the title), picks images from the item's own colour and uses the front view as the main image.
- Because Walmart requires at least one additional image, single-photo products are not sent; add extra photos to these products in ikas.
- Correct variants that have the wrong photo assigned in ikas; this is the permanent fix.
Walmart rejects a set product: the whole set must appear in one imageWalmart
How it shows up
- Why did Walmart reject the set photo?
- Walmart rejected a tracksuit set
- Walmart says the image doesn't match the title for a set
- A product rejected on Walmart isn't being resent
Why it happens
Walmart's content review rejects a product whose title says 'set' while the image shows only the top or the bottom. A photo-related rejection isn't fixed by resending; every resubmission triggers a 48-hour compliance lock, so the rejected product is kept in the rejection memory.
How to fix it
- Upload a photo to ikas that shows the complete set in a single image.
- Note that when the product's content changes, it is resent to Walmart automatically.
- To see the reasons for other rejections, type 'walmart reddedilen ürünler' (Walmart rejected products) or 'ABC-1001 walmart ret sebebi' (Walmart rejection reason for ABC-1001) to the assistant.
Products can't be listed on Walmart or the submission is rejectedWalmart
How it shows up
- Some products can't be listed on Walmart at all
- Walmart returns 'there was a glitch, please try again'
- Walmart rejected titles for keyword stuffing
- Walmart says there's no schema for the product type
Why it happens
The Walmart schema or mandatory fields for some product types may not be supported yet. Walmart's 'glitch' and EXT_SYSTEM_ERROR errors are temporary. Titles stuffed with keywords and images showing garments other than the product are rejected.
How to fix it
- Retry the submission for temporary Walmart errors ('glitch').
- Keep titles short and free of keyword stuffing.
- Make sure the main image is a studio shot on a plain background.
- Note that products of unsupported types become listable as the required fields are added.
On Walmart the GTIN is tied to a different catalogue record (ERR_EXT_DATA_0101119)Walmart
How it shows up
- Walmart returns error 0101119.
- It says the GTIN is linked to another product; it was rejected after we changed the title.
- The product information in Walmart's catalogue differs from ours.
- Can we fix this error ourselves?
Why it happens
Walmart's catalogue record holds this GTIN with its own product details. When the title or content changes, the new information doesn't fit the catalogue record, so the submission is rejected. This is a Walmart catalogue block that the integration cannot get around.
How to fix it
- Open a catalogue content correction request with Walmart support for this GTIN.
- Don't keep resending the item until the request is resolved.
- In the panel these items appear as information rows, not alerts.
A newly opened Walmart item is left without stock (not on sale)Walmart
How it shows up
- Products we just opened on Walmart show 0 stock
- Walmart said the feed succeeded but the product isn't in the catalog
- The Walmart feed result and the catalog count don't match
- The Walmart product feed has been INPROGRESS for hours
Why it happens
The sync pulls the item list from Walmart; newly opened items that haven't appeared in the list yet are skipped and the item is left without stock. The Walmart catalog updates with a delay after a submission, and the feed queue can move slowly.
How to fix it
- Note that after a new item is opened, its stock is checked and written separately by the system.
- Trust the count in the Walmart catalog, not the feed's 'success' result.
- Allow for the catalog to update with a delay of 15 minutes to a few hours, and wait.
Walmart items in SYSTEM_PROBLEM status or unpublished (no category)Walmart
How it shows up
- Products are in SYSTEM_PROBLEM status on Walmart
- My Walmart products were unpublished citing the Prohibited Product Policy
- The product type shows as 'default' on Walmart
- After the category fix, the product is still in the old category on Walmart
Why it happens
On Walmart, an item with no category (product type) is treated as a prohibited product policy violation and unpublished. Walmart usually doesn't change the category of a published item through a feed (it only updates the title) and applies type changes gradually over several hours.
How to fix it
- Note that items without a category are resent with the correct category; getting back online can take hours.
- For products that still appear unpublished, file an appeal from the 'Unpublished Items' page in Walmart Seller Center.
- Truly changing the category of a published item requires retiring and relisting it; since this puts sales history at risk, make that decision carefully.
Items aren't published on Walmart (SYSTEM_PROBLEM) or get content rejectionsWalmart
How it shows up
- Walmart isn't publishing my items.
- Walmart said 'Additional Image URL requires a minimum of 1 entries'.
- Walmart returns 'under compliance review from your previous submission'.
- Should I resend a rejected item to Walmart?
Why it happens
Most Walmart rejections come from content inconsistencies: an empty secondary image, a title that doesn't match the image, the wrong product type or category, missing weight. Resending the same group before Walmart has finished processing it leads to a 'previous submission under review' rejection. Some items are permanently prohibited by Walmart ('not eligible for appeal').
How to fix it
- Read the rejection reason and fix the content on the product card (title, image, type); the corrected card is resent to resolve it.
- Don't resend a group Walmart is still processing; wait for the result.
- If the product has no second image, add an extra image in ikas.
- Permanently prohibited items and items Walmart is still processing appear in the panel as information rows, not alerts; no action is needed for them.
Walmart: 'under compliance review from your previous submission', the item can't be resubmittedWalmart
How it shows up
- Walmart says it 'cannot be resubmitted until the review is complete'
- We can't resend a product we fixed to Walmart
- One Walmart item won't accept any update
- How long does a Walmart compliance review take?
Why it happens
After a submission (especially a content rejection), Walmart puts the item under compliance review and rejects resubmissions for up to 48 hours. Sending the same product twice in a short time extends the lock by itself.
How to fix it
- Wait 48 hours for these items; sending early extends the lock.
- Make sure the content is right on the first submission.
- Send corrections in one go after the review has ended.
- Don't send the same product from more than one place (automatic and manual submission).
The Etsy connection dropped silentlyEtsy
How it shows up
- Etsy orders aren't coming in, but there's no error
- The Etsy connection dropped on its own
- Etsy stock updates stopped
- Two different tools are connected to Etsy and one of them isn't working
Why it happens
Each time the authorization is refreshed, Etsy issues a new refresh token and invalidates the old one. If two separate systems use the same Etsy authorization, one refreshing it silently breaks the other's connection.
How to fix it
- If the Etsy connection has dropped, grant Etsy authorization again.
- Use a separate authorization for each tool that connects to Etsy.
- Don't share the same Etsy key between two systems.
Etsy jobs fail with 429 (daily request quota used up)Etsy
How it shows up
- All Etsy jobs return 429.
- Etsy stock updates don't work, it says too many requests.
- Has the Etsy daily limit been reached?
- Does the Etsy quota reset daily?
Why it happens
Etsy applies a daily request quota to each account. When it is used up, Etsy returns 429 (too many requests) and accepts no new requests until the quota resets the next day.
How to fix it
- When the quota is used up, stock and price updates wait until it resets, then continue by themselves.
- Orders keep being fetched with priority; when the quota runs low the system pauses non-order jobs.
Etsy stock update returns a 400 error, or a sold-out listing stays activeEtsy
How it shows up
- Etsy says 'One offering must have quantity greater than 0'
- What happens to a sold-out Etsy listing?
- We closed the Etsy listing but it's still in the active list
- The Etsy stock sync was cancelled, saying the match rate is low
Why it happens
Etsy returns a 400 error if read-only fields are sent back in an inventory update, or if all variants of an active listing have 0 stock.
How to fix it
- Note that an Etsy listing with all sizes sold out is deactivated automatically, not deleted.
- Etsy may take about 20 seconds to drop the listing from the active list; check again shortly.
- If the match rate falls below 80%, the stock round is cancelled for safety; check the unmatched listings.
On Etsy the colour–photo link breaks or the image order gets mixed upEtsy
How it shows up
- The wrong photo appears when a colour is selected on Etsy
- Colour photos disappeared after updating the inventory
- New photos won't upload to Etsy; it returns 400
- The Etsy thumbnail image looks cropped
Why it happens
When the inventory is rewritten, Etsy assigns new IDs to colour values and variation images get unlinked. Because a listing can hold at most 10 images, a new image can't be uploaded to a full listing. Etsy crops the thumbnail to a square, so products in portrait photos get cut off.
How to fix it
- Note that the colour–photo mapping is checked and relinked after every inventory change; if you see a wrong colour, verify the listing visually.
- When the image order is changed, the square thumbnail is uploaded first, then old images are removed and re-uploaded in order; the listing is never left without images.
- If the listing already has 10 images, remove one before adding a new image.
Etsy: size chart image used as a product photo, wrong garment type or 429 quota errorEtsy
How it shows up
- The size chart shows as a product photo on an Etsy listing.
- Track pants are listed as tops on Etsy.
- The Etsy API returns 429.
- When are Etsy draft listings published?
Why it happens
Turkish 'Beden Tablosu' (size chart) images could previously be picked as product photos, and garments whose type wasn't recognised could fall into the wrong type. When Etsy's daily request quota is used up, a 429 error is returned. Numeric waist sizes have no equivalent on Etsy.
How to fix it
- Size chart images are no longer picked as product photos; if earlier listings have one, remove the image on Etsy.
- The 429 error appears when the quota is used up; it clears by itself after a while.
- New Etsy listings are created as drafts; publishing is your decision, so review the drafts on Etsy and publish them.
An eBay product appears to 'already exist' but isn't live, or 'SKU in another group' erroreBay
How it shows up
- eBay returns 'SKU is already a member of another group'
- There's an inventory record on eBay but no listing
- What do eBay errors 25604 and 25702 mean?
- Why does the eBay upload keep getting stuck on the same products?
Why it happens
On eBay an inventory record is created even if the listing is never published, so the product may be mistaken as 'already existing'. An old, unpublished product group can hold on to SKUs and cause an error on every upload.
How to fix it
- Note that these eBay errors are cleaned up on the system side: the old unpublished product group is removed and the publication status is read only from the actual publication record.
- Don't treat codes 25604 and 25702 as errors; they indicate that the product is already live.
New listing uploads to eBay stopped because the limit is reached (error 25002)eBayOzon
How it shows up
- New products aren't uploading to eBay, it says the limit is reached.
- eBay returns error 25002 'reached the amount you can list'.
- The eBay upload shows as paused.
- How do we increase our eBay listing allowance?
Why it happens
Once your eBay account's selling limit is reached, new listings are not accepted. When all stock is put on listings the limit fills up quickly, so new listing uploads are paused.
How to fix it
- Only the account owner can request a higher limit on eBay: go to Seller Hub › Selling limits › Request to list more.
- Once approved, restart the upload in the panel with Devam et (Continue) under İşlemler › Rutinler › eBay ürün yükleme (Operations › Routines › eBay product upload).
- eBay's monthly free listing counter resets at the start of the month.
- Stock sync for existing listings keeps running in the meantime.
The Ozon cover video doesn't appear on the cardOzon
How it shows up
- We uploaded a video to Ozon but it doesn't show on the card.
- The Ozon import said 0 errors but there's no video.
- Ozon shows a cover_unprocessed warning.
- What format should videos for Ozon be in?
Why it happens
An Ozon cover video must be at least 8 seconds long; with a shorter video the import may say 'imported' but the video isn't placed and a 'cover_unprocessed' warning appears. When the same video URL is sent a second time, Ozon says 'skipped'. If you leave the Ozon panel before 'Send to moderation' completes, the video isn't saved.
How to fix it
- Make sure the video is portrait 3:4, 8–30 seconds long, no larger than 20 MB, and has no borders.
- If you added the video in the Ozon panel, don't leave the page before completing 'Send to moderation'.
- 'Passed moderation' doesn't mean the video is placed; check that the video appears in the card's attributes.
Ozon card rejections (FB_OBSCENE_MODEL, wrong material) and barcode conflictsOzon
How it shows up
- Ozon returns FB_OBSCENE_MODEL.
- An entire Ozon batch was rejected.
- Ozon says the barcode already exists.
- I can't create underwear products on Ozon.
Why it happens
Ozon can reject a card when an unsuitable value is written to an attribute field, and a single faulty item in a batch can cause the whole batch to fail. Cards can't be created on Ozon in underwear categories. Barcode conflicts come from the barcode data in the product source.
How to fix it
- The attributes of rejected cards are corrected and products are sent one by one; no extra action is needed.
- Fix the barcodes of variants with barcode conflicts in ikas.
- Note that products in underwear categories can't be created on Ozon.
'Description in Latin script' warning and low quality score on Ozon cardsOzon
How it shows up
- Ozon warns 'Описание товара полностью на латинице' (description is entirely in Latin script)
- Ozon says brand names aren't allowed in hashtags
- How do we raise the Ozon quality score?
- Does having few photos lower the score on Ozon?
Why it happens
Ozon expects the description to be in Russian; a Turkish description triggers a warning. Brand names and Turkish characters aren't accepted in hashtags, and attribute values must be chosen from the Ozon dictionary. The ceiling of the quality score is largely set by images and video.
How to fix it
- Note that Ozon descriptions are generated by the system from a Russian template; no action is needed for this warning.
- To raise the score, add 8 or more photos and a video per product; the highest quality level can't be reached with only a few photos.
Ozon rejects a card: 'photo doesn't match product type', type can't be changedOzon
How it shows up
- Ozon rejected with 'Фото товара не соответствует его типу' (photo doesn't match its type).
- Ozon card rejection: photo doesn't match the type.
- Can we change the type of an existing card?
- An Ozon card is stuck in moderation.
Why it happens
When the main image is a location or lifestyle shot, Ozon may consider the photo not to match the product type. Ozon doesn't change the product type of an existing card and doesn't delete a card that has received a SKU.
How to fix it
- A studio or flat-lay shot is chosen as the main image; this resolves the photo-type rejection.
- After a card is created on Ozon, its category/type can't be changed; the correct type must be set at first creation.
- For cards created with the wrong type, the type stays as it is and the title the customer sees is corrected.
- You get a notification in the panel for cards stuck in moderation for a long time.
Ozon errors 'price_less_than_min_auto_price', 'missing_dimension' or 'price_is_negative'Ozon
How it shows up
- The Ozon price update returns price_less_than_min_auto_price.
- We get missing_dimension when updating an Ozon card.
- Ozon's minimum price strategy blocks the price.
- Dimensions disappeared after sending content to Ozon.
Why it happens
When Ozon's automatic minimum price strategy is on, price updates are rejected. For card updates, Ozon requires all fields again; fields left out may be removed.
How to fix it
- Turn off the automatic minimum price strategy in the Ozon seller panel so price updates go through.
- For card updates, the system reads the existing values and sends them together with the changes; dimensions and attributes are preserved.
New cards aren't created on Ozon, or listing has stoppedOzon
How it shows up
- Listing on Ozon has stopped.
- New products aren't being created on Ozon.
- I can't create products on Ozon manually during the day.
- Do archived cards count towards the limit?
Why it happens
Ozon applies a daily card creation quota; this quota is used by the automatic listing run. Ozon's total card limit also counts archived cards, and a card that has received a SKU cannot be deleted. Underwear products can't be created without an Ozon category and size chart mapping.
How to fix it
- Because the daily quota is used by the automatic run, it's normal not to be able to create cards manually during the day; remaining products are sent in the next run.
- To create more cards, ask Ozon for a higher limit; as the account owner, you need to submit this request.
- Underwear products first need an Ozon category and size chart mapping; they aren't created without it.
Product cards won't open on Ozon, or the card count isn't growingikasOzon
How it shows up
- New cards aren't opening on Ozon; is the limit reached?
- There's a PRODUCT_IS_NOT_CREATED error on Ozon
- It says there are no products left to send to Ozon, but we have products in stock
- The number of products connected to Ozon looks very low
Why it happens
What usually blocks growth on Ozon is not the limit but product categories that aren't mapped to Ozon product types. In addition, the card for some offers may never have been created on Ozon (PRODUCT_IS_NOT_CREATED).
How to fix it
- Don't wait for a limit increase; your product categories need to be mapped to Ozon product types.
- Note that as mappings are added, in-stock products are opened automatically within Ozon's daily quota.
- Products whose card was never created are fixed by the system by sending them again.
- Products you've excluded and out-of-stock variants are not sent; the system opens them itself once stock arrives.
Can't delete a product on Ozon: ITEM_IS_NOT_ARCHIVEDOzon
How it shows up
- I get ITEM_IS_NOT_ARCHIVED when I try to delete a product on Ozon
- The Ozon card won't delete
- How do I delete a card that was opened by mistake on Ozon?
- What must be done before removing a card from Ozon?
Why it happens
Ozon requires a card to be archived before it can be deleted.
How to fix it
- Note that the system archives an Ozon card automatically before deleting it; try the deletion again.
- If the error persists, write to destek@bulutegra.com.
Barcode errors in ikas: 12-digit barcodes, SKU in the barcode field, Turkish characters, missing or duplicate barcodesikasOzon
How it shows up
- I get a 'same barcode on several listings' warning.
- The barcode contains a Turkish letter and the marketplace rejects it.
- A SKU was entered in the barcode field in ikas.
- Do 12-digit barcodes cause problems?
Why it happens
Barcode data in ikas can have problems: when 12-digit barcodes are padded to 13 digits, two different products can end up with the same barcode; some barcodes may contain Turkish letters, non-standard characters or trailing spaces; some may have a product code (SKU) entered; there may be products with no barcode and barcodes used on several variants. The same barcode on two different products can lead to the wrong item being picked in the warehouse; 12-digit barcodes also can't be used as GTINs in Google Merchant.
How to fix it
- Enter 12-digit barcodes in ikas in their correct 13-digit form.
- Clean product codes, Turkish letters and trailing spaces out of the barcode field.
- Give barcodes to products without one, and don't use the same barcode on several variants.
- After the fixes, marketplace updates use the corrected barcodes from the next sync.
A product created on a channel shows as 'not linked' in the panelnoonTakealotTemu
How it shows up
- Products I just uploaded to Temu show as not linked.
- It was created on the channel but the channel logo on the product card is greyed out.
- When does a newly created product show as linked?
- The product count on the marketplace doesn't match the panel.
Why it happens
Information on which channels a product is linked to comes from channel exports. Until the export is refreshed, a newly created product shows as 'not linked'.
How to fix it
- Wait for the channel export to refresh in the next round; the product then shows as 'linked'.
- You can check whether the product was really created in the marketplace's seller panel.
- If the count in the panel stays far below the marketplace's, write to destek@bulutegra.com.
'Cannot be viewed' error and empty address on a Temu order awaiting approvalTemu
How it shows up
- I keep seeing a 'cannot be viewed' error on a Temu order
- The customer address of a Temu order awaiting approval isn't shown
- There's a new Temu order but the address is empty
- The Temu logs show the same error repeatedly for the same order
Why it happens
For Temu orders awaiting approval (status 1), the address can't be viewed until Temu approves the order. If the address is requested during this time, Temu responds with 'cannot be viewed'.
How to fix it
- Note that an empty address is normal for Temu orders awaiting approval; no action is needed.
- The system skips the address request for these orders.
- Once Temu approves the order, the address and other details are filled in automatically.
The Temu price isn't updating, or the price on Temu looks differentTemu
How it shows up
- We sent a price to Temu, it said success but the price didn't change
- The price on Temu looks higher than the one we set
- Does Temu add VAT to the price?
- Where can we see the base price on Temu?
Why it happens
On Temu the retail price is calculated from the base price, the service fee and VAT (base price × service fee × (1 + VAT)). The price you see in Temu's product list is the retail price, not the base price the system writes, so the two figures differ.
How to fix it
- Note that the price the system sends to Temu is the base price excluding VAT; Temu sells it with its service fee and VAT added and doesn't charge commission.
- Check the base price that was sent in the 'Temel fiyat' (base price) column on the 'Ürünleri yönet' (manage products) screen in Temu Seller Center; no separate approval is needed.
- Remember that bulk price writes are made only with your approval.
Temu order amounts differ from the Temu panelTemu
How it shows up
- Temu order amounts don't match the Temu panel
- Why are prices on Temu orders estimates?
- Is the Temu order amount calculated from today's price?
- Temu never shows any returns; are there really none?
Why it happens
Temu's order services have no price field, so the order amount is calculated from the product's current price. Individual order amounts can therefore differ from the real amount. Whether return status is provided for Temu orders hasn't been verified yet.
How to fix it
- Treat per-order Temu amounts as approximate values.
- Total revenue is calibrated against real Temu data, so you can rely on the totals.
- For exact per-order amounts, export the order list from the Temu panel and send it to destek@bulutegra.com; this improves the calibration.
Temu orders were not transferred to your ERPERPTemu
How it shows up
- Temu orders didn't reach the ERP
- The warehouse shipped the Temu order from Seller Center but it's not in the ERP
- Should we transfer past Temu orders to the ERP?
- Temu shows 'Hazırlanıyor' (preparing) but there's no transfer record
Why it happens
To avoid rewriting past orders, the Temu transfer works from a defined start time. Orders placed before that time (invoiced through the previous integration) are not written to your ERP again.
How to fix it
- Note that new Temu orders are transferred to your ERP after shipping is purchased from Temu.
- Orders from before the start time appear in the panel for statistics but aren't written to the ERP again; don't expect ERP records for them.
- You get an alert for a Temu order that stays untransferred for a long time; check the order when the alert arrives.
A Temu product doesn't go live, or its variants aren't on saleTemu
How it shows up
- The product looks live on Temu but the panel says out of stock
- The product sent to Temu is waiting in status 4001
- Temu products are in status 5002; are they broken?
- Temu returns 'Editing Disabled During Review'
Why it happens
On Temu, sellability is set at variant level, not product level (2001 on sale, 3003 out of stock, 3001 blocked, 4004 incomplete, 3002 suspended). New products move through 5002/5001 → 4001 (processing) → 4002 (review) → 2001, which can take hours, and edits aren't accepted during that time.
How to fix it
- Wait for newly sent products to pass Temu's processing and review; status 5002 or 4001 is not an error, so don't delete the products.
- See why variants are blocked or incomplete in Temu Seller Center.
- For products rejected with 'No categories are recommended', contact Temu support.
- Fill in missing titles and attributes on older listings using bulk editing in Seller Center.
Invoices can't be uploaded to Temu ('File URL Invalid')Temu
How it shows up
- We can't upload invoices to Temu
- Temu says 'File URL Invalid'
- No label can be obtained for a Saudi Arabia order without an invoice
- How do I send an e-archive invoice to Temu?
Why it happens
Temu doesn't accept invoice links outside its own system; the file has to be uploaded to Temu first. For orders shipped from Türkiye to Saudi Arabia, the shipping label can't be obtained until the invoice is uploaded.
How to fix it
- Because automatic invoice upload to Temu isn't working yet, upload invoices manually from Temu Seller Center.
- For Saudi Arabia orders, upload the invoice before getting the shipping label.
Flo says 'No record found in Pending or Add to Catalogue status' and stock can't be written (duplicate listing)Flo
How it shows up
- The Flo stock update returns No record found.
- The same product is listed twice on Flo.
- One barcode has two listings on Flo and the stock won't go to zero.
- How do I delete a duplicate Flo listing?
Why it happens
Two separate listings were created on Flo for the same barcode. Flo shows one of them as an error and the other as processing, so stock updates don't take effect. Stock for listings on sale is written through Flo moderation.
How to fix it
- Open a support request with Flo and ask them to delete the duplicate listing; only Flo support can remove it.
- Until the request is resolved, check this product's stock on Flo manually.
A missing product can't be created on Flo: duplicateStockCode / duplicateBarcodeFlo
How it shows up
- I get a duplicateStockCode error when I try to send a product that isn't on Flo
- The product looks missing on Flo, but it says the barcode already exists
- Flo says 'Product list data is empty or not processed because it is the same product data'
- How do we make hidden products visible on Flo?
Why it happens
Many products that seem to be missing actually exist on Flo as passive or hidden records. Flo's search service doesn't show hidden products, while a create request returns 'duplicate'. If the same item is resent without any data change, the batch is rejected with 'same product data'.
How to fix it
- Note that products getting a duplicate error exist on Flo as hidden or passive records; they can't be opened through Bulutegra.
- Write to the Flo support team (marketplace@flo.com.tr) and ask them to make these products visible.
- Don't resend the same product without changing its data.
Flo listings can't be closed or quantities aren't written (stuck in moderation)Flo
How it shows up
- We can't close some listings on Flo.
- I set a quantity on Flo and it went to 'Moderasyon Bekleyenler' (pending moderation).
- Flo rejected with 'image and content don't match'.
- Flo says 'gender information missing or invalid'.
Why it happens
On Flo, close and quantity requests go through moderation first; a stock/price request updates the record in moderation, not the live listing. Common rejection reasons: an old gender value used on women's products, an image that doesn't match the listing's colour, and a size attribute that doesn't match the product's size.
How to fix it
- Check the rejection reason in the Flo seller panel.
- Correct the gender, image and size information and resend the product.
- You'll see an alert in the panel for listings that stay open for a long time; in that case ask Flo support to close the listing.
Flo returns 'success' for stock or price but doesn't apply itFlo
How it shows up
- We sent stock to Flo, it said success but nothing changed
- I have stock but the listing is closed on Flo
- The Flo batch was rejected entirely
- Flo returns '1062 Duplicate variant_sku'
Why it happens
Flo may return 'success' for a stock or price request and still drop the batch minutes later. Listings that are closed for sale can't be updated, and if the batch contains a barcode linked to more than one listing, Flo rejects the whole batch.
How to fix it
- Open closed Flo listings from the Flo panel; stock and price can't be written to a closed listing.
- Ask Flo support to de-duplicate records where the same barcode is linked to several listings.
- Note that the system removes duplicate barcodes from the batch and sends the rest.
A Flo order that quickly moved to 'Shipped' was not transferred to your ERPFloERP
How it shows up
- The Flo order has shipped but is not in the ERP
- A Flo order that shipped quickly was not transferred
- Some Flo orders are missing from the transfer
- Can Flo orders be written twice?
Why it happens
The transfer used to pick up only Flo orders in Created, Picking, Invoiced, ReadyToShip and Approved status; an order that moved to 'Shipped' between two checks was skipped.
How to fix it
- Shipped Flo orders are now transferred to your ERP as well; no action is needed.
- A Flo order that already exists in your ERP is not written a second time.
- Cancelled, returned or delivered Flo orders are intentionally not transferred; don't expect an ERP record for them.
'Stock/price round had stopped, restarted' notification keeps repeating for a paused channelModanisa
How it shows up
- The 'stock/price round had stopped, restarted' notification keeps coming
- The same notification arrives again and again
- I get alerts for a channel that's on hold
- The channel is off but it says the round stopped
Why it happens
If a channel is deliberately on hold (e.g. until API credentials are available), the sync skips it. This used to be misread as 'round stopped' and produced notifications.
How to fix it
- No action is needed; this notification is no longer generated for channels on hold.
- To activate the channel, enter the correct API credentials on the API Kimlikleri (API credentials) page.
Modanisa stock and price updates fail with '401 Auth failed'Modanisa
How it shows up
- Prices aren't reaching Modanisa, I get a 401 error.
- Modanisa says 'Auth failed'.
- Modanisa worked this morning, now it gives an authorization error.
- Invoice uploads to Modanisa also return 401.
Why it happens
Modanisa is rejecting the API credentials saved in the panel. If the error started even though the saved value did not change, the API user or password was probably changed or disabled on the Modanisa side.
How to fix it
- Check the valid API username and password in your Modanisa seller panel; generate new ones if needed.
- In the panel, open Ayarlar › API Kimlikleri (Settings › API credentials), click the Modanisa card, enter the new credentials and save.
- As soon as the credentials are accepted, pending stock and price updates are sent to Modanisa automatically.
Product images don't show on Modanisa, or the product was rejectedModanisa
How it shows up
- Images don't show on Modanisa.
- Modanisa returns 'image could not be reached'.
- Modanisa rejected products with 'missing description'.
- It says the barcode is already defined on another product on Modanisa.
Why it happens
Modanisa reports the rejection reason per product. Image errors usually come from old supplier images or images smaller than Modanisa requires. Other common rejections: missing description, barcode already defined on another Modanisa product, missing colour attribute and variant ID conflicts.
How to fix it
- Read the product's rejection record on Modanisa; the reason is stated there per product.
- Resend products with image errors using current images of sufficient size.
- For rejections such as missing description, colour or barcode conflict, complete the product information and resend the product.
Takealot 'Malformed loadsheet uploaded' or upfront validation rejectionTakealot
How it shows up
- Takealot says 'Malformed loadsheet uploaded' when I upload the loadsheet
- I uploaded Takealot's own template and it still says malformed
- Takealot returns a 'Duplicate Image Found' error
- Takealot rejected it because the title is too long
Why it happens
The 'Malformed' error comes from the Takealot portal crashing while opening the file in the browser; even the template downloaded from Takealot can fail this check. Pressing Submit twice creates a duplicate submission.
How to fix it
- Note that loadsheet files produced by the system are built to pass Takealot's browser check.
- In these files, images are chosen with at least 3 unique images per row from files whose real format is JPG or PNG; titles are limited to 75 characters and the warranty field is left empty (Takealot assumes 6 months).
- Don't refresh the page while 'Uploading File' is shown during the upload.
- Press Submit only once.
Takealot rejected the catalogue request (images, title length, missing photos)Takealot
How it shows up
- Takealot rejected my whole catalogue file.
- Takealot says the title is too long.
- Takealot doesn't accept WebP images.
- How many photos does Takealot need at minimum?
Why it happens
Takealot doesn't accept WebP images, titles longer than 75 characters or duplicate images. Products with fewer than 3 photos can't be sent.
How to fix it
- Make sure products to be sent have at least 3 photos; complete the images of those with fewer in your product source.
- Check that product titles are no longer than 75 characters.
- After the submissions pass moderation, set the selling price rule (TRY to ZAR).
Takealot catalog request fully rejected (image rules)Takealot
How it shows up
- All the products we sent to Takealot were rejected
- Takealot says the main image isn't on a white background
- Takealot rejected it because the brand isn't visible in the image
- What's needed to start selling on Takealot?
Why it happens
Takealot rejections usually come from images rather than content: a main image not on a plain white (#FFFFFF) background, blurry or low-resolution images, the brand not visible on the product image, cropped images, mannequins or other products in apparel images, the same image for colour variants, and lingerie images deemed inappropriate. Branded products also require an application to the Takealot Brand Programme.
How to fix it
- Put main images on a plain white background (remove the background).
- Use sharp images of at least 1000 px and add a separate image for each colour.
- For underwear, use images without a mannequin or with a ghost mannequin.
- If the brand isn't visible in the image, choose 'generic' in the brand field.
- Before listing branded products, apply to the Brand Programme as the account owner (with the registration certificate and a name exactly matching the account title).
Products were created on noon but don't go live, or new products can't be creatednoon
How it shows up
- Products were created on noon but don't show on the site.
- noon returns 'No Offer Created, add price and product content'.
- noon says 'Product creation is currently restricted for this catalog'.
- Where do I get the warehouse code on noon?
Why it happens
For an offer to go live on noon it needs a price and stock; stock and order operations require a warehouse code (warehouse_code). Prices are not accepted before content quality approval ('Invalid partner_sku'). Without an Arabic title, the Arabic language stays inactive.
How to fix it
- Get your warehouse code (warehouse_code) from noon Seller Lab › FBPI Integration Warehouse.
- Enter this code on the noon card under Ayarlar (Settings) in the panel; stock is then sent.
- Prices are accepted after content approval; the system retries the price automatically.
- The 'product creation restricted' notice is on noon's side; once the restriction is lifted, the remaining products are sent automatically.
- To sell in Arabic, the products need an Arabic title.
Jumia: 'You have reached your product creation limit' or store delistedJumia
How it shows up
- Jumia returns a product creation limit error.
- My Jumia store became DELISTED_BY_ADMIN.
- The Jumia feed shows FAILED.
- The Jumia token doesn't work.
Why it happens
The Jumia account may have been delisted by an administrator in some countries or closed due to inactivity, and the new product creation limit may be reached. A feed shows 'FAILED' even if only one record in it failed. Prices can't be written to products not listed in any country. Jumia issues a new key at every renewal and the old one becomes invalid.
How to fix it
- Open a support request in Jumia Vendor Center to reactivate your store and raise the product creation limit.
- Even if a feed shows 'FAILED', most records may have been processed; check the successful and failed counts.
- Don't touch the Jumia key manually; the system renews it by itself.
Revenue or order count on the home page is lower than in the channel's own panelikas
How it shows up
- Revenue on the home page is lower than the figure in the channel's own panel
- The Reports page and the home page show different figures; which is right?
- Are cancellations and returns included in revenue?
- What's the difference between gross and net revenue?
Why it happens
Channel panels show a gross figure that includes cancelled and returned orders. In Bulutegra the home page shows gross figures, while the Reports page shows net figures with cancellations and returns deducted; the difference usually comes from this and no data is missing. The period definition may also differ; weeks start on Monday.
How to fix it
- Note that the home page shows gross figures like the channel panels do (cancellations and returns included); the channel card says 'içinde N iptal/iade' (including N cancellations/returns).
- For net figures, see the Raporlar (Reports) page (cancellations and returns deducted).
- Compare with the channel panel using the same period and gross figures; keep in mind that weeks start on Monday.
- See commission and shipping deductions on the Hakediş (Payouts) and Kârlılık (Profitability) pages.
An exchange order shows 'delivered' as soon as it's created, or can't be cancelledikas
How it shows up
- The exchange order was marked delivered in ikas right after it was created
- I can't cancel an exchange order with a price difference: REFUND_ORDER_PAYMENT_ERROR
- The exchange order shows as paid but the difference wasn't collected
- The exchange order doesn't reach the warehouse
Why it happens
ikas automatically marks every order created together with a payment transaction as 'delivered' and treats a 0 TRY transaction as paid. Through the ikas API, an order awaiting payment can't be created, a payment link can't be generated for a paid order, and an order with a price difference can't be cancelled.
How to fix it
- Note that after creating the exchange order, the system automatically switches the package to 'not shipped'.
- Even if the payment status shows 'paid', your customer representative collects the price difference (bank transfer or card) in ikas.
- If you need to cancel an exchange order with a price difference, cancel it manually in the ikas panel.
A return with a shipping code already generated can't be cancelled from the panelikas
How it shows up
- I can't cancel a return started by mistake
- I got an ORDER_PACKAGE_NOT_ELIGIBLE_FOR_UPDATE error
- The customer changed their mind and we want to cancel the return code
- A new request can't be opened because the item is already in a return process
Why it happens
A return package with a shipping code already generated can't be cancelled through the ikas API; it can only be cancelled in the ikas panel. A new return request for a line that is already in an open return process is rejected.
How to fix it
- Open the order in the ikas admin panel and cancel the return manually.
- Don't open a new request for the same item while the line is in a return process; wait for the existing process to close first.
Stock sync stopped (stock data from the product source is stale or suspicious)ikas
How it shows up
- Stock isn't going to the channels.
- I got a 'suspicious ikas stock feed' alert.
- I changed stock in ikas but it didn't reach the marketplace.
- I got a 'sudden stock drop detected' notification.
Why it happens
Channel syncs use the stock data coming from ikas. If this data is older than a set limit or looks suspicious, the system deliberately stops sending stock to prevent overselling and mass resets.
How to fix it
- Check whether there is an outage or a bulk stock change in ikas.
- Once the data is back to normal, sync resumes by itself; no action is needed.
- If the alert persists for a long time, write to destek@bulutegra.com.
The return process doesn't start automatically: the ikas session has expiredikas
How it shows up
- Return requests aren't started automatically in ikas
- I got an 'Oturum yenile' (renew session) alert
- No return shipping code was generated for the customer
- Portal requests stay in 'new' status
Why it happens
The action that starts the return process in ikas only works with a user session. Although the session is renewed automatically, the ikas login has a fixed expiry that renewal doesn't extend; when it is reached, automatic starting stops.
How to fix it
- When the 'Oturum yenile' (renew session) alert arrives, log in to your ikas admin panel as usual.
- With the ikas panel open, click the session bookmark once (if the userscript is installed, it does this itself).
- Note that from then on the session renews automatically again and pending requests are started in the next round.
- For an urgent request, start it manually in the ikas panel from the order's '...' menu with 'İade Sürecini Başlat' (Start return process).
An expected button is missing on the Returns pageikas
How it shows up
- There's an 'Enter code' button but no 'Create exchange order' button
- A newly added button doesn't show up for me
- The Returns page opens in its old version
- The page was updated but I still see the old version
Why it happens
If your browser keeps an old version of the panel in its cache, newly added buttons don't appear.
How to fix it
- Hard-refresh the page once in your browser (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac, Ctrl+F5 on Windows); later updates will come through automatically.
- Kod gir (Enter code, in the shipping code column) and Değişim siparişi oluştur (Create exchange order, in the request column) are different buttons and may appear on the same row; check both.
Two separate orders are created for a two-item exchange requestikas
How it shows up
- The customer wanted to exchange two items and two separate orders were created
- Exchange requests from the same order aren't combined
- I got a 'one item was skipped' warning when creating the exchange order
- How is the price difference calculated on an exchange order?
Why it happens
Exchange orders used to be created per request, so two exchanges from the same original order produced two orders and two shipments.
How to fix it
- Note that when you press Değişim siparişi oluştur (Create exchange order), all pending exchange requests from the same original order are created as a single order with a single shipment.
- A sibling request that is out of stock is skipped and a warning appears on screen; follow up that request separately.
- If the item you clicked is out of stock, the action is rejected.
- The price difference is calculated per item; your customer representative collects it in ikas.
When order transfer is enabled on a new channel, old orders may be written to your ERPERP
How it shows up
- Will old orders also go into the ERP when we enable channel transfer?
- Old orders we had already shipped manually appeared on the warehouse screen.
- What is the starting line?
- Will there be double shipments during a channel switch?
Why it happens
When order transfer is enabled on a new channel, orders processed manually before that point can also be written to your ERP, and the warehouse may try to pick them again. To prevent this, a starting line is set at the moment of activation.
How to fix it
- Before enabling order transfer on a new channel, the orders you processed manually up to that point need to be marked; do this together with the support team when the channel is activated.
- If an old order appears on the warehouse screen, don't pick it and cancel it in your ERP.
